The property was very well kept and the pool was nice.

Great property! Lobby, room and fitness center were clean. Breakfast was great! They offered hot food and continental items were well stocked My only issue was the tv didn't work and they were unable to fix it. But I would definitely stay there again!

Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and large. Bathroom was great. Beds were comfy. Large closet. Small fridge. Pool was small and was freezing. Good breakfast options. Had a very nice four night stay.

Great stay for one night. We were able to check-in early. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathrooms were large and spacious. Gym was nice. Decent selection for breakfast.

Description says Bar but No bar there. Very disappointed.

The pictures showed a bar and the bar was not open yet for opperation (not open at all). The thermostat in the room would not come on so we could not control temperature. There was also a roach that we had to kill in our room and the tv remote did not work we had to unplug the tv to get it to turn off.

Clean, close to town, food was great, staff was very friendly. This hotel was a great value and was a great choice for me and my family. My toddler loved the food and the pool. There is an indoor playground within walking distance that the toddler loved.

Property and room were clean although the carpet in one of our rooms had a 2 inch burn spot in the middle of the room that needs repairing. Staff was friendly. Plenty of free parking. Lot of shopping and restaurants in the area.

Bad dirty old room.old dirty sofas, Old dirty carpet with numerous stains. The glass at the desk rattles when you walk in the room. Dirty trash cans. Very very bad experience.totally disappointed,can’t believe it’s a Marriott property

Dirty rooms carpets are very dirty bed smell in the room

Room was kind of warm. Took a long while before it got cold. Found some beer cans behind the pull out bed.

Booked us in a dirty room, sheets had makeup brown stains and dried up cheetos . Towels had pubic hair all over them, no hand towels. Sofa and carpet covered in stains mattress and box spring were just as disgusting. Management did nothing to make things right or to even accommodate us in a different room.

Blood stains on carpet….big.could have been replaced as they are carpet tiles.asked to be moved. Second room better but still stained carpet. When I asked front desk they said they had had several complaints about the blood stained carpet. when I asked why it hadn’t been fixed then, the girl said, well housekeeping can’t get the stains out. So I said then why doesn’t maintenance replace the carpet tiles. She said she didn’t know. But they were doing some renovations next year. I thought it was very sad that they wouldn’t let carpet issues like that. Go on for six months to a year because in the future they’re going to do something. when the manager was asked about this, he was very unprofessional and even rude to us. Absolutely unacceptable will be treated like that by a manager. The manager alone cause this review. Not even the stain on the carpet and I’ve been treated right I wouldn’t have necessarily had this type of a score.

Roomy with a comfortable layout. Everything was perfectly clean except the carpet, which needed shampoo or replacement. Good breakfast.

Stayed here for the Eras Tour. Location was great and relatively great to NRG stadium. Because we were coming in from this location as opposed to the heart of Houston, we avoided traffic and long lines. Staff was helpful and breakfast was fine. We requested connecting rooms and booked the rooms well in advance; however, when we arrived, we found that our rooms were not connecting and all other rooms were sold out so we couldn't move. We were very disappointed in the condition of the rooms. There were large red stains on the carpet. Our bathroom door was missing a part, so we had to find creative ways to keep it closed while we showered or went to the restroom. In that condition, the room should never have been rented out. Room layout was weird and narrow as well.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were notably polite and helpful. They showed a genuine commitment to customer service, which was refreshing. The breakfast offered was also up to par. The selection was adequate, and the quality of the food was fine. In terms of accommodations, the bed was quite comfortable - exactly what one needs after a long day of travel or sightseeing. This not only affected the aesthetic appeal of the room but also raised concerns about overall cleanliness. The design of the hotel room was somewhat peculiar. The bathroom was unusually long, which encroached on the space of the main room. While I understand architectural constraints may limit the possibilities for redesigning, it did contribute to a less than optimal spatial layout. Good overall hotel experience. We opted for the suite with 2 queens and a sofabed and it offered plenty of extra room for the four of us. Breakfast was hot and delicious they had oatmeal which is a item that many hotels do not offer. But the hotel is a popular option as they were sold out and it was obvious as the breakfast area was packed on both of the days that we stayed there.

The air condition in our room didn’t work. The room above us had kids running u til 2 in the morning. I told the staff when i was leaving the air conditioner was t working they told us sorry for the inconvenience. Last night temperature was 92.

Clean and located next to the highways but very quiet. AC works well but first bed impedes all the flow leaving the rest of the room kinda hot.

Receptionists were very rude, aggressive and misbehaved. Washroom shower was too rusty with green rust and I requested to clean or change, she said “ Do you have better than this at your home “? She said either stay with same or leave the hotel In midnight, nowhere to go. it was really terrible desk service. Will never go back on this location

We are at the hotel and reception person is telling me that hotel is overbooked and they have to see if any room available. This is really pathetic to know after booked well ahead and already paid when booked. I think hotel people gave our room to walk in and telling us this story of over book, third party blah blah. What is the point of using Expedia, a reputable one. I am really very disappointed with this service and mismanagement.

Stayed 3 days and housekeeping didn’t come by once. Had to go to the lobby and get towels myself. Never again, Springhill!

From the moment we walked in Evan at the counter was so friendly. Nothing was ever a problem with any of the staff, breakfast was always pretty good. My daughter who loves reading only had an old docket as a bookmark when Tyrone was servicing our room he left a lovely note for her with a bookmark which she was pretty stoked about. We stayed in 4 Springhill suites on our trip to the USA and this one by far was our favourite so thank you for making our last week in the States comfortable.

The best staff

Housekeeping missed our room on our first day of stay. Confirmed with front desk that we’d need our room turned and a note was left on our account to ensure housekeeping would come through on the second day. They did not. Confirmed with front desk that the note was still active on my account, even though our room wasn’t turned over for a second day. Had to go down to the lobby and get my own towels.

Close to everything

The hotel is a gem hidden behind a porsche dealership. It's not in a great area. The staff make up for it. We were treated with such kindness. They saw we were tired and our door keys didn't work. They came and fixed it and brought us a snack for the trouble. Invited us to come have a tea or a hot chocolate. The breakfast was very nice. Building was clean. There is one problem. If trains bother you this isn't the right hotel. There are no horns but there is a railway yard across the street. You will feel the locomotives moving. Quiet but shaky. Didn't bother us a we live in a small town held hostage by loud trains. The rooms were nice beds comfy. I enjoyed this stay. Again the staff really stand out.

Location worked for what we needed. Staff were welcoming and had great attitudes. Room was big and clean. Only bad thing was DirectTV didn't work during the storm.

The quality you get and what you’re paying for is unmatched. Our room didn’t have any complimentary body lotion, the shampoo bottle had absolutely no shampoo and the keurig machine in the room wasn’t working, making me think they don’t keep up with the rooms or maintenance. The breakfast area was chaos both mornings, coffee ran out before closing time. Pillows were worn out. It was okay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great hotel great location and friendly staff everything was cleaned. Breakfast was good but the juice was watery all in all a great experience

The mattress was terrible and the room stale and outdated. Warning bring a plug cause there's no usb port. Oh and complimentary breakfast was rude! The breakfast was bland and tasteless. The waffle station awful it needed an over haul the batter was sour, one bite and I threw it away. I ended up with a yogurt and not eating none of the food on my plate.

My daughter and her family stayed for a volleyball tournament. They had to be at the game complex early so they needed breakfast. The front desk the night before said they could get food if it was out. The next morning they went to get some food and were chastised by the breakfast lady. Not hospitable behavior for a hotel.
