A estadia foi excelente! Apenas faltou manutenção na torneira do banheiro, que estava solta e havia uma lâmpada queimada, na mesa da escrivaninha, o que tornou o quarto mais escuro do que já costuma ser. Creio que são itens que o hotel precisa estar mais atento. No mais, o café da manhã é excelente e as camas são muito confortáveis. É distante do centro, mas a facilidade de acesso aos meios de transporte compensa. A recepção é muito cordial e prestativa. Deixamos nossas malas, no locker do hotel, com bastante tranquilidade, ao fazermos o check-out. Recomendo!

The property has many amenities, including a laundry. The only downside is the distance from the main area's of Amsterdam. By UBER it's about a 30min drive. If you're planning on using public transportation and don't know Dutch it can really be challenging.

3-5 mins away from Sloterdijk Station, Reception desk always friendly, Roof top bar and restaurant recommended on a rainy day Or one could visit Cafes, Pubs and restaurants near by or at the Rail/bus Station: Starbucks, Albert Heijns, Smullers, Julias, Doner Shop, And a lot more around, not far from either Central Station Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. Breakfast was fine, specially the mini bakery goods were just amazing (danish, croissants, chocolatine etc) Cycles available for rent at the Hotel And 1 Coffeeshop : at 8-12 min walk away

De mevrouw achter de Bali was niet vriendelijk en moeilijk te verstaan. Ook werd er bij aankomst verteld dat de parkeergarage vol was en dat we moesten parkeren bij de parkeergarage van station Sloterdijk, dit zou 16,50 per dag kosten. Vind dit erg asociaal en niet klantvriendelijk. Eenmaa aangekomen bij parkeer garage Sloterdijk was deze ook helemaal vol en moesten we uiteindelijk 6 min lopen vanaf het hotel parkeren. Hotel was verder schoon en de prijs waard maar door onvriendelijk ontvangst en de het gedoe rond parkeren zal ik hier niet meer komen.

Dejligt ophold, hvor valget var taget ud fra at det skulle være let at komme til og fra hotellet fra lufthavnen. På trods af at hotellet ligger mellem bane og motorvej, så var der ingen støjgener. God udsigt fra restauranten.

Allt toppen! Stilfullt och välstädat hotell och trevligt bemötande alla gånger. Även perfekt läge för att slippa köra mitt i centrala Amsterdam. Parkeringshus under hotellet till vettiga pengar. Tågstationen ligger ca 200 meter från hotellet och man tar sig in till Amsterdam Central på 5 minuter. 25 minuter med tåg på andra hållet tar dig till Zandvoort som erbjuder en fantastisk strand och strandrestauranger.
Allt toppen! Stilfullt och välstädat hotell och trevligt bemötande alla gånger. Även perfekt läge för att slippa köra mitt i centrala Amsterdam. Parkeringshus under hotellet till vettiga pengar. Tågstationen ligger ca 200 meter från hotellet och man tar sig in till Amsterdam Central på 5 minuter. 25 minuter med tåg på andra hållet tar dig till Zandvoort som erbjuder en fantastisk strand och strandrestauranger.

The hotel was very comfortable and in a terrific location for travel. The restaurant upstairs was only open for breakfast so an evening drink was not possible. I really liked the shower and controls. Wish I had that in my house.

Hôtel propre et dans un environnement calme. Le personnel est désagréable au possible (mise à part une dame adorable au petit-déjeuner). Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et son prix est justifié. La chambre catastrophique, une humidité extrême, de l’eau sur les vitres à l’intérieur, une salle de bain trempée du matin au soir, nos vêtements humides en continue et la cerise sur le gâteau…une fenêtre avec des joints tellement usés que nous ne pouvions pas dormir puisque le vent s’engouffrait toute la nuit avec un bruit aiguë! Nous avons gentiment signalé a l’accueil mais on nous a répondu très désagréablement que la météo n’était pas de leur ressort!

Amazing location! Just steps away from the Sloterdijk train station and easy access to Grand Central Amsterdam with 1 stop and 2 stops away from Schipol airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful with assisting me to plan my days. The beds are super comfy! The breakfast is a full buffet, no a la carte menu items. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is right next to Sloterdijk station which means getting to/from airport and Centraal by train is fast and easy. But getting to other locations within Amsterdam using train, bus or tram is trickier - so rented bike or Uber is recommended. We found it much cheaper than four star hotels in the centre of town. I found the cleanliness less than I would expect from a Mercure hotel with (for example) thick dust on some parts of the carpet. When we arrived in the room there was a fault with the lighting which resulted in several days of asking for a fix, including miscommunications. After three days of failing to fix the lights we were given a new room. Restaurants near the hotel close early, and they aren’t great. Don’t rely on getting a decent meal near the hotel, much better choices elsewhere in Amsterdam.

Where do I start...dark, poorly lit corridors. Sticky, stained carpets in bedroom. Shower floods bathroom floor. Everything in room felt sticky. Rooms too hot (air con lowest is 18) AC VERY noisy. Wallpaper peeling, lampshade broken, window would not open. Nespresso machine but off brand capsules, no decaf. Staff did not act on enquiries. Room keys failed twice. I could go on...Will never stay here again, glad only one night or would have went elsewhere. Overall, absolutely awful hotel, avoid!

The room was very dark (bad lighting) and was oddly shaped. The foldout bed was horrible and uncomfortable and the main bed was average with way too thick pillows. I also heard a lot of other sounds outside of our room. Not very quiet. Staff was all very nice!!!!

Das Zimmer war ok und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut und wenn man sie ausgemacht hat, wurde es im Zimmer schnell warm und stickig. So das ich in der Nacht schnell Kopfschmerzen bekommen habe. Ansonsten ein normales durchschnittliches Hotel.

Everything was almost perfect in this hotel. The facilities are just amazing, service was awesome, room was spectacular. The only tiny issue I had was with the wifi, the wifi in our room was really bad, when it worked. It wasn't a big deal because we didn't really spend much time in the hotel and it was a short trip, but apart from this, the hotel is just amazing!!

Hotel has a good location, right next to Sloterdijk station, supermarket is also there. Friendly staff. We were satisfied with the room, but the garbage cans were not always emptied. The windows could not be opened and even with the windows closed you could hear the noise from outside as if the window was open. Unfortunately, no Netflix on the TV (button on the remote control available, but does not work). WC on the reception floor was broken.
Hotel has a good location, right next to Sloterdijk station, supermarket is also there. Friendly staff. We were satisfied with the room, but the garbage cans were not always emptied. Unfortunately, no Netflix on the TV (button on the remote control available, but does not work). WC on the reception floor was broken.

We wanted a hotel close to public transportation and reasonable in terms of price. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel's proximity to the train station. It was five minutes away from Amsterdam Central. The hotel was lovely. The room was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was fantastic. There was also a Spar across the road in case you needed anything during your stay that the hotel couldn't provide.

I had $1000 AUD and two gold earrings stolen by housekeeping. BE CAREFUL!!! You have been warned. Always carry your valuable items on you. I had the worst experience with this hotel. The housekeeping boy came to "clean" my room when I went to breakfast, I saw him leave my room when I came back. After getting back to my room I noticed my items missing. Later that day, my room was entered. When I had left for the day, I put a glass behind the door and took a picture, then displayed the 'Do Not Disturb' option on the door. When I came back, the glass was out of its place, meaning someone entered my room. It was very uneasy to think of what was done in my room. Hotel management didn't look at CCTV, or check who entered my room. The manager, Mitzy, didn't help the situation at all. I was told that there was "nothing they could do", and to "cut my losses".

The young lady who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful, though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. However, my experience at checkout was disappointing. Just returned from my stay here and I had the best time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location from getting around Amsterdam as it’s very close to the station. The staff were so helpful they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and catered for. I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed & the other members of the front desk team who helped me when my flight was cancelled and managed to accommodate me at the last moment. You honestly really helped me in a very tricky situation and I’m extremely grateful. Thank you again & I’ll see you again soon 😊

De mevrouw achter de Bali was niet vriendelijk en moeilijk te verstaan. Ook werd er bij aankomst verteld dat de parkeergarage vol was en dat we moesten parkeren bij de parkeergarage van station Sloterdijk, dit zou 16,50 per dag kosten. Vind dit erg asociaal en niet klantvriendelijk. Eenmaa aangekomen bij parkeer garage Sloterdijk was deze ook helemaal vol en moesten we uiteindelijk 6 min lopen vanaf het hotel parkeren. Hotel was verder schoon en de prijs waard maar door onvriendelijk ontvangst en de het gedoe rond parkeren zal ik hier niet meer komen.

Where do I start...dark, poorly lit corridors. Sticky, stained carpets in bedroom. Shower floods bathroom floor. Everything in room felt sticky. Rooms too hot (air con lowest is 18) AC VERY noisy. Wallpaper peeling, lampshade broken, window would not open. Nespresso machine but off brand capsules, no decaf. Staff did not act on enquiries. Room keys failed twice. I could go on...Will never stay here again, glad only one night or would have went elsewhere. Overall, absolutely awful hotel, avoid!

Ein bisschen ausserhalb der Innenstadt aber mit dem Auto entspannt erreichbar. Neue Umgebung und wenige Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit Metro etc (Station daneben) ist jedoch alles gut erreichbar. Hotel ist schön und neu. Personal ist sehr freundlich, speziell im Restaurant. Diverse Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hotel Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. The hotel was close to the train station which meant it was easy to get out and about. The room I stayed in was very spacious with ample room to move about. The bathroom was also larger than expected. The only minor dissatisfaction with the room was I could see the Girl with the Pearl Earring painting in the room had what looked like some liquid streak on it which you could see at an angle, as well as some liquid streaks on the door that opened up the area for where the kettle is. One thing of note to anyone looking to stay at this particular hotel. There are major roadworks going on in front of the hotel which means the access to the train station is to go around the roadworks which isn't a lot more walking but still a detour to direct access. Whilst we were there which was over the weekend and a couple of days into the week there wasn't any actual work so there was not any noise disturbance. However, I can imagine that being an issue for hotel guests when work is going on outside the hotel.
