There was a good selection for breakfast. We had to book another night due to weather and did not go through hotels.com for that night and so paid a lot more. However, because we got the room for less through hotels.com the second night, we did not get access to HBO as we did for the first night. The swimming pool area was very small. Overall a good place to stay. There was an adjoining pizza restaurant attached to the hotel and this was convenient to not have to drive to another restaurant.

Nice quiet comfortable facility. They need to spend some time on maintenance. The elevator was very sketchy. Also the front entrance when somebody would exit or enter the bldg. The doors would keep opening and closing 5 or 6 times on their own

We only stayed here one night. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was nice and modern but for some reason seemed a bit grubby. All the hallway carpets seemed dirty and the pool was nice and warm but didn’t look very clean. Breakfast closed at 9 a.m.!!! Way too early.

Elevator didn't work the 2nd morning, but well trained staff offered to move me to 1st floor if it wasn't fixed quickly. When I returned that afternoon it had been fixed. GREAT JOB STAFF.

Had a room by the elevator so we listened to that all night. The room needed vacuuming and tv didn’t work even though the directions were followed. It was a very tired looking room. The beds and towels were clean!

Our first room had stains all over the floors. Brown creepy splatters on the wall by the bed (I was too afraid to consider it chocolate). Furniture chipped, scratched and dingy. Asked for another room, the clerk was graceful. Next room was somewhat cleaner, with a big burn mark on the luggage bench, chipped, dingy furniture. Mattress exposed was stained, sheets clean, but stained. Pool area was filthy. The only decent part was breakfast. Please rate hotels appropriately! I use those ratings when choosing my hotel and was disappointed to say the least!

This hotel is not that old but rooms are worn and tired looking. Most of the room furniture & lamp shades were damaged. Bed seemed to be clean. The front desk staff were nice and professional but the breakfast area is filthy. Tables were not cleaned very well and flies landing on your plate. Likely because the auto doors stay open too long, sometimes without people going through. Its hard to feel comfortable eating when you don't want to touch anything.

Located close to everything, and lots of parking. Pool is super warm, kiddo loved it. Could be cleaner for sure. There was food left from previous people in our room.

Firstly, the room we stayed in is not the same as photoed online. But it was close enough, and we were tired from our long drive, so I didn't say anything. When it comes to cleanliness, the carpet is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. You need to bring a pair of slippers just to be safe. My daughter took her socks off (toddler), and a few moments later, her feet were black. Yes, black. Our socks were black as well. Everything else seemed okay for sanitation. For comfort, the pillows are awful. Flat as pancakes. The mattress was decent. The service wasn't the best. I called for towels and never received them. I had to get them myself. The staff were not that friendly except for one guy toward the end of our stay. Overall, okay. Definitely not great.

Maybe need housekeeping to be more careful. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door and dried on, I think, pizza sauce on the nightstand I cleaned off. I could also see splash marks on the toilet seat that I had to wipe off with antibacterial gel. The soap in the shower was empty. It was really disappointing. We have stayed before without issues. I would have said something at checkout but no one was around... Just the key box.

The location is great for those on the road to and from Canada, and the price is not bad for the size of the room. Check-in was professional, but not very personable. The main issues with the room itself were that the floors and ceilings do not dampen any sounds. People walking through the halls, and anyone in a room above...one can hear all of it. Our AC unit never shut off and the thermostat did little to help. Breakfast is included with the stay, but there was no protein...just bread and pastries. I can only guess the hotel is trying to cut back on food costs, but not a lot to get one through the day. It's an ok hotel, but there are some issues that can be fixed.

The hotel was a little loud at first when we came in due to a hockey team in the lobby, but over all it was pretty quite sleep at night. The rooms are a little small, but with high ceilings. Location is nice and close to the stadium.

The hotel itself isn't bad. It was clean and the staff was pretty attentive. The bad part were the odd cube like bed pillows. They are strange, uncomfortable, and just awkward to sleep on. Each bed had 3 cube pillows and they made sleeping supremely uncomfortable. Change the pillows to actual pillows and this place would be just fine!

BIG variety for breakfast, my room #202 was bigger than most. But it was also very noisy, due to the restaurant below fan constantly blowing and no view what’s so ever due to fan. You could hear people walking around upstairs and the carpet needs to be updated.

Good hotel. No frills but just what we needed. However, do not plan on using the sofa bed if you get one of those rooms. It was beyond uncomfortable. Just terrible. I maybe slept 2 -3 hours at best. Also, when I opened the sofa bed there were Doritos on the mattress. There was no soap for the sink which was odd so we used the shower gel from the shower instead. Close to UND campus which is what we needed. Service was great and staff is very friendly.

The G.M. contradicted what an employee told me. The employee had been GREAT throughout our stay. She was everywhere doing everything. I was so impressed. She said I could leave my scooter in a secure little corner for a few hours until my son could stop by to pick it up. The G.M. said no for liability purposes. I have stayed at Hampton, C'Mon Inn, and Rodeway. First time trying Baymont. ALL of those places worked with us and let me leave scooter at the end of our stay until my son could pick up. The G.M. ruined our stay. Was a great motel. Had a great breakfast. Glad it was dog friendly. But that G.M. just ruined the day.

we booked 2 rooms and had phoned 1 week in advance to try and have our rooms as close together as possible, they said not a problem. when we checked in, we were on different floors and the guy working the front desk basically told us too bad… Internet didn’t work most of the time, I went down to talk to the same guy and again was told too bad… we asked for extra blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa and he left them on the floor outside our door… the room itself smelled and was full of dust which i’m allergic too so i had to wipe down everything & double up on allergy meds and my puffer…

We overall had a good stay! Our first room had a pretty bad pet urine odor. But when I told Kari at the front desk about it, she not only moved us, but upgraded our room. The new room was great and very clean. Kari was very nice and thoughtful.

We were blown away at the service we received. Exceptional customer service from all of the staff we encountered. Breakfast was fantastic as was the service. The suite was huge but outdated, bed was very comfortable, nice to have 2 tv's. Windows even opened for fresh air. Pool was a little small but very clean.

Breakfast buffet was made exceptional by the most welcoming and helpful staff member. She was very positive and kind person who worked non stop to keep the area well supplied and perfectly clean. I noticed she had the same kindly manner toward all the guests as they attended the brunch regardless of age or ethnicity. She was quick to help pickup and remove dirty dishes or dropped items. She really never stopped working but smiled and spoke a little to each person.

We were there for the first night of the Zach Bryan concert. We called early Sunday morning to see about an early check in and they told us that most likely it wouldn’t be an option. Which was fine we just wanted to head over to the venue sooner. We got to the hotel around 2 and decided to just ask if they were able to check us in then and they were great! They said room service worked really hard to get people in early! We were super appreciative! The front desk was so kind and helpful! I wish I got their name because by far the best hotel front desk service I’ve ever received! Would stay at this hotel again for sure!

The hotel was a little loud at first when we came in due to a hockey team in the lobby, but over all it was pretty quite sleep at night. The rooms are a little small, but with high ceilings. Location is nice and close to the stadium.

Everything was great, we travel a lot and this is the best hotel we've stay in for many years. The facilities are new, clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast manager was personable and attentive. Price was competitive for the location. We will stay here in the future.

The breakfast was absolutely EXCELLENT! They had anything you could think of for breakfast! The bed was comfy! The pillows are too large but we always bring our own. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Ok hotel. Friendly service, I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Breakfast is good, but today at 9 am nothing was left and no refills done. People coming down for breakfast and left disappointed

We booked this hotel based on excellent reviews from other travelers. However, when we checked in later in the evening, the employee at the front desk was rude and condescending. We went upstairs to our room and the carpet and the shower were filthy. The room was dark and crowded with furniture. We went back to the desk to ask for another room and he was quite thoroughly. At this point, we canceled our reservation and went to a competitor down the street. Sent an email to the manager and never heard back. Book this at your own risk!

The person who checked me in was indifferent, bordering on rude. The lobby was nice. The room was clean but tacky. The TV didn’t seem to have a volume control and the fan on the wall was so loud you couldn’t hear it.
