The Grand Leoney Resort

Lovely Room, independent chalets. Staff, very helpful and always available when needed. I believe they need to do some work with the pool area. The pool is lovely, but the staffing arranging the towels don’t seem to have too much motivation to find towels and often I waited half an hour for a towel. Great location, I would definitely recommend staying in there in the future

Staff were very friendly but this felt like a true 3 star hotel who some elements letting it down. We booked for two people but had to call for towels as we were only given one. We had to call again for the safe key. We had to call again as the door wouldn’t lock. Each time, staff were very helpful but it’s not what you would expect. Plug sockets didn’t work by the bed on one side. Bathroom was old and tired. We checked in and left the hotel for the beach for the evening then checked out early as we didn’t really want o stay longer to pet for our next hotel in the hope they’d let us in. We didn’t use it but the pool area looked nice, they also had a games room.

Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable. In house Restaurant's room delivery was good too. Cleaning staff did a good job too. But, the door handle of the bathroom of the room we stayed was broken. Otherwise, everything else was pretty decent.
