Really great stay! Hotel and room were modern and had great amenities. Easy access to freeway. My only feedback is nitpicky - would love more healthy protein options in the included breakfast, and some dumbbells in the gym. Would also be nice if the windows in rooms opened; it got a bit stuffy and the AC was very loud (I know they have no control over this). Other than that it was perfect!

The place is very clean, great parking, great location, and friendly staff. Breakfast is decent and the rate is very reasonable. Will definitely stay again should we go to Sugarland again. Only tiny issue i have is i feel like the bed is too soft for me. Im used to firm mattress.

It was the small things that made a huge difference for me. Ironing board, iron, and laundry room. Though i think they could add another washing machine and dryer. The gym could stand to have some dumbbells and that woyld make the fitness better. Orverall great hotel for the price.

Pool was advertised as heated. The pool was ice cold and isn't heated. Water pressure was very low on sink and shower. Breakfast was great, rooms clean, bed was comfortable.

Came here for a weekend stay before a Comedy Show in Sugarland. Hotel has professional staff that are friendly, courteous, attentive and willing to help. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and for the most part it was quiet. We were originally scheduled to stay until Monday but there was noise in the hallway which sounded like a boom every so often and with me and my husband being Disabled War veterans, the noise was startling us too much to stay and keeping us awake so we left a night early. Husband enjoyed the free breakfast. I love the free parking and the refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. Those are the 4 things I look for when researching hotels anywhere. Overall it was a nice, clean hotel located in a spot that was easily accessible to a TON of restaurants, stores and any amenities that you would need while away from home.

I booked three rooms for my immediate family members coming from different parts of US. One of the rooms that we moved in was dirty and had not been cleaned. It was very inconvenient to move to different room late night. Also we found bugs in bed in two of the three rooms. We killed bugs and took dead bugs to hotel manager and told him that this was not acceptable and we wont use BW again. Overall it was not good experience staying in this hotel, bugs crawling in bed could be a local staff negligence.

Really enjoyed my time here for 2 weeks. I would give it a full 5 stars, however about halfway the AC units semi stopped working. It would occasionally make a loud banging noise and would not keep the room cool. Other than that the hotel was great! Food and service were great.

May 16-17, 2024..Air Conditioner had an issue in which whenever it was on, there was a humming sound just loud enough to keep me awake once it woke me up around 2AM. I did not want to change rooms at this late hour so did my best to block out the sound. I told the GM immediately the next morning while checking out and he said he would provide Reward points, but never did and then I had to follow up so with the exception of the customer service rep, this was a double bad experience for me. 1) I paid for a room that I could sleep in before a critical meeting the next morning and in which I did not sleep. 2) The manager not following up and taking care of the issue resulting in my having to take the extra time to follow up. Almost not worth the hassle other than to write this review.

The TV was not working on the day of our arrival. The front desk said it was too late and that they would report it. The next morning, the front desk said they would send someone up after we left for the day, and I reminded them on our way out. That night, the TV still wasn't working. I reported it again, but it was too late for someone to fix it. On the third day, a repairman knocked on the door as we were packing to leave. BTW, a friend who stayed there the first night on the same floor also had issues with the TV not working.

Great place for the money. Safe area a bit lonely and hidden but ultimately safe. Close to shopping area and good restaurants near by. Only but I would give was the smelling like little dampness smell from ac unit i would think. but nothing that I couldn’t stand plus i didn’t report it either since it was very minor. So i would stay here again if needed a budget friendly clean safe place 🙏

Stayed one night with my son attended a Christian Concert-Crowder & Cain… that ended later at night! The hotel was very convenient and close by the venue and we are from out of town. Clean room, wonderful breakfast and good service. Thank you!

Just an average Hotel with terrible breakfast. Inspire reminding several times the could not provide black tea in the morning. They keep serving the same leftovers each morning. It's BW MINUS Sugarland.

This hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Usually hotel breakfasts are not that great, but this hotel provided a very good breakfast. Will definitely book again!

Breakfast was horrible, the kitchen server not friendly and so cold while fist standing and take they clean bc we are 10 min late from the closing. So disappointed and the coffe selection is terrible.

My stay was great…the staff was very friendly & professional…the only issue that I had was my room was beautiful, nice & clean but the chair that was in my room needs to be trashed…it was so worn out the leather was cut all up…I had to put a towel in my chair before I could sit in it!!

The hotel staff was helpful and the property was clean (initially we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned but that was rectified quickly). Breakfast was the usual cereal, waffles, toast, scrambled eggs, and meat. We booked the hotel for 5 nights and when staying that long I prefer to unpack my things rather than root through my suitcase constantly. The room had only 1 deep drawer at the bottom of the clothes rack. In addition, there was only room for 1 suitcase on the ledge next to the clothes rack. We asked if there were any suitcase racks available and were told they no longer had any. Our only choice was to have one suitcase on the floor and we both rooted through them daily. In addition, the bathroom is very small and the only room for toiletries is a 3 inch wide area on the side of the sink. Again, inconvenient for a longer stay. The area is quiet and convenient to the freeway and fast food. The hotel is fine fine for a very short stay but not for several days.
