Gute Umgebung zum einkaufen oder zum Essen (Panda, Starbucks). Zimmer einwandfrei, Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Everything was great and the pool was well used. The breakfast was better than most places. However, I had a difficult time finding cutlery. I noticed the bowls were over there and the oatmeal was over there and the cereal over there. It seemed I had to cross from one area to another and one side to the other to put my breakfast together. I realize this was before drinking my coffee, so maybe I was a bit lost. It seems this could be better organized with plates, bowls, and cutlery together, the oatmeal and cereal near each other (perhaps this is where the bowls should be). I was greatly helped by one of the staff, I do not recall the name, but I think she looked like she could be cast in Downton Abbey (Mrs. Patmore). If it wasn't for her, I would have starved. She even brought me my oatmeal and helped with the pepper. Then I had coffee and my day went much better. Front desk staff was very friendly, and housekeeping was very helpful when we needed a plunger.

Nice property. Good location.

The amenities were not at all accommodating. I chose this hotel for the amenities. Jacuzzi was ice cold the BBQ station and fire pit was in the dark no lighting. This was for Valentine’s day and it was ruined. All restaurants were about a 2 hour wait.
