Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch, die Kaffeebar mit frisch zubereiteten Kaffeespezialitäten ist einfach super. Der öffentliche Pool ist immer sauber und ist sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Kinder toll. Vor allem die Sportangebote im Wasser, wie Wasservolleyball, sind super für den Zeitvertreib. Uns wurde für die letzte Nacht ein kostenloses Upgrade vom Grad Deluxe Zimmer zu einer der Poolvillas angeboten. Beide Unterkünfte waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine wundervolle Zeit und können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Rooms were very nice, staff was wonderful. Spa was great, the pool was nice. Lots of stairs, and a little scary to walk them when it was raining, but the shuttle service was great.

Spent a few days at the Sunsuri Phuket resort - excellent facilities, view from the room outstanding and location convenient for NaiHarn beach, walking routes and nearby shopping / restaurants. The pool is a high point for all ages, the sports team led by Keay getting everyone into happy spirits. Kids club, gym, restaurant, reception all really good. Thanks to all the team there!

This was my third stay at Sunsuri Phuket, and I keep coming back for a reason! The pool area and the staff make this hotel truly special. The hillside location offers a stunning setting, with the pool sitting at a higher altitude, ensuring plenty of sunshine throughout the day—more than many nearby spots. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel like home. Plus, the beach is just a short distance away, easily accessible by a pleasant walk or the convenient hourly shuttle. Looking forward to my next visit!

Comfortable and clean rooms, pleasant staff and wonderful location. While this is a big complex, the staff are always on hand to drive you to and from your room. The dining and drink options on site are second to none - you don’t need to eat out! We made use of happy hour and particularly enjoyed our Thai dinner in the main restaurant. There was an excellent gym - with loads of cardio and strength equipment. One travel tip for this location - Like any hotel in Phuket, be careful to turn off lights before going out - otherwise the moth flies will want to come in when you return! An even better if - more air conditioning in breakfast. Definitely not a deal breaker because there are plenty of fans but as a pale Brit, I would have appreciated a cooler restaurant.

Sunsuri is a fabulous resort that truly caters to its guests. The shuttle to nearby Nai Harn Beach is convenient. The property itself is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. The pool complex is good but the water is not deep. It’s an easy cab ride to Rawai and other southern locations on the island, but is inconvenient to get to parts north.

Positives; The hotel itself is beautiful, it has a luxury feel, and the pool never felt busy or crowded. It is well located for the beach The staff were friendly, the spa service for massage was very good. We got upgraded to a bigger room on arrival The hotel was very clean Things which could be better; Sunsuri is built into a hillside, as such the rooms cannot be easily accessed via lift/ walking, the hotel provide a 24 hour shuttle from your room to lobby but it’s not ideal for nipping back to the room if you forgot something, to use the toilet etc. In terms of location, the hotel is a 5 min walk from Nai Harn beach which is a lot quieter than other beaches in Phuket which suited us well, but if you want more nightlife, restaurants etc you may prefer a busier location, we relied on taxis and trips to be able to visit other locations, there isn’t a lot in walking distance and no buses etc, when we asked the best way to visit Phuket old town (40 mins away) we were advised taxi. I emailed the hotel weeks in advance to advise them of a requirement to provide feather free bedding, but all the bedding was feathered on arrival, it took 3 calls to reception to 3 different people to explain. The hotel does not cater well for a plant based diet - for evening meal the restaurant could only provide pad Thai with ketchup, or vegetables with soy sauce. Breakfast options were fruit and dry toast. This meant we had to find places to eat out every day and evening.

Die Reise wurde über Expedia gebucht. Leider vor Ort vatte das Hotel keine Buchung von Expedia erhalten. So standen wir da und mussten vor Ort ein veefügbares Zimmer auf eigene Kosten buchen. Ein zimmer in einer höheren Preisklasse. Zur Zeit doppelte Kosten. Der Vorfall wird momentan von Expedia geklärt. Wir sind gepannt.... Das Hotel ist super, sauber und ruhig. Weg vom gabzen Stress. Man kann es nur empfehlen!

Excellent property. Very nice and secluded from the busyness found elsewhere in Phuket. Nice easy walk to the beach or shuttle service. Staff are very friendly and helpful , nothing is too much. Only criticism would be that some of the rooms bneed some investment to update and make them brighter. I found the rooms a little too dark at times

雨季真っ只中の2024年6月最終週に1週間滞在しました。 時期的に閑散期だったこともあり、非常に静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 私はGrand Deluxeルームに滞在しましたが、バスタブあり、オーシャンビュー、部屋の清掃も午前中に対応してくれて非常に快適でした。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、品数はやや少なめなものの毎日メニューが変わるので、よほど長期滞在ではない限り飽きません。 近くのナイハーンビーチへは1時間に1本の無料シャトルバスが出るので便利です。 ラグジュアリーとは言えないまでも、5つ星ホテルのクオリティは保たれていました。 次回もこのホテルに滞在したいと思います。

こんにちは。 ４泊しましたが、がっかりです。洗面所の扉のレールが外れてて動かない。レインシャワーが機能していない。ベッドサイドのコンセントが断線、天井の電灯がつかない。枕が臭いし、タオルが古い。 等々なのでおすすめしません。

Das Sunsuri ist ein solides Hotel, das allerdings keine 5-Sterne rechtfertig. Das beste an dem Hotel sind die bemühten Mitarbeiter, die allerdings häufig etwas untrainiert wirken. Teilweise auch relativ schlechte Englisch Kenntnisse. Nichtsdestotrotz unheimlich kinderlieb und meist herzlich. Außerdem gut ist die Poolanalge und der fantastische Nai Harn Beach in die Ecke. Der Shuttle Service ist etwas mühselig aber gut organisiert. Das war’s mit den positiven Aspekten. Die Zimmer sind groß allerdings mit Blick auf die Einrichtung vollkommen unverständlich dass das Hotel erst 2013 eröffnet wurde. Klima sehr laut, Badewanne undicht, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das gilt übrigens auch für die Fassade und die Dächer der Gebäude. Die Küche ist Okay, BBQ Buffet lohnt sich nicht, separat bestelltes Steak war gut! Frühstück okay, eine Mischung aus kontinentalen Frühstück und ein paar Thai Speisen. Ansonsten ist es sehr eindrucksvoll, wie die sonst isolierten Russen dieses Hotel eingenommen haben. Wer schon immer mal die Sozialisation dieser Gruppe studieren wollte ist hier bestens beraten. Diesen Fakt halte ich für absolut wissenswert, da die Präsenz und die Selbstverständlichkeit wirklich massiv ist. Alles in allem das schlechteste unserer 4 Hotels bei unserer Reise durch phuket und Samui.

Excellent property. Very nice and secluded from the busyness found elsewhere in Phuket. Nice easy walk to the beach or shuttle service. Staff are very friendly and helpful , nothing is too much. Only criticism would be that some of the rooms bneed some investment to update and make them brighter. I found the rooms a little too dark at times

Voordelen: Een erg mooi complex. Mooi zwembad. Grote kamers. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Goede ontbijt opties. Ruime keus. Nadelen: Beperkte Wifi Heel veel trappen ! We moesten van lift switchen om bij onze kamer te komen en dan daarnaast nog heel veel trappen lopen om bij onze kamer te komen. Dat vonden wij nadelig. Jammer dat de bus naar het strand maar 1 x per uur gaat.

We stayed a month at this resort and we absolutely loved it! The location is amazing. Ocean views with a short distance walk to the beach. It’s very family friendly . My kids loved it and are already asking when can we be back! The staff is amazing ! Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The kitchen staff especially Chef Pan , Mai , Tiwa, Mai Mai, ing, MAs, Kate, Pookam, Art and all the others were just amazing!! My kids made friends with them and we will definitely miss them :) Highly recommend anyone who is looking to stay not to far from attractions in a beautiful resort!

Staff were absolutely exceptional!! From the moment we walked everyone was all smiles and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was one of the things I looked forwarded to every morning while at my stay. Food was clean and delicious, staff were great and polite. Can not fault my stay at Sunsuri. Absolutely amazing!!

Quiet location with lots of restaurants & beach in walking distance, or use Bolt for just a few pounds to get a taxi to the busier main towns. Lovely staff. A perfect mix of quiet & entertainment for those not wanting to stay in the busier tourist locations.

This was my third stay at Sunsuri Phuket, and I keep coming back for a reason! The pool area and the staff make this hotel truly special. The hillside location offers a stunning setting, with the pool sitting at a higher altitude, ensuring plenty of sunshine throughout the day—more than many nearby spots. Sunsuri is a fabulous resort that truly caters to its guests. The shuttle to nearby Nai Harn Beach is convenient. The property itself is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. The pool complex is good but the water is not deep. It’s an easy cab ride to Rawai and other southern locations on the island, but is inconvenient to get to parts north.

Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch, die Kaffeebar mit frisch zubereiteten Kaffeespezialitäten ist einfach super. Der öffentliche Pool ist immer sauber und ist sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Kinder toll. Vor allem die Sportangebote im Wasser, wie Wasservolleyball, sind super für den Zeitvertreib. Uns wurde für die letzte Nacht ein kostenloses Upgrade vom Grad Deluxe Zimmer zu einer der Poolvillas angeboten. Beide Unterkünfte waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine wundervolle Zeit und können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Positives; The hotel itself is beautiful, it has a luxury feel, and the pool never felt busy or crowded. It is well located for the beach The staff were friendly, the spa service for massage was very good. We got upgraded to a bigger room on arrival The hotel was very clean Things which could be better; Sunsuri is built into a hillside, as such the rooms cannot be easily accessed via lift/ walking, the hotel provide a 24 hour shuttle from your room to lobby but it’s not ideal for nipping back to the room if you forgot something, to use the toilet etc. In terms of location, the hotel is a 5 min walk from Nai Harn beach which is a lot quieter than other beaches in Phuket which suited us well, but if you want more nightlife, restaurants etc you may prefer a busier location, we relied on taxis and trips to be able to visit other locations, there isn’t a lot in walking distance and no buses etc, when we asked the best way to visit Phuket old town (40 mins away) we were advised taxi. I emailed the hotel weeks in advance to advise them of a requirement to provide feather free bedding, but all the bedding was feathered on arrival, it took 3 calls to reception to 3 different people to explain. The hotel does not cater well for a plant based diet - for evening meal the restaurant could only provide pad Thai with ketchup, or vegetables with soy sauce. Comfortable and clean rooms, pleasant staff and wonderful location. While this is a big complex, the staff are always on hand to drive you to and from your room. The dining and drink options on site are second to none - you don’t need to eat out! We made use of happy hour and particularly enjoyed our Thai dinner in the main restaurant. There was an excellent gym - with loads of cardio and strength equipment. One travel tip for this location - Like any hotel in Phuket, be careful to turn off lights before going out - otherwise the moth flies will want to come in when you return! An even better if - more air conditioning in breakfast. Definitely not a deal breaker because there are plenty of fans but as a pale Brit, I would have appreciated a cooler restaurant.

Lovely clean room with a fantastic view they had upgraded us to a deluxe premium room when we got there we were over the moon . The staff were amazing snd so friendly not far from beach or amenities either just be aware there is a lot of steps as on side of hill but there are 2 lifts. Breakfast had plenty of choice which we filled up on to last till teatime .

5 stars across the board. SunSuri Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The property is very clean, the pool area is beautiful, and the food was amazing. The daily breakfast spread was hands down the best we’ve ever had — huge variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend SunSuri if you’re staying in Phuket.
