Grande chambre, grand lit. Porte arrière qui donne sur la cour intérieure avec table de pique-nique. La porte de toilette face au lit pas super.

It's tricky to rate as 1/2 property seems renovated/cleaner/brighter/larger rooms and other 1/2 is not the same. I would urge management to continue to upgrade other half. Also breakfast is not available but was advertised. In my first room, the sink didn't drain. But management quickly moved us into another room which was much nicer. Rooms facing road will hear noise up to midnight. If you go, ask for rooms below #210

Motel très ordinaire : vieux, pas de cafetière dans la chambre ni restaurant à proximité pour déjeuner alors qu’on en annonce un sur leur site. Il y en a bien un mais il ouvre que l’après-midi seulement alors qu’il faut quitter pour 11 h ! La réservation au prix annoncé est au deuxième étage et ils n’ont pas d’ascenseur ; si nous demandons une chambre au premier pour des raisons de mobilité réduite comme c’est mon cas, on nous demande 14 $ de plus !!! Bref, le prix est élevé pour la qualité offerte…

Not a fancy hotel but good value for the money. It has a nice garden just outside the room. We saw a rabbit there..

Les préposés à l'accueil sot gentils et courtois, la petite salle à café et micro-ondes très agréable et bien entretenue on a aimé moi et mes sœurs!

We arrived late in the evening (just shortly before midnight), and there was no staff available (with a sign « de retour en 15 minutes », which we ended up waiting for more than that. The motel condition (corridors and decor) was a bit run-down, and a bit sketchy. Though the room is well-equipped and mostly clean (as far as we can see). Plentiful washroom supplies which was nice. Some of the lightbulbs were not working (flashing in the middle of the night or just simply wouldn’t turn on), which can be frightening. Fridge was not working well. Next morning when we checked out, the same situation happened (with sign this time « de retour en 20 minutes »). No one was there to help our check-out process despite we were in a rush. There was free coffee available which was appreciated, but no other condiments.

Staff was super friendly and perfectly bilingual. Plumbing a bit old and slow but for the cost and with the very helpful staff, it made up for minor inconveniences. Loved the large refrigerator and availability of toaster and microwave in snack area.

Dès notre arrivée à la chambre, il y avait une odeur très désagréable dans la chambre. Nous étions un peu pressé car mon fils jouait au hockey, donc nous avons quitté la chambre rapidement en nous disant qu’on allait s’occuper de l’odeur à notre retour. À notre retour, nous avons commencé à regarder les lieux et l’horreur… j’ai trouvé une punaise de lit… nous avons immédiatement quitté les lieux. Nous avons eu un remboursement immédiat. L’homme à l’accueil semblait habitué de cette situation. Il nous a offert une autre chambre. Bien entendu, nous avons refusé.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

We do not mind simple. But a clean floor would be nice. Check in was perfect: friendly guy. Bed was really bad. In the morning I stepped in a bug there turned out to be more of them. We decided to spend the second night we booked somewhere else. The motel refunded the night.

Hairs on pillows, hairs inside bed sheets, one dead insect inside night table, one dead insect in entry room corder, 2 folding chairs and one unstable weak camp table, dirt and rocks on the floor, need slippers or sandals for walking in the room, strong fresh paint odour inside bathroom, paint not dry in bathroom, green tape still on bathroom lights, two shower curtain hooks missing, exterior airflow passing by side of external door, dirty air conditioning front panel with brown dust, only one night table for two adults, old grand parents smell inside standalone closet, no cleaning service inside our room for 3 nights, clean towels available if customer ask for it, must get out garbage can outside room to get new empty bag, every light have a different lightbulb, only one pillow per adult, pillows are too soft and no head support at all, no sign to hang outside the door for quiet time, hair dryer has been removed from his socket and he was hanging by the cord, a lot of dust on standalone closet, small plastic phone on top of standalone closet and short phone cable, no place to sit down for talking on the bedroom phone… Mastress is comfortable and wifi is good. We had a roof over our head. Refrigerator is fonctionnal. TV cable is acceptable with old school purple and yellow guide menu. Physical key is nice for a vintage feeling, toilet was clean and there was a working air fan inside bathroom. Cheap price, two stars hotel, need to have low expectations.

Very tired facility….needs upgrades and good cleaning. Mildew all over the bathroom…disgusting!

Dirtiest motel i ever seen.Dropped popcorn night before and woke up to hundreds of ants .Told the guy working desk and he said it was normal as there was popcorn on floor.NO its not normal.

Basic amenities but very clean, comfortable and centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. Good value for the money.

Les murs sont très fin on entend tous ce qui se passe autour . La porte de la toilette ne fermais meme pas . La chambre sentait bon et le propre et le lit tout de meme confortable.

No internet signal ,too weak. TV also did not work

Bel accueil, chambre propre, lit confortable, mais je pensais que l’auberge était de meilleure qualité. L’ameublement fait pitié, je n’y retournerai pas.

Chambre vétuste mais propre et bien rangée. Mobilier bancal, strict minimum, mur défraîchis et placo-platre sur les murs. Climatisation bruyante. Emplacement idéal pour ce que j'avais à faire. Manque de prises murales, il a été difficile de recharger mes appareils électroniques. Il m'a été impossible de faire jouer la télé.

Location is great as the property is 16mins drive to the Premium outlet store if youre planning to shop. I’m giving an average review because of the strong smell of chlorine/cleaning chemical used to clean the room and hallway. It stays unless you put some fragrant candles. Washroom is too small but decent and it has its leak odor, probably because the sink drain has no cover.

Our room was clean but the beds were terribly uncomfortable and hard. There are holes in the wall and bed frames are makeshift. Only 2 towels provided for a family of 4.

If you need somewhere to only sleep, this will be decent.. no more than that. Run down, and limited hot water. Wifi connection also very poor.

The room is large but as we got settled, we realized the TV is broken, there is no soap, and we didn’t get the wifi password (and it’s not in the room). Not the best of stays….On a positive note, we appreciated the numerous fluffy pillows, the view of the garden, and the staff was nice.

Comfortable clean beds. Chain lock was missing on our door for extra security. The worst was the extremely slippery bathtubs in both rooms we stayed in, we felt as if we were on ice. We were all extra careful while taking our showers, it was very worrisome as my roommate is 70 years old and the other person also older in other room as health (mobility) issues I was very worried that one of them would fall in shower or myself for that matter. None of us lingered in shower we just wanted to be get our shower done and out of there safely. On the plus side there was very good water pressure in showers. When signing in at counter I asked the person at counter if both rooms were one beside the other, he replied yes but when we got to second floor where are rooms were the rooms were not beside one another they were a few doors down from one another not sure why he said yes when asked. We also found a good size piece of papers that was missed from previous people renting this room that was behind the little table in between both beds. We found it because we had to move the table searching for a plug-ins for my roommate to use her CPAP machine since there were no plug-in at all in wall where that table was there was only plug-ins on the other sides of both beds on either sides (corner) of rooms.

My stay was very comfortable. The reception team and staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever I needed anything. Great service and a pleasant experience overall!

Staffs are excellent and the place is great too

This is the worst experience we ever had with this hotel. First we had to deposit $200 which was illegal, and when we checked-out, we had to pay $20 just for one dirty towel. The hotel front desk clerk was very rude, and picked an argument with me. The toilet was unsafe, and flush was not functioning properly. The room smelled horrible. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

The only good thing was the location, close to hospital which was the reason for my visit. It was cheap but uncared for. No plug for night lamp or phone at the night stand. Unlocked backdoor was convenient but unsafe. Not even a coffee station in the room. Rude staff.

They take deposit on debit card. But they only issue refunds if you ask at the counter. I am now a 3h drive away AND I need to drive back there to get my 200 deposit back. I was never told about this when issuong deposit. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Même avec une réservation prise une semaine d'avance,nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé pour. Énormément décevant et fâchant. surtout qu'arriver a destination il ny avait aucune réservation à mon nom, Par cause de "problème du système" la réservation ne c'était pas enregistrée. Aucune accomodation,aucun désolée. La personne à la réception nous a pratiquement dit "c'est ça ou rien" De plus, le plancher était tellement salle et huileux dans la chambre qui nous à été donné. nos pieds étaient noir sans meme y avoir passer quelques heures. Plusieurs points qui ne sont mentionné nul part autre que écrit à la reception sur des feuilles imprimées et accrochés au mur. (Carte d'assurances maladie est non valide/si payé debit un depot doit être fait meme avec une réservation avec carte de credit inscrit)

Great Hotel, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and great location if you have a vehicle, although public transportation is also possible.

I’m giving 1 star because when I booked the motel, it was mentioned that breakfast was available, but I was told upon arrival that I had to pay extra for it and that it wasn't included in the room rate. Additionally, the shower was disappointing; the faucet was broken, and although there was hot water, the water pressure was so low that it was barely usable. Very disappointing experience overall.

Motel très correct même si vieillot. Seuls bémols, odeur d'encens assez intense et désagréable dans tout l'immeuble. Heureusement ça ne sentait pas dans la chambre. Mais dès qu'on ouvrait la porte, ça sautait au nez. Aussi, absolument rien d'inclus le matin, même pas un petit café (machine payante avec de la monnaie uniquement). Pour le reste, chambre spacieuse et lit confortable.

Accueil froid et café manquant. Il le servait juste à 7h.30. En plus la cafetièrepayante ne fonctionnait pas.

Nothing fancy here but good for a one night stay. Place is old but clean overall. The bed was big and comfortable and we had a great night of sleep. The amenities advertised are not too accurate. Restaurant and breakfast were not available the morning we stayed there and we usually base our hotel room rental choice with these two options because I like a quick coffee and breakfast in the morning. The room didn’t have a coffee machine either so I was out of luck.

Very poor conditions, no room service, no breakfast of anykind, rooms in poor shape. There a few good restaurants in walking distance and convenient from the highway, thats about it

Vielle hôtel mais confortable. L’accueil est vraiment bien. Les chambres ont peu de commodité, mais s’il manque des choses (il y avait qu’un petit sachet de shampoing), je suis certaine que si j’aurais été à l’accueil ils m’en auraient donné d’autres. La seule chose que je déplore, c’est de ne pas avoir de petite cafetière dans la chambre. Il fallait aller le demander au comptoir, les 2 fois il fallait attendre, car il y en avait pas de prêt.
