Serviço excelente, cafe da manhã sensacional. Unico problema é que a piscina é pqna para a quantidade de hospedes. Na parte da tarde fica impossível ficar na piscina de tao lotado. O jeito é aproveitar cedo e depois descer para praia.

O hotel é excelente, porém você escuta tudo que se fala nos outros quartos, poderia ter uma acústica um pouco melhor. A piscina é muito boa, mas com poucas mesas/cadeiras para o número de hóspedes. Eles oferecem toalhas para a praia, mas não tem cadeiras nem guarda-sol, o que seria um diferencial pelo porte do hotel. O café da manhã é espetacular.

Hotel maravilhoso. Muito limpo e bem Localizado. Café bem variado e de excelente qualidade. Podíamos pedir omelete e tapioca a parte. O buffet de almoço e jantar também é muito bom. Todos os itens do serviço de quarto que pedimos era de excelente qualidade. . Não tem serviço de praia mas empréstimo de toalhas . Praia excelente bem em frente ao hotel com quiosques para aluguel de cadeira e guarda sol . Academia um pouco pequena . A área da piscina poderia ter mais guarda sóis . Bastante cadeira de deitar mas poucos guarda sois. Amenities muito boas também . Cortesia de garrafa de água de 1,5 l no quarto . Ficamos no quarto 1104 com uma vista linda do mar . Solid property. Dated in some regards, but solid nonetheless. Modest gym and spa. Roof top pool was good. Room was good . Had a connecting suite for the kids that worked out great. Breakfast included was worth it. No surprise but we were not near Copacabana or Ipanmema, so the daily 40 to 1hr uber to site see was a bit much, but again expected. With a family it may be best to be away from the hustle and bustle of Copacabana area. Great time ovwrall. Hotels description on most sites were accurate. They are always anomalies to the good and bad. Our experience was mostly good. Cheers!

Good safe area next to beach in a great residential neighbourhood but hotel needs to improve its amenities No water unless you pay Rs9 each for 300ml bottles. Massive cross contamination in live omelette station with chefs using same gloves and pans for vegetarian and non vegetarian preps. Pool was small and dinghy for such a large hotel No beach umbrellas or even chairs No room slippers provided and no Vip benefits at all offered or recieved. The Novotel next door was providing guests with chairs and beach facilities but Windsor wasn't bothered. Overall average at best

A equipe do hotel é extramente atenciosa, educada e prestativa. O quarto era ótimo e ainda teve um mimo de aniversário para minha esposa. Único ponto negativo é o tamanho de piscina, pequena demais comparada à estrutura do hotel. A academia também deixa bastante a desejar, com poucos equipamentos e também pequena.

A janela do quarto estava bastante suja, dando a impressão de que há muito tempo não é limpa. As camas eram ruins, com colchão duro e parecia antigo, o que comprometeu o conforto. Os travesseiros também eram de baixa qualidade — precisei solicitar adicionais para tentar ficar mais confortável. Chegamos no domingo dia 26, depois dos hospedes sairem não fizeram a arrumação direito, tinha touca descartável usada pendurada na parede. A banheira estava suja. Ar condicionado não gelou o suficiente.

I spent 9 nights at Windsor Marapendi. It was during the Carnival so a very busy time of the year. The hotel is a bit dated, rooms' doors are very light and cheap so you can hear guests slamming them at any time of the day which is very annoying when you wish to relax a bit. I found a lot of dust especially on the edges of the tiles in the bathroom. The fridge in my bedroom was also very noisy so I had to switch it off before going to sleep and remember to turn it on in the morning. No sleepers were provided. The drier in the bathroom is old and not powerful. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off in few points. Guests are allowed to walk around without tops. When I raised such issue with the reception they said: "Sir, this is Rio". I was shocked. Quality of guests is very low, maybe because of the time of the year. Guests FaceTiming on speakers during breakfast as if they were in their home. Staff at the reception have a certain attitude probably because they are used to deal with such low class patrons. Gym is ridiculous, small, one treadmill was out of order and all the equipment is obsolete. The guy with the glasses doing the eggs and tapioca for breakfast behind the counter is the most rude that I have ever encountered. On the other hand, a mixed race waiter in his late 40s who's bald, tall and distinguished was so polite, always smiling and helpful to the point that when I left I gave him a tip which is something that I never do.

Péssimo. Não dormi direito. O black out e muito menor que a janela uns 15 centímetros 5:00 o quarto estava totalmente claro. Inadmissível para um hotel deste nível. A atendente disseque todos os quartos são assim e que sempre tem reclamações

Great Hotel. Got my upgrade Thanks to Dyan at the front desk. The only problem I had was my AC went out the last night(which resulted in no sleep), and they wouldnt move my room. When I checked out, the gentleman said someone would get back to me by email regarding compensation. Havent heard back, so Probably wouldnt stay there again.

O quarto é bem equipado, possui chaleira, maquina de café, o quarto é amplo, cama confortável, um vista limpa, banheiro bem equipado e amplo (com produtos de ótima qualidade). O ambiente do café da manhã é amplo, porém como o hotel é grande, em dias de movimento, sugiro chegar até as 08h. O café começa bem cedo, às 06h. Os garçons são muito atenciosos. First off this is definitely not the 5 star hotel I’m used to… Hotel lobby looked spectacular but once you get to the hotel room, it appeared way older than the pictures. Nothing was included, not even toiletries. I had to go out and buy shower items since the soap in the room was extremely cheap and generic. Bathroom was tiny. I believe people live there and it’s really loud at night coming from hallways and connecting rooms. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, I woke up with body aches daily!

Não nos deixaram tomar café da manhã, disseram que nossa diária não estava inclusa, sendo que reservei com café da manhã, pelo menos era o que constava no hotel.com. Foi muito frustrante e constrangedor, pois quando a gente viaja uma das melhores experiências é a parte do café da manhã de hotel. O hotel se diz VIP ACCESS (falam que dão 20% de desconto em refeições), sou cliente gold, pedi uma refeição pelo serviço de quarto e na hora de pagar se negaram a dar o desconto. Foi uma experiência frustrante em vista da estrutura do hotel. Não pretendo voltar.

Hotel segue muito agradável, porém precisam treinar mais a equipe de recepção. Fui atendido por um rapaz, que ja foi avisando que check in era a partir das 15h, sem oferecer valor a mais para early check in. Somente optei por essa opção, apos eu mesmo questionar. Fora isso, meus dados estavam fora da base de dados do hotel, sendo que sou cliente frequente, e ja fui varias vezes tanto a passeio quanto a trabalho na rede. Talvez a fidelidade nao seja valorizada.

Overall it’s a great hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing and for the most part, staff were very helpful and professional. The location is safe but far away from shopping and very few restaurant options in walking distance. The beach was directly across the street and it was easy to get Uber or taxi quickly. We were able to take advantage of VIP status and got a room upgrade and late check out. I recommend this hotel especially if you are looking for something quite and safe.

Solid property. Dated in some regards, but solid nonetheless. Modest gym and spa. Roof top pool was good. Room was good . Had a connecting suite for the kids that worked out great. Breakfast included was worth it. No surprise but we were not near Copacabana or Ipanmema, so the daily 40 to 1hr uber to site see was a bit much, but again expected. With a family it may be best to be away from the hustle and bustle of Copacabana area. Great time ovwrall. Hotels description on most sites were accurate. They are always anomalies to the good and bad. Our experience was mostly good. Cheers!

Pontos negativos são os valores do café da manhã (R$ 100) por pessoa e crianças pagam! As bebidas alcoólicas também tem preços bem salgados!

El hotel es hermoso. Muy comodo, espacioso, limpo y con una vista espectacular. El desayuno es muy completo y variado además nosotros cenamos en el hotel y el buffet es muy bueno. La valoración en general es excelente. Lo único que no me gustó es el servicio de playa, solo nos dieron toallas mientras que otros hoteles además ofrecen sillas (reposeras) y sombrillas (parasol), por el valor del hotel yo pensaba que se ofrecía un servicio completo pero al final se debe alquilar en la playa a los locales.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful! They do their best to speak English when I cannot speak fluent Portuguese and Spanish. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly. The cleaning staff are nice. The beach view from my room was very pretty. It would have been nice to have a balcony and/or be able to open the windows to allow the ocean breeze in.
