A great welcome even though we arrived just before midnight. Room was spacious and super clean as was everywhere else in the hotel. Breakfast basic but okay. Lovely pool area. The spa is probably the best spa I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited a few!

Large complex with lovely features such as animals, fruit trees that you can pick, vineyard, well maintained gardens. There isn't much to do in area or on site so you'll need a car but it was fine for our purposes. The pool and jacuzzi pool was beautiful. Would recommend the lunch set menu at the hotel and the restaurant in the separate building for dinner. Ivan was very helpful when it came to food and drink, excellent service. Would've been nice if there was an evening entertainment programme as there wasn't much to do at night. And I think the spa should've been included in your stay considering there isn't much else to do but eat and use the pool. The spa was 20 or 25 Euros for 1.5 hours, so we didn't use it but it did look nice. There is also a gym you can use for free.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir waren zwei Familien, die eine konnte schon vor der Check-in Zeit einziehen, die andere erst deutlich nach der Check-in Zeit. Da wirklich deutlich länger gewartet werden musste wäre eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels schön gewesen. Das war nicht der Fall. Die Anlage selber ist wirklich sehr schön! Man fährt durch ein Tor und an unterschiedlichsten Tieren vorbei, Kamele, Alpakas, Pferde … Super! Parkplätze unter Bäumen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage ist fussläufig

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel calme et reposant. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, personnel agréable, piscine magnifique avec son grand bassin et son deuxième bassin jacuzzi. Une touche d'originalité avec ses animaux autour : les enfants adorent !

Ritorniamo qui per la seconda volta Un vero paradiso. Al mattino si dorme volentieri in un silenzio assoluto. Servizio pulizia e camera al top. Colazione abbondante e sempre co molta frutta fresca e torte fatte in casa. Piscina e idromassaggio al top. Personale reception gentilissimo ed efficiente. Un vero paradiso nel verde, con molto animali. Belle passeggiate con bici tandem. Posteggio auto comodo. Unico neo negativo: caffè della colazione fatto alla macchina automatica-inbevibile

Einzigartig war in diesem Hotel die vielen Tieren, darunter unser Highlight der Gelbbrust Ara. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Fitness und Spa bereich war auch Super. Der große warme Whirlpool war Traumhaft. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen .

Good size room and very nice bathroom. Bed had a considerable dip on one side but was okay to sleep in. Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Staff were very helpful. The massages were fantastic and the restaurant was very good.

Alte aspettative disattese per quanto riguarda il servizio e il personale e vari problemi. Struttura molto bella con molto spazio all'aperto. Camera generalmente pulita ma nella doccia c'era una bustina di gel usata dagli ospiti precedenti. Check-in effettuato prima del previsto (gradito). Personale freddo, poco interessato e per niente comunicativo: - All'arrivo non ci é stato detto niente della Spa (avevamo libero accesso per 90 minuti tramite Hotels). - Quando salutavamo, spesso eravamo contraccambiati da silenzi o miseri sorrisi. - Al checkout, ne' un "tutto bene", ne' un "buon viaggio" o uno "speriamo di ospitarci di nuovo", nonostante i vari problemi durante il soggiorno Al rientro dalla spiaggia il 1° pomeriggio abbiamo trovato un lago sotto l'aria cond. Manutenzione arrivata velocemente ma siamo usciti prima che finisse (cena prenotata). Non ci é stato comunicato l'esito ne' per messaggio, né con un biglietto. L'indomani mattina abbiamo messo "non disturbare" alla porta. Al rientro, il non disturbare era in camera, l'aria condizionata accesa e su un'altra modalità, ma la camera non rifatta. Immagino siano entrati per ricontrollare l'aria, ma nessuna comunicazione ancora una volta. A pranzo solo 3 piatti su 8 erano disponibili e abbiamo dovuto accontentarci con variazioni (mancavano alcuni ingredienti per un piatto e per l'altro il riso venere ci avrebbe messo un po' di tempo per cucinare). L'impressione é che non valesse la pena cucinare solo per 2 persone

Il 1° giorno abbiamo trovato un lago sotto l'aria cond. Manutenzione arrivata velocemente ma siamo usciti prima che finisse (cena prenotata). Non ci é stato comunicato l'esito ne' per messaggio, né con un biglietto. L'indomani mattina abbiamo messo "non disturbare" alla porta. Al rientro, il non disturbare era in camera, l'aria condizionata accesa e su un'altra modalità, ma la camera non rifatta. Immagino siano entrati per ricontrollare l'aria, ma nessuna comunicazione. Il 3° giorno non c'era corrente per almeno un paio d'ore per un guasto. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Pochissima scelta a pranzo. L'indomani mattina, alle 11 il corpo del capretto era ancora nello stesso posto, il che fa pensare a come siano trattati gli animali. Struttura bella, con potenziale ma forse si adagia troppo su un premio vinto in TV. Il prezzo (doppia a 170/notte) esagerato visto il servizio.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht da wor spontan eine Nacht verlängert haben. Als wir angekommen sind waren überwältigt. Eine super schöne Anlage, tolle komfortable Familienzimmer, war eher ein Haus für uns alleine. Die unterkunft war sauber, modern und top ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und auch sehr bemüht. Die Anlage ist toll für Familien mit Kindern da es sehr viele Tiere zu bewundern gibt.
Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht da wor spontan eine Nacht verlängert haben. Als wir angekommen sind waren überwältigt. Eine super schöne Anlage, tolle komfortable Familienzimmer, war eher ein Haus für uns alleine. Die unterkunft war sauber, modern und top ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und auch sehr bemüht. Die Anlage ist toll für Familien mit Kindern da es sehr viele Tiere zu bewundern gibt.

Clean basic rooms, funky art work. Excellent breakfast and service from all the staff. Staff really need to learn how to promote the business. We had free Spa vouchers that i forgot about and they could of offered us this and to grab a massage. With the excellent food on offer upsell the lunch or dinner...when we tried to get a table they were fully booked rather than offer when we checked in

Alles in Ordnung. Frühstück super. Mittagessen nur absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Chickenburger kam roh an, Bier war abgelaufen laut Flasche. Etwas schade. Personal ganz in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit die wir in anderen Hotels hatten, fehlte leider etwas. Insgesamt aber ein solides Hotel mit vielen interessanten Tieren, toller Lage und sehr sauber. Ein zweites Mal muss für uns aber nicht sein. Trotzdem danke für die Zeit.

A great welcome even though we arrived just before midnight. Room was spacious and super clean as was everywhere else in the hotel. Breakfast basic but okay. Lovely pool area. The spa is probably the best spa I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited a few!

It’s okay, nothing especially wrong, guess we were just expecting better. Our room just looked out onto a path, others overlooked the grounds/vineyards. Room was also noisy, small child in room next door, no soundproofing? Think they could make so much more of the hotel, perhaps have menu for restaurant in the rooms, offer guests a discount in restaurant and spa. Promote wine tasting? Good, but could be better.

Séjour agréable ! Hôtel propre calme et sûr ! Personnel à l’écoute. Par contre la wifi n’ai pas bonne du tout . Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Limité je dirais. Je recommande! pour famille surtout .

The hotel area is lovely and very peaceful. Beautiful scenery all around the hotel. However the standard rooms are very small. We barely had space to place our personal things and luggage.

Bra med restaurang på området. Annars behöver man bil för att äta middag. Rummet var stort men mörkt och inredningen var inte toppen. Fick inte känslan av att djuren har det superbra. Men bra service och trevligt annars. Hade valt något annat närmare havet nästa gång.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht da wor spontan eine Nacht verlängert haben. Als wir angekommen sind waren überwältigt. Eine super schöne Anlage, tolle komfortable Familienzimmer, war eher ein Haus für uns alleine. Die unterkunft war sauber, modern und top ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und auch sehr bemüht. Die Anlage ist toll für Familien mit Kindern da es sehr viele Tiere zu bewundern gibt.

Good size room and very nice bathroom. Bed had a considerable dip on one side but was okay to sleep in. Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Staff were very helpful. The massages were fantastic and the restaurant was very good.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir waren zwei Familien, die eine konnte schon vor der Check-in Zeit einziehen, die andere erst deutlich nach der Check-in Zeit. Da wirklich deutlich länger gewartet werden musste wäre eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels schön gewesen. Das war nicht der Fall. Die Anlage selber ist wirklich sehr schön! Man fährt durch ein Tor und an unterschiedlichsten Tieren vorbei, Kamele, Alpakas, Pferde … Super! Parkplätze unter Bäumen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage ist fussläufig

Wonderful place to stay; beautiful grounds, outstanding staff, unique farm. Staff made us feel like family, Elena offered 5 star service. Everybody was great! The director was very kind with us when we arrived very late night and we didnt had dinner yet. He got us a huge plate of hams and cheese and tomatoes. And at the end didnt charge for it. I totally forgot that i had 2 massages for free like Vip access. I just remembered it now that im evaluating this. I dont know wwhat qualifies a hotel 2 or 4 stairs. But this hotel seems to me much more than 3 stars.

Alte aspettative disattese per quanto riguarda il servizio e il personale e vari problemi. Struttura molto bella con molto spazio all'aperto. Camera generalmente pulita ma nella doccia c'era una bustina di gel usata dagli ospiti precedenti. Check-in effettuato prima del previsto (gradito). Personale freddo, poco interessato e per niente comunicativo: - All'arrivo non ci é stato detto niente della Spa (avevamo libero accesso per 90 minuti tramite Hotels). - Quando salutavamo, spesso eravamo contraccambiati da silenzi o miseri sorrisi. - Al checkout, ne' un "tutto bene", ne' un "buon viaggio" o uno "speriamo di ospitarci di nuovo", nonostante i vari problemi durante il soggiorno Al rientro dalla spiaggia il 1° pomeriggio abbiamo trovato un lago sotto l'aria cond. Manutenzione arrivata velocemente ma siamo usciti prima che finisse (cena prenotata). Non ci é stato comunicato l'esito ne' per messaggio, né con un biglietto. L'indomani mattina abbiamo messo "non disturbare" alla porta. Al rientro, il non disturbare era in camera, l'aria condizionata accesa e su un'altra modalità, ma la camera non rifatta. Immagino siano entrati per ricontrollare l'aria, ma nessuna comunicazione ancora una volta. A pranzo solo 3 piatti su 8 erano disponibili e abbiamo dovuto accontentarci con variazioni (mancavano alcuni ingredienti per un piatto e per l'altro il riso venere ci avrebbe messo un po' di tempo per cucinare). Beautiful place. Everything worked. Staff were great. Good breakfast. The only negative was the lack of arrival instructions at the gate. We had a difficult time getting in and then out due to an apparently finicky gate mechanism.

We had a amazing vacation. There are so many amazing beaches in a 20km radius. There are very good restaurants close by. The Hotel area is pretty big and beautiful. Staff was always very nice and helpful.

Clean basic rooms, funky art work. Excellent breakfast and service from all the staff. Staff really need to learn how to promote the business. We had free Spa vouchers that i forgot about and they could of offered us this and to grab a massage. With the excellent food on offer upsell the lunch or dinner...when we tried to get a table they were fully booked rather than offer when we checked in

Large complex with lovely features such as animals, fruit trees that you can pick, vineyard, well maintained gardens. There isn't much to do in area or on site so you'll need a car but it was fine for our purposes. The pool and jacuzzi pool was beautiful. Would recommend the lunch set menu at the hotel and the restaurant in the separate building for dinner. Ivan was very helpful when it came to food and drink, excellent service. Would've been nice if there was an evening entertainment programme as there wasn't much to do at night. And I think the spa should've been included in your stay considering there isn't much else to do but eat and use the pool. The spa was 20 or 25 Euros for 1.5 hours, so we didn't use it but it did look nice. There is also a gym you can use for free.

Alles in Ordnung. Frühstück super. Mittagessen nur absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Chickenburger kam roh an, Bier war abgelaufen laut Flasche. Etwas schade. Personal ganz in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit die wir in anderen Hotels hatten, fehlte leider etwas. Insgesamt aber ein solides Hotel mit vielen interessanten Tieren, toller Lage und sehr sauber. Ein zweites Mal muss für uns aber nicht sein. Trotzdem danke für die Zeit.

L'indomani mattina abbiamo messo "non disturbare" alla porta. Al rientro, il non disturbare era in camera, l'aria condizionata accesa e su un'altra modalità, ma la camera non rifatta. Immagino siano entrati per ricontrollare l'aria, ma nessuna comunicazione ancora una volta. A pranzo solo 3 piatti su 8 erano disponibili e abbiamo dovuto accontentarci con variazioni (mancavano alcuni ingredienti per un piatto e per l'altro il riso venere ci avrebbe messo un po' di tempo per cucinare). L'impressione é che non valesse la pena cucinare solo per 2 persone

Beautiful place. Everything worked. Staff were great. Good breakfast. The only negative was the lack of arrival instructions at the gate. We had a difficult time getting in and then out due to an apparently finicky gate mechanism.

Il 3° giorno non c'era corrente per almeno un paio d'ore per un guasto. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Pochissima scelta a pranzo. La struttura ha molti animali; carino per bambini e non. purtroppo l'ultima sera (19:30) abbiamo visto un capretto morto nel recinto. L'indomani mattina, alle 11 il corpo del capretto era ancora nello stesso posto, il che fa pensare a come siano trattati gli animali. Struttura bella, con potenziale ma forse si adagia troppo su un premio vinto in TV. Il prezzo (doppia a 170/notte) esagerato visto il servizio.

Un très bel hôtel😍, agréable et surprenant ( plusieurs animaux dont un dromadaire ! 🐫) Le personnel est vraiment sympathique.😀 Le seul bémol, le restaurant de l'hôtel : Le rapport qualité quantité prix n'est pas au rendez vous....🤔 Les quantités servies sont vraiment trop petites😨 et ne justifient pas le prix demandé. C'est dommage.😢

Clean basic rooms, funky art work. Excellent breakfast and service from all the staff. Staff really need to learn how to promote the business. We had free Spa vouchers that i forgot about and they could of offered us this and to grab a massage. With the excellent food on offer upsell the lunch or dinner...when we tried to get a table they were fully booked rather than offer when we checked in

Man hat sich nicht als Gast, sondern als Kunde gefühlt. Keinerlei Freundlichkeit an Rezeption oder am Frühstücksbuffet. Beim Frühstück alles einzeln verpackt und sehr magere Auswahl für das was man angibt zu sein. Zimmer und Anlage sind okay.

Good size room and very nice bathroom. Bed had a considerable dip on one side but was okay to sleep in. Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Staff were very helpful. The massages were fantastic and the restaurant was very good.

Alles in Ordnung. Frühstück super. Mittagessen nur absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Chickenburger kam roh an, Bier war abgelaufen laut Flasche. Etwas schade. Personal ganz in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit die wir in anderen Hotels hatten, fehlte leider etwas. Insgesamt aber ein solides Hotel mit vielen interessanten Tieren, toller Lage und sehr sauber. Ein zweites Mal muss für uns aber nicht sein. Trotzdem danke für die Zeit.

I am always loath to write negative reviews and sorry to post “ Never again for us”. You see, prior to our arrival we confirmed our arrival time three times both on the booking platform we used and by direct email to the hotel itself. We advised both a 2pm check in (the hotels minimum time) as well as a 4pm use of their spa facilities for 90 minutes. We arrived at the hotels barrier gate in our car at 2.10pm and nobody responded to the intercom by the side of the gate despite several attempts. At around 2.25pm a Ford truck pulled up behind our car and one of the occupants got out and tried the intercom but to no immediate avail. It was not until 02.30 that suddenly the barrier gate opened for us to drive to carpark then walk to the reception area. Only then were we able to check in. My wife and I were taken to our ground floor room by a very nice member of staff but alas, she could not get into the room as the electronic door card did not work. Therefore we had to wait some minutes for the member of staff to go back to the reception to have the key reprogrammed. Finally at 02.45pm we were able to get into the room only to discover that 1)the wifi did not work at all 2) The hotels mini safe did not work 3)there were just one pillow provided on each of the two twin beds and 4)the bedside light stand was shattered. Well, needless to say, we made the best of it and just rested until 3pm when we went to use the two hotel pools. One was a tepid temperature pool with air p
