If you're looking for true relaxation away from the throngs of visitors, a perfect beach, good thai food, great views, a comfortable bed, large room, nice spa and a super pleasant staff who remember your preferences from day two, absolutely stay at the Nai Harn! If you want to do laps in the pool vs get wet, need a massive variety of gym equipment, and are not able to climb steps, need to meet and interact with strangers, party all night and be in the "center of it all" - do not stay at the Nai Harn. The breakfast buffet is epic, the location is secluded...you almost feel like you're on an island with beauty in every direction. The rooms are thoughtful, beds comfortable, terraces large. My only suggestions - beach chairs vs just towels beachside and a table & chairs on the terraces to enjoy a bite and the view. Otherwise, it was fabulous and perfect for what I wanted. Bravo.

Stayed only for a couple of nights at The Nai Harn, but next time it will definitely be more. The staff were attentive and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and they even arranged a late checkout for a small fee. My room was spacious, luxurious, and had stunning water views. Both Rock Salt and Cosmo served delicious food, and breakfast at Cosmo with the sea view was unforgettable. The highlight of my stay, however, was Reflections Bar — amazing sunsets, a relaxed vibe, and great happy hour deals. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a very well managed hotel. The quality of the food and restaurant service is generally very high. The staff are friendly and efficient. My only niggle is that the swimming pool is small and not suitable for lapping. We will be very happy to return there and to recommend it.

This hotel is in the perfect location and the staff are extremely helpful. The pool should be deeper (only about 3 feet deep) and I would have appreciated an elevator that went to all the floors - it was very hot and tiring to walk up 3 extra flights of stairs after getting off the elevator at the 6th floor.

The Nai Harn is the perfect example of a beach resort! All the staff is super kind and efficient. Great food at both Rock Salt and Cosmos (particularly breakfast!) the rooms are large and immaculately clean. The pool and the spa are great! Watching the sunset and the full moon rising at Reflections is a special experience. But the location!!!...the beach is stunning! The views from everywhere on the property are amazing! This really is the perfect beach resort!

Very nice hotel overlooking one of the best beaches. Excellent staff and breakfast, good restaurants but a bit overpriced for what they offer. The pool is small and didn’t use it much but the view is great. Just be careful with the location. A bit far from other beaches of the west side and nightlife but depends on what you are after. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was flavorful accommodating very tasty! The views were outstanding! I would definitely travel there again. The only thing that I would have liked to be done different is from floors six through nine there’s no elevators so there was a lot of steps to get to our floor but I will say on a positive note that did allow me to get my steps in for the day. Such a joyous and wonderful experience I would definitely go there again!

Property, although a bit dated makes up with excellent service. There was a sewage smell in the first room I was given which I believed was caused by torrential rains the area had been having. Hotel cleaning staff seem to have tried to mask it to best of their ability with heavily scented deodorizers to little help. Having said that, I think the smell is unavoidable and would likely be an issue at any coastal hotel, staff was graceful and moved me to another room. I found closing the toilet lid helps improve the situation and when rain stopped, so had the smell. Other than that, facilities were good, food and service was excellent. I have enjoyed my stay.

Hôtel bien situé face à la plage ,mais vieillissant. L ascenseur ne va qu au sixième étage et après il faut finir avec les escaliers. L accueil est très moyen. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire et copieux.Le bar de l hôtel est top avec une très belle vue. Les transats au bord de la piscine ne sont pas nettoyés régulièrement. Globalement, un bel hôtel mais pas un cinq étoiles et un rapport qualité prix très élevé.

The staff was very friendly and kind happy to help. Changed my room and gave us complimentary fruits and cookies as way of an apology after we woke to lots of flying insects appeared in the room after some heavy rain. The staff where most apologetic and the porter and house keeping was so kind. How new room was just as nice has the first room.

Nettes 3 Sterne Hotel, gebaut in den Anfang 1980er Jahren, Terrassenbau a la Costa Brava. Frühstück ist gruselig wenn man Thai Gerichte erwartet. Am besten man mag nur Toast und Fettgebackenes. Abends gegessen haben wir neben an in dem Nai Harn Rocks Hotel gegessen. Schnorcheln am Nai Harn ist super. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen oder empfehlen, wenn man nicht am zu kleinen Pool liegen will ist das Runtergehen zum Strand echt gefährlich durch den Straßenverkehr und die steile Begehung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Am ganzen Hotel blättert die Farbe ab...nun ja...ist a auch schon sehr alt. Die Belegschaft ist sehr nett und freundlich. Englisch spricht niemand . ggf kommt man mit russisch durch......das spreche ich nur nicht. Und die Kühlschränke im Zimmer kühlen nur auf 20 Grad.......das ist der Standard im ganzen Hotel wie mir gesagt wurde ....ich habe dann jeden Tag 20 KG Eiswürfel bestellt.

Clean, organized, well managed. There is always a place available in pool area and Nai Harn beach is only a minute of walk away. Hopefully local atorities will dedicate some resources to clan up the plastic trush on the beach because it was getting worse and worse with every tide.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Nai Harn Hotel. The facilities, food quality, common areas all excellent. Our Grand Ocean View Room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the beach and over to the Promthep Cape. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely big comfortable bed. The balcony with relaxing bed was an additional comfort to enjoy the warm breeze. Breakfast selections were very good. The egg / noodle station were stand out! We ate twice at the Rock Salt restaurant - delicious, well presented meals. The Thai Green Curry with fresh fish was exceptional. Happy to recommend this hotel and would return again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was our favorite location. It was close to restaurants, stores, and the beach which we absolutely loved. We also loved the view and how spacious our room was. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! A must stay!

Almost perfect stay at Narn Hai. Well trained, courteous and friendly staff who are always ready to answer to your needs. Nice build hotel on the slope overlooking the Nai Harn beach. Great views from the room of the bay. We had a deluxe ocean view room, it's spacious, beds are comfortable with all the amenities. Could do with a latch for the toilet thought and the cabinet door is a little warped and couldn't close fully. The pool is a little small and dated thought, but when you have nice Nai Harn and nearby YaNui and Ao Sane nearby you may not actually use it like we do. I absolutely fell in LOVE with The Nai Harn. The location, the beach, the staff and the amenities were all very good. The food was amazing, from breakfast to dinner excellent. The property does need some renovations, it is showing it's age, but I would still recommend it. A lovely property great for a relaxation vacation.

Had a great 3 night stay at The Nai Harn, the staff are amazing and so accommodating. The beach is right on the doorstep and we got an upgraded room on check-in. Facilities are great with two restaurants on site. Would definitely visit again

The hotel and staff were great. Service with a smile wherever you went. We used all the restaurants and the spa. Reception, F&B, porters and spa staff were all excellent. Our Muay Thai instructor was a ray of sunshine! We only had a guest directory placed in our room on the last day of our stay for some reason so it would have been good to have as I needed a firmer pillow, and I wasn't aware there was a pillow menu available. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area around the hotel was much busier than we anticipated but that was an impression caused by the Lonely Planet guidebook, not the hotel. Would highly recommend the hotel, it is one of the best we have stayed in.

Both Rock Salt and Cosmo served delicious food, and breakfast at Cosmo with the sea view was unforgettable. Staff was excellent every day. Food choices and the many types of food was outstanding! Great for breakfast and dinner - the reflections bar and rock salt are awesome. And there’s even a couple local bars within 50 feet. Just to get a local flavor. Views from the rooms and restaurants are spectacular We’d highly recommend coming back. Staff had great recommendations on excursions too. Elephant sanctuary and phi phinidlsb tour was awesome.

Above all, this is a hotel where the friendliness of the staff stands out. It's an old hotel, but the design is very beautiful. In particular, on the last day, my friend got food poisoning, so I canceled my entire day's plans, but after notifying the hotel, fortunately they allowed me a late check-out, so I was able to rest comfortably. And suddenly, the flight was delayed by two hours, causing a problem of insufficient transfer time, but the airline's call center was not connected. So I asked the hotel counter staff for help. She was very helpful and spoke directly to the airline to resolve the issue and put me at ease. Thank you again.

The Nai Harn is a very nice property, good food, and friendly inviting staff, with the exception of one. The "one" is the young lady who guided us to our room showing us points of interest on the way. I'd like to say, I am a senior citizen, my knees are very bad, and after traveling 30 hours through airports I was a bit weak and my leg were bad. As this young lady guided us to out rooms I was moving slowly struggling to get up several flights of stairs to reach the elevator, she did not slow down or ask if I needed assistance, my wife helped. At the elevator, our guide told us that the elevator only goes to the 6th floor and our room was on the 8th floor.I told the lady there is no way I can scale up and down all of those stairs, she as a matter of fact said "there is nothing she can do because they are booked full. We finally made to our room, she decried the room and left. I was clearly in pain, she looked at me with no concern or empathy. I don't need sympathy, at any 4 star resort I would expect the staff to go above and beyond, especially in this type of situation. Serval times a day I had to crawl up and down the stairs wrapping my arm on the concrete wall, there were no hand rails going form the 6th floor to the 8th. This was "with no exaggeration" sheer torcher! The great food and excellent staff with the exception of our guide help make this stay a bit better. Caution to elderly or persons with disabilities, please request floors no higher than the 6th floor.

We had an unforgettable honeymoon at this property. Beautiful room with very large and comfy bed and a picturesque view from the balcony. Service was excellent. I can't stop telling people about the breakfast buffet and the variety of foods available along with coffee options. Food is fresh and healthy options along with indulgent ones! It was fun to use the paddleboards courtesy of the hotel to ride at the clean and calm beach in front of hotels. Locals told us the Nai Harn Beach is number 1 in Phuket. We were able to walk to local smoothie, mini marts and restaurants along the beach. There is also a temple in walking distance. We can't wait to go back!

A gorgeous hotel with beautiful views. It's a bit far from the airport (1 hr 15 minutes) and from the start of the water-based tours (we did the cave canoeing), but the beach is stunning, and the food delicious. I considered switching to somewhere closer, but have no regrets.

Very nice hotel overlooking one of the best beaches. Excellent staff and breakfast, good restaurants but a bit overpriced for what they offer. The pool is small and didn’t use it much but the view is great. Just be careful with the location. A bit far from other beaches of the west side and nightlife but depends on what you are after. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful property with a great free breakfast. Food/drinks are expensive. Loved the rooftop bar…unfortunately it rained quite a bit while we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy it. I’d return if I’m ever back in Phuket.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Nai Harn Hotel. The facilities, food quality, common areas all excellent. Our Grand Ocean View Room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the beach and over to the Promthep Cape. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely big comfortable bed. The balcony with relaxing bed was an additional comfort to enjoy the warm breeze. Breakfast selections were very good. The egg / noodle station were stand out! We ate twice at the Rock Salt restaurant - delicious, well presented meals. The Thai Green Curry with fresh fish was exceptional. Happy to recommend this hotel and would return again.

We're do i start from the moment we arrived to the day we checked out such a high standard all staff were all amazing breakfast the best I've ever had in 40 years of travelling we ateat all restaurants at the property fantastic food from the pool and to the beach so convenient even the b each butler everything was perfect the room was huge with beautiful view of the beach and ocean our 4 days was to separate our 35th anniversary and was so humbled by the bottle of bubbles and the card well done to the hole team a the nai harn we will be back keep up the great service with all our love Matt & Hue

The Nai Harn is the perfect example of a beach resort! All the staff is super kind and efficient. Great food at both Rock Salt and Cosmos (particularly breakfast!) the rooms are large and immaculately clean. The pool and the spa are great! Watching the sunset and the full moon rising at Reflections is a special experience. But the location!!!...the beach is stunning! The views from everywhere on the property are amazing! This really is the perfect beach resort!

Exquisite culinary experience! The best breakfast by a mile! Everything is made from scratch. Breads, jammies, preserves, cheese, salamis, cured meats and fish. Freshly baked breads, pastries and cakes, three times per day. I was never as spoiled with that much attention to details and love put into making every so delicious. Dinner was also Amazing but breakfast is way above any Michelin star restaurant. Special thanks to Ken, Art, Jeab (room service) Tiger(Sports) and chef Mark Shaw. Beach is also so clean and exciting and definitely One of the best in Phuket. Thank you soooo much! ❤️

This guy s a nice hotel but certainly not a five star hotel. The building is old and not well maintained. Inside the rooms are good. But here and there you see things that tell you they don’t enough to maintain the facility. Service also generally good. The food is very average. We had much better food in other outside the hotel.
