We were three families. I would 10/10 to this property. Staff were exceptionally well behaved and best service even at peak times.

Overall a good stay , clean rooms , good staff and experience at the breakfast was great specially due to mascots dance performance kids and adults both loved the environment. Check-in experience can be better .

Lovely place to visit. Specially with kids it’s treat for them. Kids friendly staff and extremely clean. Totally a 5 star experience at Novotel.
