Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach.

Stay away. This place is not reliable! We arrived at Eugenies to find no one onsite to let us in to the property. I called the number posted and it went to voicemail. I waited several minutes when another guest came by and let us in. I tried calling Michael, the host again. He did answer this time, but said he did not have a booking for me and did not work with Hotels.com. I booked this hotel months ago and received a confirmation. He said he was fully booked and wasn't onsite. His only recommendation was to try a place a mile or so away. The people there tried to help and did much more than Michael at Eugenies. It was a holiday weekend in Australia and no hotels were available in the area. We had to drive over an hour away to find a hotel. As a result, we were unable to take a morning cruise we had booked. After the fact, I looked at the reviews on Hotels.com and see 2 reviews posted in the last 2 weeks! So if they stopped working with Hotels.com it was very recent. They should have notified us when they did so. Very unprofessional!!

Room was very clean, and the facilities were very well kept. We used the pool which was on our patio! Easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants and the beach.

Lovely room, good size. Good size bathroom with double shower. Large balcony with lovely view. Great location, easy walk to great restaurants and shopping.
