Bon accueil enregistrement et service . Confort sommaire : couette individuelle, articles de toilettes quasi inexistants. Petit déjeuner très peu de choix . Personnel peu professionnel. Pas de bar . Le personnel d’accueil est serviable . Hôtel qui ne paraît pas mériter un 4 étoiles

Priviledge room on 5th floor has only roof window. Very hot room and no views since roof room. Standard modern with very nice bathroom and shower. Beds ok byt really no comfort to sit down in the room. Too expensive for this standard and rating is too high. Hotel location has breakfast but it is not special and has really ordinary choices, no great selections and seating is uncomfortable and area inconvenient and warm. There is not a bar as per definition bar. We were somewhat disappointed since very high prickig per night. Would not go here again.

The hotel was conveniently located and was easy and quick to walk to a lot of the main sites. The room was spacious and clean. What made this hotel for us was the front desk staff who were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Really great customer service.

The Hotel was perfectly situated if you want to start your tours of the city. There is a whole lot of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the the room showed some signs of wear in all areas (Stains on the carpet, the room had a smell which was not pleasant, scratches here and there). Changing of room was only possible to a lower floor due to booking situation. But the hotel staff recommended to stay in the room we had, due to noise in the evenings on the weekend. Therefore the overall stay was average.

Pour un hotel 4 etoiles, un personnel qui ne parle qu'une langue en sus de l'allemand est dommageable. Au niveau du couchage, matelas confortable mais on sent son voisin bouger. Au niveau de l'étage, un sac poubelle qui est resté 24h dans le couloir, malgré le signalement.. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, un large choix et très sympathique. Hotel bien placé, au calme et à 2m de la rue principale et des transports.

Clean and quiet room. Basic amenities supplied but no hair conditioner or body lotion. The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Vienna First. The staff (Lila) was very pleasant and always ready to assist me. The room was very clean, in order, comfortable, and quiet. In short, a place I highly recommend!

The hotel was great. Our room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with decent selection. The location was great for us, as we could walk everywhere around the city centre.

Staff was great, especially the young woman that checked us in and worked the evening shift. We were "upgraded" to a room since we signed up for your frequent stays. However the room overlooked the bar row and since the rooms a/c wasn't working well, we tried to open the windows BUT way too noisy so it was tough to get a good nights sleep even with the windows closed. Hotel was very clean though and all the staff was great from front desk, to housekeeping, to wait staff. Thanks

Great location. No service (person seldomly at desk) Underperforming Air Conditioning. Was 28 degrees in room. Asked for maintenance. Maintenance came and told us it was normal. Loaned us a fan. Horrible pillows bad bed. Would try something else.

The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff were very friendly and helpful with providing local information. The room itself was a bit dark with the curtains open perhaps due to the small window but mainly due to the dark grey decor which was a little tired in places. The double sliding mirror doors to the bathroom was quirky but not ideal for me ,however 10/10 for the rain shower which was perfect in my opinion. As said great location and particularly if you like the local friendly bars and some good craft beer. A few minutes walk from the Ubahn and the busy centre for a true Vienna experience.

God beliggenhed, hyggeligt og super service. Værelset var lidt småt

Das Zimmer war groß. Das Badezimmer war war auch groß und man hatte genug Platz um sich auszubreiten. Im Zimmer selbst war das Doppelbett für zwei Personen sehr schmal. Vom Gefühl her, hatte es nicht mal 1,40 Meter Breite. Da würde ich mir ein deutlich größeres Bett wünschen. Die Kopfkissen sind schrecklich. Einfach viel zu weich. - Personal und Service im Hotel waren echt Klasse. Großes Lob dafür! Die Erreichbarkeit und die Lage des Hotels sind toll.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Perto de todas as atrações. Quarto tamanho razoável e banheiro novo. Café da manhã achei fraco pelo preço. Pouquíssimas frutas. Quarto era pouco iluminado.

We arrived at this destination by taxi. Apparently in the afternoon/evening you cannot access the plaza in front by car. I wish somebody had told me this before we arrived with several suitcases in the late afternoon. I walked around the corner and found reception. They do not have anybody to help with the luggage. I walked around the corner and found reception. They do not have anybody to help with the luggage. They do have a little luggage cart you can roll over the cobblestones yourself. The plaza seems quaint and quiet but it turns into a bustling night spot for young people in the evening. If you’re looking for pubs and excitement and a youthful crowd, this might be a great choice of a hotel for you. We were very nicely greeted by reception. Our first room did not smell good and was right next to the elevator on the second floor, so I requested a change. We switched to a room on the third floor. The room was very small, but clean. There was very little room around the bed. The bathroom was fine, small but clean.One amenity I wish it had was hair conditioner. For breakfast, they charge 30 a person. It is very easy to go around the corner and get your own breakfast at a shop for less. The hotel is in a convenient location for taking a stroll by the water or going to Stephensplatz. With so many hotel options in Vienna, I do not believe this one has the amenities to be iworth the price.

This hotel is excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Any query was answered expertly. The room is very well decorated and every need is catered to. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also in a great location.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Ideal für einen ersten Wienaufenthalt, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind auch nicht weit.

Excelente ubicación, todo atractivo turístico del casco antiguo de Viena está muy cerca; se puede recorrer caminando sin problema.

Typisches Stadthotel mit kleinen, aber stylischen Zimmern. Lage ist gut, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings ist es auch etwas lauter ab Abend durch die vielen Kneipen ringsherum. Im Sommer, wenn alle lang draußen feiern, ich würde ich hier nicht wohnen. Jetzt, Ende September war es okay.

Klasse gelegen, sehr zentral. Verkehrsmittel keine fünf Minuten entfernt

Bättre läge går det inte att få. Promenadavstånd till allt. Gillar man Hard Rock Café så är det 250m bort. 7 (!) Pubar har man direkt utanför dörren. In till Stephansplatsen tar det 5 min. Hotellets läge OCH pris är svårslaget. Allt var verkligen toppen. Lite hårda sängar dock så de borde de uppgradera men i övrigt helt suveränt

Perfekte Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Toller Frühstücksraum für ein gemütliches und ruhiges Frühstück. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer sehr nett eingerichtet mit großen Safe. Badezimmer für eine Städtereise groß genug. Betten mit guten Matratzen.

We stayed at Mercure Vienna First 8 years ago and chose it for the same reasons again, and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. We chose the breakfast included and everyday the staff was friendly, at the breakfast buffet, the front hotel staff, and house keeping. We appreciated their conversations about our day, and the hotel is in a great location to shops, restaurants, transportation and easily walkable to all that Vienna has to offer. We love this hotel and if we return to Vienna we will certainly stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff of the hotel was very polite. The location off the hotel is optimal in the centre of Vienna. Only the diner in the restaurant of the hotel was very disappointing.
