Very cute hotel that kinda brings you the local vibe but still able to communicate in English. Staffs are all friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is included for the stay. Got to mention- They got FAIRMOUNT BAGEL！And fruits, yogurt and etc. Was also glad they provided free parking space as determine on the location, it can be a hassles to find a good parking space. Only downside is there is no elevator so will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Not really bother by this though, little exercise won’t hurt.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice large bed and bathroom. Good continental breakfast. Very good coffee. Short walk to subway stops. No elevator. If they say 2nd floor they mean 3rd. If you have trouble with stairs call ahead to get first floor. Staff was very helpful. Free parking but very limited. Would stay again.

The parking here is free and compact, but the hotel staff are always around and able to help move cars to let yours out. Not much need for a car once you arrive though, as there are many Metro stations nearby that run constantly without delays, which get you to all the best parts of Montreal. The breakfast here was described as "express" meaning that there would be no buffet style sausage or bacon, but rather a great selection of rye bread, bagels of various types, and English muffins. There were also plenty of fruits from apples to bananas to pears, and even kiwis. The coffee is brewed fresh in a pot and was delightful with lots of sugar and cream/milk to pick from. The rooms were very clean and the soaps in the bathroom were delightful and lavender scented which was nice. The worst part was the mattress we had, which has essentially no support. It felt like all the supportive materials inside the mattress had flown south for the winter. Nonetheless, the mattress and sheets were clean and stain free, leaving us with great comfort in that way. Overall, I would return here, but maybe a different room with a more supportive mattress. I rate this place 9/10 overall, great value and location especially.

We were so grateful to find this architecturally appealing property for our first visit to Montreal. It's perfectly situated to explore the Latin District, Chinatown and Old Montreal. Our room was perfect - scrupulously clean, cozy and comforable. Self-serve breakfast was wonderful. Free parking onsite was a huge benefit. The staff are friendly and so helpful. We loved our stay!

Older property, but clean, quiet and charming. Directly across the street from Sherbrooke metro station, accessible to any part of the city. Extremely walkable to downtown, old Montreal, as well as the Latin quarter, plateau and the village. We did all of it on foot from here. No fridge in the room was the only complaint, but there is a communal fridge on the main floor. Beds are comfortable, and a large convenience store is a block away. I would advise caution to those with mobility issues: as this is an older building, rooms on second and third floors are accessible by stairs only. If this is not an issue, it is a lovely property.

Our stay at your very lovely boutique hotel was marked by the friendliest, most helpful service of our entire two week trip. Your reception staff were tireless in making our all too brief visit a pleasure, thank you to them all. The photo of our whirlpool bath was a joke between us as our previous hotel had such a narrow bathroom, the floor mat extended beyond the door!

The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to create a wonderful stay, so I could focus on the reason for my trip: Madonna - Celebration Tour The complimentary breakfast and coffee was great and the rooms are very comfy cozy. And to top all that the jacuzzi tub was a game changer. Merci beaucoup!

Our room was perfect - scrupulously clean, cozy and comforable. Self-serve breakfast was wonderful. Free parking onsite was a huge benefit. The staff are friendly and so helpful. We loved our stay!

Super conveniant. Metro stop across the street, around the block from tons of bars and restaurants. Walkable airport bus stop down the hill. I've stayed at many hotels and many different parts of Montreal, this is easily the best mix of convenience while not feeling like the empty business district of downtown or the overpriced touristy parts of Old Montreal

Older property, but clean, quiet and charming. Directly across the street from Sherbrooke metro station, accessible to any part of the city. Extremely walkable to downtown, old Montreal, as well as the Latin quarter, plateau and the village. We did all of it on foot from here. No fridge in the room was the only complaint, but there is a communal fridge on the main floor. Beds are comfortable, and a large convenience store is a block away. I would advise caution to those with mobility issues: as this is an older building, rooms on second and third floors are accessible by stairs only. If this is not an issue, it is a lovely property.

Very cute hotel that kinda brings you the local vibe but still able to communicate in English. Staffs are all friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is included for the stay. Got to mention- They got FAIRMOUNT BAGEL！And fruits, yogurt and etc. Was also glad they provided free parking space as determine on the location, it can be a hassles to find a good parking space. Only downside is there is no elevator so will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Not really bother by this though, little exercise won’t hurt.

Rooms (our trip used a suite of two bed), then second room with 2 beds. Extremely convenient. The small breakfast area was easy and also very convenient- all the basics (bagel, toast yogurt coffee were covered)— the furnishings were clean - everything was very comfortable and convenient. If I had a suggestion would be to improve the hot water for tea (make more easy to dispense). All told it was a great stay, reasonably priced, well located and all around excellent

I loved our stay: the staff was wonderful and the room was charming and clean. The breakfast was helpful too to get something healthy (I just had an orange and my partner had some yogurt) before setting out to find a full breakfast. Very walkable. Super cute. Nice to be able to park the car and not think about parking too!

Very clean and comfortable. Nice large bed and bathroom. Good continental breakfast. Very good coffee. Short walk to subway stops. No elevator. If they say 2nd floor they mean 3rd. If you have trouble with stairs call ahead to get first floor. Staff was very helpful. Free parking but very limited. Would stay again.

The parking here is free and compact, but the hotel staff are always around and able to help move cars to let yours out. Not much need for a car once you arrive though, as there are many Metro stations nearby that run constantly without delays, which get you to all the best parts of Montreal. The breakfast here was described as "express" meaning that there would be no buffet style sausage or bacon, but rather a great selection of rye bread, bagels of various types, and English muffins. There were also plenty of fruits from apples to bananas to pears, and even kiwis. The coffee is brewed fresh in a pot and was delightful with lots of sugar and cream/milk to pick from. The rooms were very clean and the soaps in the bathroom were delightful and lavender scented which was nice. The worst part was the mattress we had, which has essentially no support. It felt like all the supportive materials inside the mattress had flown south for the winter. Nonetheless, the mattress and sheets were clean and stain free, leaving us with great comfort in that way. Overall, I would return here, but maybe a different room with a more supportive mattress. I rate this place 9/10 overall, great value and location especially.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean but need updating. Those on the front (Sherbrooke St) side are very noisy. Breakfast itself is alright, but the breakfast area is too small. Overall, value is consistent with the low price.

The property itself is somewhat dated - not necessarily a problem but just fyi. There is however a slightly musty smell in some of the hallways. Beds/pillows are ok, but not great and a little squeaky. On the topic of smells, the bathroom fan does not do a very good of ventilating/exhausting, and it seems the toilets require a double flush to ensure no smells remain, even for the lightest of 'visits'. On our first morning, the cleaning staff were loudly working, playing music and chatting right outside our door at 8.30am - too early IMO. If you intend to park here, staff take your key since there are limited spots and cars are blocked in depending on how they are parked, so staff manage this situation by moving cars as they need. This is fine in theory, until after moving my car, staff left my car unlocked. I only noticed this about 3hrs after it was moved - had I not have noticed, it would have been unlocked for 24hrs. This is a pretty serious oversight for someone who takes your key, but does not take responsibility for any damage or theft. If you have an EV, this hotel does offer 2 Flo-operated level 2 chargers (approx 6kw). They do not show up on the Flo app (since they are private) and the full station ID must be searched for in the app to find and activate it. The rate was $1.25/hour. The chargers can get blocked by non EVs based on how the staff park them, but staff were accommodating in letting me park in the 2nd/middle spot which allowed the cable to reach.
