No gym or pool as advertised

I booked here for its EV charging but only one of two connectors was working. If another EV had been there I'd have been in trouble. I'll report this to plugshare too.

La piscine n'était pas en fonction je m'aurai attendu a avoir un rabais étant donné que les services n'était pas tous accessible, de plus la douche fonctionnais très mal .

Loved the size of the room and that we could charge while parked overnight!

Piscine défectueuse air climatiser défectueuse mais ils m'on déplacer dans le motel 2 étoiles pas de déjeuner le matin mais le personnelle est très dévouer très bon personnelle.

We enjoyed it. Though we booked based on a pool and fitness area - neither were open due to renovations. To be honest if the amenities are closed the rate should be lower. Also - no breakfast. Local restaurants are poor in my opinion

I picked this facility because it said there was a gym-there was a very small room with a bike, treadmill, and rowing machine, I couldn’t even get the treadmill to work. Very disappointed a frustrated that I chose this place and not another, facilities not as advertised.

Stay here to snowmobile for a few days. Very nice place with large rooms and a great parking lot for your snowmobile and right next to the trail.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Blood dripping down the outside of the toilet and dusty in the room.

Helpful and friendly staff. Safe parking. Quiet. Would stay again. Good coffee in the room. Well-maintained. Handy location. Comfy bed.

Came in Friday to prepare to meet with family and place my mothers cremations with her grandmother and the ceremony to do this the next day. Came in and found the parking area partially graveled but no lines on asphalt and not sure where to park. Got to the room and no ice bucket but went and ask and someone got me a bucket of ice. Asked for extra pillows and regular coffee and was quick to be accommodated. From there thing went down hill. Cleaning crew left us the next day with no clean towels and the bed was not made but cover thrown over. Also light went out, brought to desk and swapped, no good so no good lighting in room which is needed and made mention of the issue to be addressed the next day. Floors were not swept and had to wear shoes in room, really? This after our church service and was late and very tired. Next day come back after cemetery service and again bed was half ass thrown together and nothing else. Didn’t even pick up towel on my side of bed due to gravel and dirt and didn’t vacuum again. Even after saying something about light, still not working, come on! Tired and still dealing with this problem. Overall ok but management needs some serious training on cleaning a room, work order process and making a more positive experience to the customer

This hotel was very clean and presentable. The staff were amazing. The restaurant on site didn’t have an English menu which was a problem but the waitress was good and helpful.

Very clean, stylish and spacious room with a nice restaurant right on the site and a grocery store right across the street. We were only there overnight but it certainly had everything we needed

We stayed one night on a drive back home, this hotel had a cute little restaurant with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. Our only recommendation is they add room darkening shades - the curtains were not the kind you could pull closed.

A great place to stop on our way from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Was nice to have a mini fridge and Keurig. Only small thing we noticed was that the curtains don’t cover the whole window so it was quite bright through the blinds in the morning. Otherwise wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

Stayed in the hotel part..everything is good. Big clean modern room with efficient heater/ air conditioner. Only negative is view from window overlooks a warehouse..Didnt bother me.

We were in the new part. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great. I'd stop here any time i would be in the area.

In room 300. Very large with 2 queen beds. There was a sofa and a chair along with a bar fridge. Very great room. Super clean with comfortable beds.

Nice quite place to stop on our way home. Very large room with a grocery store and coffee place nearby. Friendly staff. Our hotel room door needed some force to operate.

The room was roomy and clean. It didn’t have much light. Also our door deadbolt would not work. We did not report this so don’t know how it would have been handled. We were tired and didn’t want to move rooms or have someone come work on it. We just set something in front of it. I loved that it had a hand held shower head.

Not a lot of plugs. Cannot regulate room temperature. Double bed, not a queen as advertised. Room dark, not enough lights! No microwave.

Location location location. Excellent for the road tripper. And the staff are amazing. They are helpful and make you feel welcomed.

We stayed there on July 12. The power went out at 4AM in the morning leading to no hot water in the bathroom and loud noises from our floor and other rooms because everyone was up. Such big building and establishment but could't have a backup generator to make sure people staying at the hotel don't suffer. You can't watch tv, use wifi or make coffee in electrical coffee machine due to no power. People were so angry, leaving premises but no one at front desk cared. When I called hotel back to talk to manager for reporting the issue, it was hard to get in touch with. on top of everything, they charged us extra for one night saying the prices have changed since you booked compared to today and we paid $250 just for a night stay which basically was 12AM midnight till 5AM in the morning due to whole mess. Very frustrating experience with no one being accountable for poor services at the hotel.

Stayed here while travelling. Great experience checking in. Staff was kind and helpful. Bed was super comfy. Will stay again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was amazing and had a nice walk around the area. Grocery store and SAQ (liquor store) right across the road. The restaurant was great as well. Good food, good service!!

This was a tidy, clean and friendly hotel. We had a good night sleep, the area was quiet. The rooms were huge. The area around the hotel is all parking lots and transport trucks and highway. Not a place for a view, but if you want a clean, comfortable friendly place to stay, it is excellent.

We stopped at this hotel for 1 night on our way to New Brunswick. It was conveniently off the highway, quiet area and restaurant on site was good.

This is a great, clean place to stay, just on the Quebec side of the Quebec / New Brunswick border. Late check-in and check-out, a huge room, and a great price were just a couple of the great features this hotel/motel had to offer. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

Very clean room. Metro across the street for easy shopping. Parking great. Friendly front desk staff. Had a burger and a flight of beer downstairs after checking in. Food was good and service great

We stayed for one night as we were on our way to the Maritimes. The hotel met our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, quiet, and clean! We would recommend it fir short stays as there is not much in the area. There is a grocery store across the street. We are at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! The waitress was very kind.

All was as expected. Low point was dinner in on-site restaurant. Quality was poor and chicken panini and Thai chicken salad were substandard. Would not eat here again.

Great pit stop on a long drive home from the maritimes. Room was clean and modern.nly disappointment was that restaurant was not open for breakfast on the day that we were there!

We were just there for the night but it was a great place to stay.The restaurant food was so good Will recommend this place to anyone who is travelling.
