L'enregistrement à la borne en autonomie est une bonne idée mais pas très pratique,...il faut mettre nom prénom adresse mail, numéro carte identité...et la chambre sans fenêtre, c'est bien pour une nuit...par contre la petite cuisine mise à disposition pour tout le monde est une super idée 👍 Il manque de restos autour de l'hôtel

Super clean and modern hotel. Slightly fiddly with the self check in via touch screen outside the hotel - would be better if full screen were utilised as hitting wrong button often happened. Apart from that 0- excellent. Sleepy little town was lovely near by. Best shower I've had in any hotel for some time!

The hotel and expedia need to make it clear that this is a self-check in hotel which is only staffed in person a few hours a day. I have never been to such hotels and it was a confusing experience to begin with. The initial booking page stated that this hotel had a 24 hr reception (which I assumed meant a person was on reception). When I received the self-check in code I just assumed it was in case I arrived late night. On entering the building (a multi-use building) there were no signs telling me which floor to go to and a staircase with poor lighting. I had an accident whilst searching where I was meant to go, bleeding and with no-one around to ask. Within the hotel section the signage needed to be clearer. The room and en-suite was excellent - very clean, modern, welcoming. My queries were met via the phone service and when I met a staff member the following morning she was very helpful and listened attentively to my complaints. The hotel also apologised in writing about the signage. Once I understood how self-check in hotels operate I was more settled, and had this been made clearer at the start I would have given a good to excellent rating.

Since we were 2 adults and 3 children, we booked a room with 2 bunk beds, but they gave us a room with 3 bunk beds. The room was advertised as having no window, but it had a skylight that let in plenty of light. The bathroom had two showers, perfect for kids on one side and adults on the other!

Esperienza positiva, Ottima struttura, ottima la pulizia sia delle stanze che degli spazi comuni, unica piccola nota negativa il Self check-in non é molto comodo da fare, soprattutto per il fatto che puoi interagire con una persona fisica, e Nel nostro caso ci sono stati due errori di maggiorazione delle camere che poi fortunatamente sono state sistemate al momento del check-out. Comunque nel complesso sicuramente ci tornerei e lo consiglierei.

Zeer ruime, schone kamer en een mooie locatie. Alles klopte in dit hotel. Je krijgt er een huiselijk gevoel bij. Koffie en thee als service, parkeren voor de deur en een gezellige sportcafe om de hoek waar je een hapje kan eten en een drankje kan doen. OK voor kids prima. Bij volgende bezoek in Zwitserland komen wij hier zeker terug!

Property was nice. Seemed like it was fairly new and was clean. Was disappointed to find I could not control the temperature in my room. Room was way too hot. Does have a ceiling fan which we ran all night but it was very loud and wobbly, There is a very small window when staff are actually there to respond to issues. Also as a bed and breakfast, I thought breakfast was included in the price I paid for the room but that was apparently not the case and breakfast was another $12 per person. Not sure id stay again mostly due to inability to control the temperature of my room.

Værelset som var uden vindue, gav en klaustrofobisk fornemmelse at være i. Men det værste var luftkvaliteten, som ikke var egnet at være i og virkede sundhedsskadelig. Der var ingen cirkulation. Vi vågnede alle op og havde det dårligt, med hævede øjne. Har aldrig prøvet noget lignede før. Vi kan desværre ikke anbefale at overnatte på hotellet, hvis man tilbydes den værelsestype.

Onpersoonlijk inchecken met computerterminal met onduidelijk user interface, uit eindelijk gebeld veel handiger. Verder is het netjes maar onpersoonlijk , als je personeel tegenkomt prima. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dus nogal scheef.

het gebouw ligt in een industriezone en heeft geen eigen incheckbalie ; dit moet gebeuren via een soort omgevormde geldautomaat ; vraagt wat aanpassing van de bezoeker maar het werkt wel goed ; zeer onpersoonlijk maar wel vlot. kamer was perfekt ; ontbijt was goed ; klaar voor een tweede keer

Checking in minor problems "not" caused by owners but Ai communications. We missed an email with instructions. Even though problem not the owners they upgraded our room. Nice touch. Want to compliment "Eveline" at desk who really went out of her way to make sure our stay was positive. Breakfasts were great. Would return here in future without hesitation.

On entering the building (a multi-use building) there were no signs telling me which floor to go to and a staircase with poor lighting. I had an accident whilst searching where I was meant to go, bleeding and with no-one around to ask. Within the hotel section the signage needed to be clearer. The room and en-suite was excellent - very clean, modern, welcoming. My queries were met via the phone service and when I met a staff member the following morning she was very helpful and listened attentively to my complaints. The hotel also apologised in writing about the signage. Once I understood how self-check in hotels operate I was more settled, and had this been made clearer at the start I would have given a good to excellent rating.

The initial booking page stated that this hotel had a 24 hr reception (which I assumed meant a person was on reception). When I received the self-check in code I just assumed it was in case I arrived late night. Zeer ruime, schone kamer en een mooie locatie. Alles klopte in dit hotel. Je krijgt er een huiselijk gevoel bij. Koffie en thee als service, parkeren voor de deur en een gezellige sportcafe om de hoek waar je een hapje kan eten en een drankje kan doen. OK voor kids prima. Bij volgende bezoek in Zwitserland komen wij hier zeker terug!

Property was nice. Seemed like it was fairly new and was clean. Was disappointed to find I could not control the temperature in my room. Room was way too hot. Does have a ceiling fan which we ran all night but it was very loud and wobbly, There is a very small window when staff are actually there to respond to issues. Also as a bed and breakfast, I thought breakfast was included in the price I paid for the room but that was apparently not the case and breakfast was another $12 per person. Not sure id stay again mostly due to inability to control the temperature of my room.

Checking in minor problems "not" caused by owners but Ai communications. We missed an email with instructions. Even though problem not the owners they upgraded our room. Nice touch. Want to compliment "Eveline" at desk who really went out of her way to make sure our stay was positive. Breakfasts were great. Would return here in future without hesitation.
