Arrivee tardive suite à salon fiera de Milan. Reservation de derniere minute ne pensant pas rester deux jours sur ce salon. Reception, parking ,et petits-déjeuners parfaits. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel accueillant et efficace. Note pour moi de 10/10 tout simplement.

Not the greatest hotel but ok to spend one night. Rooms are very basic. Hotel cleanliness is not great! Bedding was nice and clean. Everything else felt dingy and run down. The shower had major mold buildup which was not great. The curtains were dirty. The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel grounds are gated so it felt very safe and easy to park. The gardens, the pool, fountains, art, and birds in aviaries are very nice and interesting particularly for families with small kids. Overall, a hotel that could be nice but needs a major cleanup of common spaces and rooms.

Grandes chambres propres, personnel accueillant, places de parking avec bornes de recharge (ce qui n'était pas mon besoin) Restauration basique et chère par rapport à la prestation, les cannelonis étaient déssechés au four sans sauce, j'avais encore faim et n'ai pas repris de plat, j'ai aperçu les entrées avec quelques tranches de charcuterie bien étalées sur l'assiette pour 16€. Ceci ne reflète pas la qualité des chambres, c'est vraiement dommage, je recomande de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.

Bin zum zweiten mal hier. Wasser in der Dusche oft nur kalt. Wc Sitz wackelig. Null Staub gewischt. Ekelig. Frühstück ok, Kaffeeautomat war kaputt, gab keinen Kaffee :(( Eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber so werde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Hotel staff was alle very nice and eager to help. Hotel was overall ok but it is in bad shape compared to the shape it could be in. It would be easy and not too expensive to fix the downs. It needs some management and a few hours of work: Hallways need to have their carpets cleaned. Outside there should be taken care of the walkways which had grass etc. growing between the tiles. The balconys were not clean and paint/ceiling was faling off several places. Rooms had mould in the bathrooms and several light bulbs where out. The interior is very Italian with bright colours and plastic chairs. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes should be heated and kept warm - they were dry and tasted weird. Boiled eegs were green inside due to over cooking them. Overall an ok hotel with the potential to be a great hotel.

Personale molto cortese ed hotel molto bello e confortevole. Ottimo ristorante e colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di prodotti. La camera spaziosa e confortevole. Amplierei solo la scelta dei cuscini, quelli presenti erano molto bassi. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia dei bagni. Erano presenti capelli al di sotto del lavandino e gli angoli dei pavimenti presentano un po' troppa polvere. In generale ottima esperienza e ritornerei di sicuro.

Not the greatest hotel but ok to spend one night. Rooms are very basic. Hotel cleanliness is not great! Bedding was nice and clean. Everything else felt dingy and run down. The shower had major mold buildup which was not great. The curtains were dirty. The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel grounds are gated so it felt very safe and easy to park. The gardens, the pool, fountains, art, and birds in aviaries are very nice and interesting particularly for families with small kids. Overall, a hotel that could be nice but needs a major cleanup of common spaces and rooms.

Vi havde et fedt ophold... Dog kan hotellet ikke anbefales uden bil, da der er langt til alt, og man kan ikke gå til indkøb.

Arrivee tardive suite à salon fiera de Milan. Reservation de derniere minute ne pensant pas rester deux jours sur ce salon. Reception, parking ,et petits-déjeuners parfaits. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel accueillant et efficace. Note pour moi de 10/10 tout simplement.

Hotel staff was alle very nice and eager to help. Hotel was overall ok but it is in bad shape compared to the shape it could be in. It would be easy and not too expensive to fix the downs. It needs some management and a few hours of work: Hallways need to have their carpets cleaned. Outside there should be taken care of the walkways which had grass etc. growing between the tiles. The balconys were not clean and paint/ceiling was faling off several places. Rooms had mould in the bathrooms and several light bulbs where out. The interior is very Italian with bright colours and plastic chairs. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes should be heated and kept warm - they were dry and tasted weird. Boiled eegs were green inside due to over cooking them. Overall an ok hotel with the potential to be a great hotel.

Personale molto cortese ed hotel molto bello e confortevole. Ottimo ristorante e colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di prodotti. La camera spaziosa e confortevole. Amplierei solo la scelta dei cuscini, quelli presenti erano molto bassi. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia dei bagni. Erano presenti capelli al di sotto del lavandino e gli angoli dei pavimenti presentano un po' troppa polvere. In generale ottima esperienza e ritornerei di sicuro.

Grandes chambres propres, personnel accueillant, places de parking avec bornes de recharge (ce qui n'était pas mon besoin) Restauration basique et chère par rapport à la prestation, les cannelonis étaient déssechés au four sans sauce, j'avais encore faim et n'ai pas repris de plat, j'ai aperçu les entrées avec quelques tranches de charcuterie bien étalées sur l'assiette pour 16€. Ceci ne reflète pas la qualité des chambres, c'est vraiement dommage, je recomande de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.
