We stayed in the ocean breeze cabins and it was amazing! The cabins were a minute walking distance to a secluded beach! The pools and play area were clean! The cabins itself felt very clean and seemed new :) The cabins had everything we needed, microwave stove kettle etc. plenty of blankets and towels! the staff were helpful as well! Would stay there again!

Had a great stay. Loved the proximity to the beach, water pressure was amazing. Had trouble opening 2 of the sliding doors and spa taps were loose and didnt work. Otherwise impressive for the price. 🙂

We stayed on a nice villa and that area has a great bbq area and is more private. There is a direct entry to the beach from the park, The pool is ok, gaming room needs update. Close to Mogo zoo, good restaurante a social club.

Easy check in and check out. Plenty of space in the cabins. Our cabin was positioned perfectly close to the beach access and the pool/playground. Barlings beach is nice for fishing swimming and paddle boarding. Accommodation is Value for money. The petrol station not far from the hotel (2 mins drive) has good fish and chips and then the small shop at the same lot - sold fresh seafood and small good.

Dissapointed stayed for 6 days room not serviced once, was not offered towels etc at any point. Black mould in the shower. Requested some toilet paper was told 10min called back 1 hour later never came for over 2 hours. Simple things could have been resolved very quickly

Our unit was absolutely spotless - the best we've had on our travels. Only tiny inconvenience was the lack of WiFi as the 4g wasn't brilliant. Other than that we couldn't fault it.

A 2 day escape from the cold. Great stay! We could walk on the beach, visit Mogo Zoo,eat out or eat in. The service was friendly, the cabin was comfortable, the area was quiet and safe. We would stay there again.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Nice property, gorgeous beach. Would stay again but tiny cockroaches a problem in our cottage's kitchen - needs a serious fumigation. Desk side lamps would be nice, sucks trying to read with a single ceiling light. Our unit was not the one pictured but although not as new/pretty must admit ours was right next to the beach.

The location near the beach was great, pool clean, accommidation was reasonably clean, beds a little uncomfortable and only 1 pillow, but overall a pleasant stay. 2 downsides however, wifi is a must. There was mo phone reception at all, and no wifi available, even though it is advertised. With mo foxtel, wifi is a must with young kids. And also our cabin had clear windows above all rooms with no blinds, we were all awake at 5.30am every morning due to how light the rooms were, blinds needed.

We had a small issue when we arrived as we had a pet and thought we had booked a pet friendly room, the person at the reception soon let me know that we had not booked the correct room. Long story short she let us stay but her personality or lack of was starting to show! Be careful when booking pet friendly as i was informed NOT ALL OUR CABINS ARE PET FREINDLY!

The property was so clean and smelt lovely as we went in. It was a great size for our family. And safe for the kids to ride around on their scooters and skateboards. Loved the easy access to the beach for sunset and loved how quiet it was! We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the ocean breeze cabins and it was amazing! The cabins were a minute walking distance to a secluded beach! The pools and play area were clean! The cabins itself felt very clean and seemed new :) The cabins had everything we needed, microwave stove kettle etc. plenty of blankets and towels! the staff were helpful as well! Would stay there again!

We stayed on a nice villa and that area has a great bbq area and is more private. There is a direct entry to the beach from the park, The pool is ok, gaming room needs update. Close to Mogo zoo, good restaurante a social club.

A 2 day escape from the cold. Great stay! We could walk on the beach, visit Mogo Zoo,eat out or eat in. The service was friendly, the cabin was comfortable, the area was quiet and safe. We would stay there again.

This was the best holiday park we have ever stayed in. The amenities were fabulous, he Thai food van was the best Thai food we have eaten in Australia. The beach was literally 2 minutes walk and was pristine. The park was quiet and family oriented. Our teenagers loved the recreation room, even though the pool was a bit cool, it was big, clean and looked amazing. The park is very well maintained. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin and it was clean and comfortable and having its own deck made it feel a lot bigger with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. I actually injured myself quite badly on the beach, one of the cleaning staff noticed, stopped to make sure I was okay, then without being asked, went and got me an ice pack and tea towel (to wrap the ice pack in) and bought it to our cabin. Asked if there was anything else I needed and told us to call reception if we did need anything. The only disappointing thing was, we tried to book to go back and have Christmas there with our family but it was already sold out! That is a testament as to how great he park is. We give this park 5 stars

We had booked a hotel in Moruya but it turnwd out to be an absolute dive so we were delighted to find the cabin at Barlings Beach. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and enabled us to cook a meal for family who live locally. Definitely recommended.

Barlings beach is nice for fishing swimming and paddle boarding. Accommodation is Value for money. The petrol station not far from the hotel (2 mins drive) has good fish and chips and then the small shop at the same lot - sold fresh seafood and small good.

Easy check in after hours, cabins were modern and clean. The staff I talked to on the phone were lovely and very helpful. The only thing that let it down, and I am not sure if this a regular occurrence on the weekends, from around 11pm there was very loud Music blasting until around 5am. So we didn't sleep well. Music started again around 8. Very disappointing for such a peaceful area.

The location of the property was lovely, close to the beach and the Mogo MTB trails. But there was a horrible sewerage smell in the house, the bathroom was poorly maintained and the coffee mugs and plates were in the cupboards dirty. When we mentioned it to reception all we got was "oh, we will get someone to sort that out", Not even an apology.
