Timber Chalet was spacious and super quiet inside.Washrooms were clean with dove handwash,shampoo and conditioner. Bed, sheets and pillows were clean and really comfortable. The breakfast options were largely organic with a super spread ranging from iddiyappam to chicken curry and hot dosas off the counter . Dinner is even better with yummy Biriyani and variety dishes in chicken, mutton or even prawns (with alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages).Vegetarian options in plenty as well. Staff are attentive and immediately available for anything. Frankly no negatives to call out except that the pricing might be slightly on the higher side.

Great property and great room. Provided an upgraded room. But the trails are not accessible and available. Staff was poor… front staff tried to overcharge and did not offer an apology when the mistake was pointed out.

The property was quiet and bathrooms were good. Staff - Ramji, Rahine and Muthukumaran (all restaurant staff) were particularly good in service and courtesy. Bad - the food choices weren't good for vegetarians, not much of south Indian dishes for a restaurant located in deep south India. Room service was below average. Overall, too pricey for the quality of stay.
