The decor was very upscale, and the breakfast quite nice. Staff was super friendly. There really wasn’t a separate restaurant though and the bar is only open 5-10.

10 min drive to Universal Studios. Great free breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet rooms (ours hosted 5 guests), good pool and hot tub, enjoyed the fire pit. There are restaurants a couple blocks away.

We always stay here when we visit our daughter. The only complaint I have is. The past 2 times that we have stayed the elevator malfunctioned and the doors wouldn’t open on the floor that you choose.

Overall very pleased with this hotel! The staff was friendly. Rooms and facility were clean. Parking was easy to figure out and plenty of spaces in the garage. My only complaint is that the pool & hot tub were closed the first day we arrived and closed for half the day on our 2nd day. We chose this specifically for the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing to the kids.

My comforter was stained with blood that I saw only after I took a nap. Disgusting, not just a tiny drop, several smears. They definitely skimped with the insulation and sound proofing, could continuously hear traffic and music from next door restaurant. Too many other hotel choices, won’t stay at one of these hotels again.

I loved that the hotel was a short-walking distance from a variety of restaurants and bars. Additionally, the pool at the hotel was warm and clean and the rooms were spacious and clean. 10/10. I think I found my new favorite hotel 15-mns away from Universal Studios.

Excellent front desk employees. Area around was nice and walkable. Breakfast was only ok, it could be much better. The sofa bed was the worst. Wires were out and hurting we couldn’t sleep on it, mattress was very dirty and old. Bathroom counter was excessively small, no space to put staff down for 5 people

The sofa bed was terrible, you can feel the springs as soon as you lay down. There was five of us so it was hard to sleep on springs. Fortunately I had a blanket in my car that I placed on the bed but not much help. The front desk said they would send more blankets or a form pad but all we got was a thin pad, looked like a bed protecting pad for bed wetting. Dont count on a good nights rest on the sofa beds.

Easy walk to a large variety of dining options. Relatively nice part of town. Clean hotel, well kept from the lobby to the pool and gym. Quality breakfast. Only complaint is the room layout. The bathroom has a large, translucent sliding door that faces the two queen beds. That means if anyone in the family wakes in the middle of the night to use the restroom, no one is getting any sleep as they are getting a face full of light.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Erica the bartender is a favorite, and Isaac was excellent as well. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the a/c in our room, but the staff was extremely responsive and made sure that it was promptly repaired. We will definitely return to Spring Hill Suites the next time we visit Burbank.

Paid for two nights, when we arrived they did not have room, they sent us to different hotel one night, when asked they said they will cancel the whole booking. Had to deal with hassle of going to other hotel with 3 kids and checkout in the morning and then check-in again. The whole experience was not good.

We arrived at 8:30pm after a 9 hour car ride. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get our room because they were short cleaning staff. They waived the parking fee and allowed is each a snack which made it a little better. Friendly staff.

everything was nice up until I got my bill and they charged me $12 for water when I never drink the water Lady at the front desk when I call and talk to her and when explaining I shouldn’t have been charged $12 only did I clean my room I left a tip when I called to handle the problem. They treated me like I had a problem I was lying. $12 will be the reason I never come back to this hotel again because when I tried to fix it, the girl at the front desk kept giving me pushback. This is Tuesday about 9:30 AM that I called about the $12 charge no apology she said that’s what they put you gotta wait into the manager come in and they’ll call me back Three thumbs down for customer service over the telephone once I got home

Hotel is located in a great location. Surrounding area is clean and walkable with mountain views. Parking is in an on-site parking garage. It is a short drive from most of the tourist destinations we wanted to see in LA. Cleanliness is immaculate and property is well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful especially Deanna who convinced us to stay an extra night. My only complaint was the food options for the free breakfast. Cereal and bagels, only scrambled eggs sausage and turkey bacon for hot items. I discovered Yum Yum Donuts about 2 blocks away with excellent breakfast options. I found everything was as advertised including the mountain views. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We took our kids as a Christmas present to Universal Studios. Our stay was over the New Years Holiday. Everything was fun and comfortable. My only complaint was breakfast, it was overcrowded and not orderly. Food was okay but there was no order to the lines or stations so it was difficult to get me and my family fed properly. I understand the Rose Bowl was in town and the hotel was crowded, but I believe some guidance and direction could’ve made the experience better for all.

10 min drive to Universal Studios. Great free breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet rooms (ours hosted 5 guests), good pool and hot tub, enjoyed the fire pit. There are restaurants a couple blocks away.

Definitely liked the atmosphere and location of the property. Breakfast was a plus and the bar in the lobby was great. Isaac was an awesome bartender!! Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Everything was great at the hotel from the room, to service, to the pool and parking. The only negative I would say is the breakfast could be better and they need more seating down there.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Great variety, well stocked. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was convenient and pretty decent. The only items that were not good and should be replaced was the oatmeal and premade waffles. The oatmeal was lumpy and the hotel is better off supplying oatmeal packets. Also, the prepackage waffles had crunchy bits that were not very appetizing. Everything else was pretty decent. The pool is small and not very deep, the deep end is only 4 1/2 feet deep, so this is great for kids. The hotel location is near the freeway but the area is not too busy. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The front desk is friendly and they respond quickly to requests. We had no issues during our stay, definitely will consider staying at this location again!

Great location. Walking distance to burbank downtown. Friendly staff, they even let us check in early like 11/12nn without extra fee, thats so nice of them!!! Free breakfast too!

We stayed here for our Universal Studios trip. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. But. The breakfast was lacking, so you might want to opt out of that and eat at one of the Many Many restaurants within a few blocks of this place. This really is a great location for foodies to explore. We also went to The Huntington Library Gardens, just a short drive away. I would highly recommend the gardens. Also not too far away is The Griffith observatory. The hotel is right off of the freeway which makes it an easy get to when coming from Northern California. Even though the freeway is nearby, the hotel was rather quiet. I believe you will love the hotel and the neighborhood around it, but perhaps not their breakfast. Enjoy.

It’s always a good place to stay.family like staying here when we travel to California. Rooms are quiet. But just wondering why they don’t keep there food warm? It’s always cold. That’s just a question but breakfast is always delicious.
