The ambience, staff, room service, food and the landscape everything was wonderful. Please upgrade your wifi service as I had hard time connecting my office laptop.

The property is old and not renovated for last 20 yrs. Though clean, the bathroom are antique and coffin shaped. Also ventilation in bathrooms is poor. Cigarette smoke smell from adjacent bathrooms enter in your bathroom and room. Cleaning needs to be done outside the window area as well. We could see cigarette butts and garbage from the window. The games section is enclosed without any ventilation; just the exhaust fans are there. After sometime you will feel suffocating due to lack of air and no air conditioning. Parking is congested and mostly not available near main lobby. The only good point is the location and closeness to view point. The property is large and overall well maintained. Rooms were clean but heavy air freshner was used which was causing headache. Breakfast spread is ok.

Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. You don’t need to go outside to any other valley viewing points. Restaurant food is also good with valley-facing seating. Overall, nice stay experience and value for money. My only suggestion to them is to replace the old AC’s in the premium deluxe rooms, which make noise in this quite serene environment. If anyone is booking valley-viewing rooms here, please make sure you call the property and check about the same, as all rooms are not valley-facing.
