No parking as full on arrival. Air con not working so very hot all night, 3rd bed like sleeping on a rock, kept waiting for 30 mins before being checked in . Great location but not the greatest hotel for the price

Good location in the very centre of Truer so decent for food and shopping etc. best to park in the City Parkhoose just nearby as the hotel parking gets full easy and not so easy to park. My room was ok but lacking a lot of comforts, no drinking glasses, no kettle, no fridge and air con just didn’t work or was switched off so the room was very warm and windows only partially open. It’s a fairly standard hotel.

Was mir gut gefallen hat: die Größe der Zimmer, die Sauberkeit. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist auch sehr gut. Was mir weniger gefallen hat: der Hotel eigene Parkplatz ist mit 24 € aus meinem Verständnis etwas zu teuer. Meine Empfehlung: nutze eines der um stehenden Parkhäuser, das City Parkhaus ist pro Tag 6€ günstiger. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass die vermeintlichen kühlende in der 3 Etage überhaupt nicht funktionieren. Die Zimmer Luft ist bei einer Außentemperatur von 27° daher ziemlich stickig. Auch nicht gut ist, dass man, wenn man auf die Reinigung verzichtet, stattdessen Wasser bekommen, jedoch haben wir lediglich eine Flasche Mineralwasser bekommen. Das ist schon etwas knauserig, zumal wir zu zweit das Zimmer belegen. Erst bei Nachfragen einer der Mitarbeitenden des Rezeptionsteams konnten wir zwei der kleinen Fläschchen haben. Das sollte echt optimiert werden.

Fairly new hotel, nice rooms on the main floors, high ceilings and nice deco. I refused the room that had been assigned to me on the top floor. It was extremely stuffy (on a rather warm bit not really hot day) and had a weird smell, like curry. The other room I then got was nicer, although it looked out on the trash cans… The hotel is ok, the breakfast room on the other hand is hideously ugly and basic - and the main drawback for me was that such a new hotel does not have A/C. Its main strength us its location in a lovely historic courtyard right in the town center. The parking lot was always full - so I had to park a bit away.

Tredje gången på detta hotell. Bra läge, praktiskt och fräscht. Tyst. Hundvänligt. Hotellets egen parkering är alltid full, men det finns ett bra parkeringshus 500 meter bort. Fin innergård med flera restauranger. Godkänd frukost, men i en inte så charmig matsal.

Leider war noch etwas Müll vom Vorgänger im Eimer und es fehlte die TV-Fernbedienung, welche aber schnell durch eine neue ersetzt wurde. Im Gesamten aber ein tolles, sehr ruhiges Hotel, zu Fuss vom Bahnhof in ca 15 Minuten spielend erreichbar. Tolles Zimmerdesign

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Personal engagiert. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und in den schönen und ruhigen Posthof gelegen. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war toll. In der Dusche befand sich Schimmel, der auch nach Aufforderung nicht weggeputzt worden war. Die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraumes ist teilweise defekt. Die Brötchen waren aufgebacken und der Saftspender fast die gesamte Woche leer.

Room was very clean and spacious, shower was great and bathroom was nice size. Property felt and looked newly renovated. Breakfast food was not very good, bakery was the best thing going and we’re not big on bakery for breakfast. Coffee machine was great, and tea selection very good. The room was way too hot, and the HVAC did not seem to work very well. Hard to sleep well in a hot room! The cleaning staff left the windows open every day, but it didn’t help much with the heat, and was too noisy at night to sleep with them open. No ice machine on property and no refrigerator in room. Staff was mostly helpful, and Jon in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly! For the price, we may stay again IF they can get the HVAC under control.

Wir waren im April 2025 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral gelegen und ein 24 Std. Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es war extrem staubig im Zimmer. Außerdem könnten die Mazratzen mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung aber chic und mit einem coolen Bezug zu Trier. Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr einfach gehalten und wirklich nichts besonderes. Dieses würden wir nicht wieder mit buchen, sondern würden dann extern frühstücken gehen. Der Frühstücksraum ist außerdem sehr ungemütlich und in einem Hallenflair eingerichtet. Man merkt bei dem Personal deutlich, dass es sich vermutlich eher nicht um Fachpersonal handelt. Freundlichkeit und Service an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück sind ausbaufähig.

Mooie ruime kamers, perfecte centrale ligging. Kamer was niet echt proper, nog papieren zakdoeken naast bed en zeer indringende badkamergeur. Parking drie euro per dag duurder dan aangegeven in mail.

Fint, nyt hotel, som ligger utroligt centralt i Altstadt. Betalt parkering bag bom. Rene værelser og fint wc/bad. Der er styr på det hele. Kaffe og koldt vand i receptionen. Havde et 24 m2 værelse til tre personer. Seng nr. 3 også ok til voksne. Hotellet har ikke air-con, men et cooling-system. Slet ikke tilstrækkeligt, når der er 27 grader og værelsets store vinduer vender mod vest. Måtte have vinduerne åbne hele natten (dog rolig gade) og receptionen kom med en fan. Interiør med motiver fra romertiden, bl.a. gulvtæpper der forestiller et stilgulv. Sjovt.

Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé et s’il fait chaud, les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes au 1/4 seulement. Notre chambre était à l’intérieur de la cour et vu le restaurant au premier étage, c’est très bruyant jusqu’à minuit. Nous avons eu un ventilateur mais toutes les prises électriques sauf une dans l’entrée , ont été condamnées.
Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé et s’il fait chaud, les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes au 1/4 seulement. Notre chambre était à l’intérieur de la cour et vu le restaurant au premier étage, c’est très bruyant jusqu’à minuit. Property was close to centrum, however our room was located at the back of the building - where the kitchen staff from multiple restaurants were cleaning up late at night. Very loud and we were unable to open the windows to cool the room down. Back rooms are not a good idea.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are quite spectacular and a great size. Perfect location, efficient staff and very clean and neat. There is no traditional AC (there is a cooling system in the rooms and you can request a fan if need be) or mini fridge (this only mattered to us as we had medication that needed a cool environment) Definitely a well located and well maintained hotel.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Stadthotel, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Schönes Zimmer mit guter Größe. Keine Klimaanlage, die Kühldecken waren in der Sommerhitze nicht sehr wirksam. Wenig Parkplätze, nahe gelegenes Parkhaus ist 24/7 gegeben. Sehr freundliches Personal.

No parking as full on arrival. Air con not working so very hot all night, 3rd bed like sleeping on a rock, kept waiting for 30 mins before being checked in . Great location but not the greatest hotel for the price

Wir waren ein paar Tage an Saar und Mosel unterwegs. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Allerdings der Empfang ein Reinfall. Unser gebuchtes Comfortzimmer war nicht gereinigt. Mein Mann teilte das der jungen Dame an der Rezeption mit. Er bekam den Hinweis, dass es wohl falsch eingebucht war und Karten um in einem anderen Zimmer einzuchecken. Deutlich kleiner, man konnte sich kaum umdrehen. Ich fragte daraufhin nach. Wohl schon genervt, dass wir schon wieder ein Anliegen hatten, bekam ich zu hören, dass zwei Kissen auf dem Bett lägen ( nur eine Decke), dass sei dann ja wohl ein Doppelzimmer. Es gäbe "keine Kategorien und man bekommt was frei ist". Die Decken würden ausgetauscht. Also downgrading bei einem Fehler statt Entschuldigung und gleicher Standard. Wiedermal ein Beispiel für Servicewüste Deutschland. Unprofessionells Verhalten....der Kunde ist ein Störfaktor.

A good central base - staff were helpful with maps, taxis etc. taxi drop off is a little confusing as at the back of the building away from reception - in the end no big deal.

Great location, beautiful property, decent breakfast. Staff at breakfast were wonderful. However, as an avid traveler to ACCOR hotels, I have never experienced such a dismissive, unwelcoming front desk. The staff person needs to be made aware that this can drive people away.

Receptioniste bij ontvangst was hoogst onvriendelijk, alle vragen waren haar te veel en het antwoord ging gepaard met zichtbare afkeuring en grimassen. Uiteindelijk werden we wel geholpen maar op een manier waarop we er zelf een slecht gevoel aan overhielden. De ontbijtruimte is onderbemand (er wordt niet genoteerd of je ontbijt geboekt hebt of niet, dus ook geen enkel persoonlijke ontvangst, weinig en gestresseerd personeel) en eerder ongezellig (geen tafelkleed of onderlegger, geen gedekte tafel, geen deftige servietten). Het eten is voldoende maar eenzijdig en niet zo gezond (geen vers fruit buiten enkel geblutste appels als excuus, weinig groenten, zo goed als geen ontbijtgranen). Geen drinkglas in de badkamer om je tanden te poetsen, zogenaamd uit milieuoverwegingen. Het ontbreken van een airco is in de zomer een probleem. De aankleding met Romeins thema was wel origineel.

This is tucked away into a neat courtyard and there is easy access to everything within walking distance. Driving there might be a little frustrating. Bike parking isn't very secure yet I had no problems so maybe it is safe enough for the area.

Property was close to centrum, however our room was located at the back of the building - where the kitchen staff from multiple restaurants were cleaning up late at night. Very loud and we were unable to open the windows to cool the room down. Back rooms are not a good idea.

Modernes Hotel mit , Im Stil der Stadt passenden römischen Dekorationen. Zimmer schön und zweckmäßig, aber ohne Schrank. Mitten im Zentrum, daher alles sehenswerte zu erreichen und natürlich viele Restaurants und Kneipen. Das Frühstück war langweilig. Atmosphäre schlimmer als in einer Autobahnraststätte. Fast kein Kontakt zum Personal. Parkplätze/Parkhäuser im Umfeld des Hotels vorhanden.

Hotel is highly recommended. It is located in the center of the city and close to all major sightseeing attractions. Hotel staff is great, the room was huge. I liked the separation of shower and the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast is great to get a good start into the day.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Personal engagiert. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und in den schönen und ruhigen Posthof gelegen. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war toll. In der Dusche befand sich Schimmel, der auch nach Aufforderung nicht weggeputzt worden war. Die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraumes ist teilweise defekt. Die Brötchen waren aufgebacken und der Saftspender fast die gesamte Woche leer.

Room was very clean and spacious, shower was great and bathroom was nice size. Property felt and looked newly renovated. Breakfast food was not very good, bakery was the best thing going and we’re not big on bakery for breakfast. Coffee machine was great, and tea selection very good. The room was way too hot, and the HVAC did not seem to work very well. Hard to sleep well in a hot room! The cleaning staff left the windows open every day, but it didn’t help much with the heat, and was too noisy at night to sleep with them open. No ice machine on property and no refrigerator in room. Staff was mostly helpful, and Jon in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly! For the price, we may stay again IF they can get the HVAC under control.

Das Frühstück: Supermarkt-Feeling als kulinarischer Auftakt in den Tag. Weder nachhaltig noch vielfältig. An der einzigen Kaffeemaschine bildete sich eine Schlange wie am Hauptbahnhof – Verspätung inklusive. Gleiches Spiel beim Saftspender. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe – aber Billigware bleibt eben billig. Die Begrüßung mit Kaffee und Äpfeln war eine nette Geste. Und zum Frühstückskompott: dieselben Äpfel gemischt mit Ananassaft. Fairly new hotel, nice rooms on the main floors, high ceilings and nice deco. I refused the room that had been assigned to me on the top floor. It was extremely stuffy (on a rather warm bit not really hot day) and had a weird smell, like curry. The other room I then got was nicer, although it looked out on the trash cans… The hotel is ok, the breakfast room on the other hand is hideously ugly and basic - and the main drawback for me was that such a new hotel does not have A/C. Its main strength us its location in a lovely historic courtyard right in the town center. The parking lot was always full - so I had to park a bit away.
