The experience was quite good except the front office staff (EXCEPT the person who checked me in) were cold and unwelcoming.

Overall a very good stay. Reception staff, breakfast and the staff were very good; bar staff were nice as well. Wi-fi signal was great, except at the pool. It would have been nice if the hot water heater heated the water, (no, I didn't complain, was out of the room for long periods). Also, it would have been nice to have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the door, especially as I didn't need the room to be cleaned daily. Overall, I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The place was clean, services worked well, and the front desk staff was, mostly, very courteous and helpful. I want to especially thank the front desk staff Ms Adeola for her helpful, courteous, kind and friendly service throughout my stay. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping the place clean throughout and to the IT staff for their prompt attention to any issues that arose as well.
