The pools were awesome! Huge main pool, kids area catered for all ages! So many seating options around the pool. Restaurants just next to the pool and beach! Room was very clean! Breakfast was excellent! My two daughters 9&13 loved Prama. Less than $5 taxi anywhere in Sanur!

We loved being on the beach, you can just stroll between the beach and pool. I loved that there was a family pool on one side and a more "adult" pool, it made for a very peaceful swim and hangout. The breakfast buffet was awesome, we enjoyed eating Balinese food but there was a wide selection for all sorts of tastes including typical western palates. We appreciated being accommodated with a late check out the day of our flight. There are a lot of activities on site (night shows etc) that aren't advertised online, for example electric and non-electric bike rentals, traditional balinese night show, etc (with costs but pretty reasonable). There were bands playing on the beach for free most nights. I wish we had stayed longer in Bali and I would definitely return to this hotel. The area around the hotel is very walkable, with lots of restaurants, shops, a grocery etc. The only downside was that the rooms are a little dated and worn, and the cleaning in not spotless (but far from bad).

We were 3 adults in 2 rooms. The hotel is in a wonderfully convenient location on the beach front, close to other cafes and reataurants and the shopping strip which is one block back. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept clean. We did feel a bit disappointed that our 2 rooms were not next to each other, even though we had booked in the same booking, and my friend moved rooms on the 2nd day which was easy to arrange. The first room hadn't been cleaned properly, but this was quickly rectified. She also had trouble with condensation forming in the room if the air con wasn't cool enough. But this did not detract too much from our stay and we would stay here again.

The resort is conveniently located. The pool & ocean common areas, along with the restaurants were great! The included breakfast buffet had lots of options. The room, horrific. The cleaning is the worst I've seen in a long time and there's no way I'd give this a "very good, 8.2 rating". My first room was covered in ants when I walked in, because the coffee area hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. They promptly came and carted me off to another room which didn't have ants but wasn't much better. Both rooms, the shower area has mold, the towels are threadbare, the headboard to the bed and chairs are covered in stains and look like they've been in use for decades. Finally, I was on the first floor, which the walls are thin so I heard everyone, all night long, as they were arriving back to the hotel.

The whole hotel is kept in tip top shape, from the toilet to the garden. Everything you see on the website is how it is. Fantastic breakfast, well located in Sanur with great adjacent restaurants. This will become my default hotel for future trips.

The staff was friendly. Property itself was kept well but there were ants every where, near the pool, in the room and the bathroom. The beach was filthy. Garbage everywhere, didn’t want to take off my shoes. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was in a great location on the beachfront and close to a good selection of restaurants. The staff very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. The only criticism is that the bath towels were very rough on the skin.

Had a great 4 night stay. Location wise it is super. Loved the fact its straight at the beach. Quite a lot of noise from the corridors - doors slamming etc. But other than that it was a great and convenient stay.

The hotel looks impressive on the outside with its’ manicured garden, 3 pools and beach front location. Unfortunately the inside of the room is decrepit especially the wc. There is no ventilation resulting in mould stains on the wood vanity counter and the door surfaces. There are on going renovations on the outside, but honestly the room which is the gut of the facility needs a complete overhaul. Having said all that, we did enjoy our stay. The breakfast was excellent. So much variety attempting to catered universally. Watching the sunrise while having breakfast is pretty great too. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

We booked a sea view room, which had a great view. The room was spacious enough, but, as others say, it is very tired and old. The floors are i think a laminate, and creak like walking on a bubble. Our bed was comfortable, but my sons room, his bed was a lot firmer. He ask for a mattress topper, which made it better for him. I booked this resort for the beach and pools, as we had our 3yr old granddaughter with us. She was very happy in any of the pools, which was great. Again age is showing in the pools also, tiles are looking worse for wear, especially in kiddy pools. We ate and drank a lot at the hotel, and found the meals to be good. Yes, as others say, cheaper options close by, but, what we got was good. Staff are all very good, which is usual for Bali hotels, my only complaint was house keeping was done later in the day, and as my grand daughter was sleeping, they had to be turned away, or were just asked for extras, without having a full service. My experience other hotels is that housekeeping was done earlier in the day. We would possibly stay here again, i cant say for sure. If your ok with big, and busy, and have children, then it's definitely worth giving it a go.

The breakfast was limited to mostly Asian dishes, and not everyone likes salad for breakfast. Our room was old and had only one plug that you could use for your electronics. ONLY one PLUG in the entire room and bathroom. Old decor, broken tiles on the floor, and squeaky floors. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED

The Hotel is a grand size with wonderful gardens and pools, situated right next to the beach in South Sanur. My room was small and tired, although the beds and bedding very comfortable. Staff assistance was exemplary, polite and kind. I was happy to stay here, and hope to stay again in the future.

Very friendly staff. Amenities a little dated but clean and usable. Buffet breakfast was really good. One disappointment was the on premise Taxi stand. They overcharge by up to 3 times the Bluebird taxi fares.

The staff were brilliant. On arrival the reception were very welcoming. The facilities are many and varied. There are a variety of swimming pools for adults and kids. The beach and sea views are very close. The Bamboo Beach Bar is really good and has delightful staff. There is entertainment on most evenings and the music is great. The breakfast area is well organised and supplies a really good variety of foods. The staff who look after the rooms are very friendly and do a good job. Overall a very nice holiday, and would definately come here again.

The toilet did not work properly from day one. Never flushed completely. Staff was aware and did not fix it. Remote control was removed from room while l was out, and was returned the next day while l was at breakfast. Staff did say yes they entered and left the room and did not clean, did not change towels.

Disappointing that I booked a Club Room, that is advertised as a Club Room, but they do not have. Prior to covid it existed, but since covid they have kept the name, but do not offer any of the benefits of a club room. So no private breakfast area, no afternoon tea and drinks and nibbles in the evening! As I raised the matter with the manager they upgraded our room. Very nice, but I would have much preferred the benefits of a club room. I suggested they stopped advertising club rooms as it led to disappointment and was misleading. Please note they are still advertising Club Rooms and I feel this is totally dishonest. I am posting this to help, like minded Club Room Users.

We were a little disappointed in this hotel. We have been to Bali many times and stayed in numerous different locations and different hotel styles. We noticed cigarette butts on pathway from pool which remained until we left. Some mornings at breakfast we didn’t get offered tea or coffee due to the lack of staff. There were problems getting a sun lounger everyday with people getting to the pool at 7am putting out towels and not returning for hours. I noticed this a lot as I went out for an early swim everyday. The room was cleaned everyday but to a minimal standard. I appreciate it’s a large resort and we did travel in the busy period, Australian school holidays, but I don’t think we would return.

Love the location of this hotel , right on the beach and boardwalk. Easy to get to everything . Such friendly staff and a great gardens and pool areas to relax in. Great buffet breakfast on the outside terrace and vibing beach bar . Really enjoyed the stay here and Sanur.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast but very busy restaurant at breakfast time. At times you need to wait for a table. Need coffee makers. Staff running around with coffee pots filling people’s cups. Coffee is then not hot. Get coffee makers.

The bathroom was very dark especially when you need to shave or use the magnifying mirror for applying makeup. Room and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was average however you can't go wrong with the egg station. Staff friendly. I do think the food at breakfast lets the hotel down a bit.

We had a a great time here. The staff was really nice. The food options were great. There is a wood burning pizza place with a variety of food. Italian restaurant and others. Great bamboo hut bar on the beach to sit and relax. A full breakfast buffet too.
