The room is very basic but clean. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast provided with alot of variety but also very basic.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was good, they were honest. My brother left his iPad when we checked out. The same evening I received a phone call saying that I might left something in the room. I was impressed. Thank you very much especially for the staff who found it. I will tell my friends about this incidence and surely will go back to stay at Luminor hotel when I'm in Indonesia.

So old, haven't any renovation. The price are really equal to the quality.
