Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe

Breakfast was the best thing about this place. It was great. However, there was a loose piece of metal or something outside of our room that kept me up the entire night. It made an insanely loud noise about every 15 minutes. The purpose of a room is to sleep, but we could not do this basic thing. Also, the bathroom design was awful. The shower did not have a lip and the water drained in the middle of the floor and was a slow drain. So I had to use the restroom right after my husband’s shower the bottom of my clothes got soaked. If not for these two things this day would’ve been fine but I’m frustrated. I spent so much and did not get sleep. The bed was not exceptionally comfortable for me either, but it would’ve been okay had it not been for the noise.

I liked everything—the furniture looks new—and we absolutely loved the space, the view, and everything else.

This hotel is one of our favorites. We have stayed here a couple times now and love it every time. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast is wonderful as well.

Breakfast was realky good but there were several staff members who hovered around our table ready to snatch our plates as soon as i stopped to take a breath. Have the outlets didnt work in the room. When i reached out to maintenance i was told theres a main switch by the front that nustve not be flipped back up. This fixed some but not all outlets so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom.

Dirty smelly floor in my room. Shower sprayed water so hard it was painful.
