Very peaceful property, almost too peaceful as there was nothing around nor nothing to do onsite. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, i went to town and purchased a mattress topper which did not help. The front desk hesitatingly brought up an additional blanket which still didn't help. I may as well have slept on the title floor. The staff was super helpful, ate at the small restaurant onsite ince which was okay and the pool was clean. They had a swim up bar but it was never open or staff the 5 nights i was there. The room was clean and specious but dated. The location is not far from the airport but not the easiest drive as it's in a residential neighborhood off narrow streets with little signage.

The owners of this family run resort welcomed us warmly on arrival and were so helpful throughout our stay. We had an ocean front room with a wonderful view to wake up to each morning. The place has been so completely renovated that it felt brand new. The pool is great and there are more than enough loungers for everyone in this small resort. Excellent on-site restaurant and bar from breakfast overlooking the ocean to mixing with the other guests at the friendly bar in the evening. We were treated to live music on several occasions during our nine night stay. We were able to get about without a car using the local buses from just a short walk away. This resort was so relaxing.

Just what we were looking for- of the beaten path, quiet, relaxed, pool, right on the ocean. Always felt safe on the property. Restaurant has limited menu but excellent food. Staff are friendly, attentive and available. Kay, Tray and Von were great. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms was nice and cute, the ocean front was not a beach but for me it was just beautiful coastline. the Pool was the best ever with a 9ft section so it was a swimmers dream. the Bfast was nice and the Staff was a 10 out of 10.

Room was very clean. We are picky people and it was clean. Skipped our cleaning 1 day but did the rest well. Very nice quiet vibe. Safe community. Nice pool.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The owners were great, staff was amazing. It is a beautiful and well kept resort. Nice pool right by the ocean. Amazing all around. Not a lot to do in walking distance but taxis are always one call away. Would def recommend . Also, make sure you try their ice cream at the bar! The rum raisin and coconut is worth the visit in itself :) Very clean/ chill / calm resort.

Property was good overall . A bit far from everything . However , you can do a 5-8 mins walk to take the # 11 bus to downtown. Food is served onsite , but menu is the same everyday, no variety. Housekeeping is done eveyday if requested , but sheets were not changed in the 5 days we were there .

Was the stay OK? ✅ Yes Would we come back? ❌ Probably not We stayed here during our honeymoon and had a mixed overall experience. There was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon, which was a letdown. We didn’t expect anything big, but even a small gesture would have been appreciated. The location is a bit off, with no direct beach access. This was something we knew, so not a surprise, but worth noting. Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. We only had breakfast at the resort once (on January 1), and the service was extremely slow with a very grumpy attitude, which set a negative tone for the first day of the year. The room was spacious with a nice terrace, but housekeeping needs improvement. Used cups and bottles were never removed, and despite having AC, the humidity in the room was extremely high – everything felt constantly damp. We only realized how abnormal this was after moving to our next hotel. We also experienced an uncomfortable housekeeping situation after accidentally spilling coffee in the bed. We fully accepted responsibility, but returning to find all stained sheets and a towel placed in the middle of the bed with a note felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The note would have been enough. On a positive note, the bar staff and their supervisor were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun. They were by far the highlight of our stay. In summary, while the resort has some nice aspects, it’s not a place we would choose to return to.

I will definitely visit there again.. I love it there. Everyone was very hospitable from the owners to the security guard. Excellent service. The rooms and hotel surroundings was very clean.

This hotel was the least accommodating stay I’ve ever experienced in my life. The kitchen is open from 10 to 2pm and then not open again until 6pm. It was raining a lot off and on, I came down at 1:45pm and was told I needed to rush to order. I ordered and after 10 mins was told on 3 things were available ( fries, potato’s and bates ) The kitchen decided to not accommodate at all. Also, at 3pm I was called and told to turn my music down that was playing from my phone. It was a Friday at 3pm, I’m on vacation and couldn’t play music from my phone. They should also update some things. I stripped the bed as I always do when I leave a hotel. Attached is a photo of the pillow. I just would not recommend this place at all.

Resort was secluded area and not really around things in walking distance but overall enjoyed the staff, cleanliness, and quiet peaceful setting. Loved it very much and will be back :-) We did go during off-season.

The room view was very beautiful also we felt welcomed on our arrival. The pool view was also breathtaking. We was not able to make tea in the room since the kettle was not heating up. The phone was not in operation and the light in the pool bar area needs cleaning. Nonetheless our experience was good and the customer service was excellent.

Well it would have been nice to have some proper bedside lamps to facilitate reading. There is little to do after hours as there is no TV and the location is rather remote. As a reader I found that the lights above the bed were inadequate and one did not have the option of turning off one. So I had to sleep early when my travelling companion retired. I stay up rather late and so it was not the most ideal situation.
Well it would have been nice to have some proper bedside lamps to facilitate reading. There is little to do after hours as there is no TV and the location is rather remote. As a reader I found that the lights above the bed were inadequate and one did not have the option of turning off one. So I had to sleep early when my travelling companion retired. The stay at OceanBlue resort was quite splendid. The ocean view we had was magnificent and if you're one who enjoys hearing the waves crash against the shore then you will not be disappointed. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. We definitely had some relaxing rest. The staff was top notch and would go above and beyond for their guests. I cannot thank them enough. That matters a great deal to me and I'm grateful they made our stay welcoming and relaxing. It was very tranquil and serene and served it's purpose quite nicely to help us getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle and give us peace of mind while away. Thank you OceanBlue staff.

It's nestled against the rocky coast. The pool facing the coast has an amazing view. The King bed we got was the best nights rest I've had in years (this is huge for me, many resorts have squishy beds). The people are amazingly helpful, and friendly. Ocean Blue Resort is a place to fall in love with, and fall in love at! The restaurant provides great meals. For dinner - The ribs are SUPERB. :) Thank you to your staff, you guys were amazing for Rovie and I.

Stay away! First the staff is rude. RUDE. The front desk lady, hermione was rude, flat out judgemental and critiqued everything I said, and just made me feel unwelcomed and like crap from start. We don’t need to experience that. They were far from full. There were many vacancies but she tried to put me in a crap room. I asked for a better room because on the internet all sites show them to mace many vacancies. She kept lying saying we are full bla bla. I mean lady you are not full! Reluctantly she gave me another room. Second I asked if I can check out later at 1 or 2 pm the next day. Big no. $50 charge. Your hotel is half empty. Truly. They don’t care what experience they give or how they threat you. No complimentary water in room either. Truly. I had to ask for some. AND THE HOTEL IS IN A CRAPPY AREA. Literally nothing to do near by or go near by. You’d feel scared to walk around. So maybe be kind to people. Maybe show some appreciation. And maybe hermione can keep her judgment and critique to herself as if she’s traveled the world and knows good experiences from awful ones. Some of us have 100 plus countries traveled extensively around the world. We know rude when we see it. AVOID.

Was the stay OK? ✅ Yes Would we come back? ❌ Probably not We stayed here during our honeymoon and had a mixed overall experience. There was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon, which was a letdown. We didn’t expect anything big, but even a small gesture would have been appreciated. The location is a bit off, with no direct beach access. This was something we knew, so not a surprise, but worth noting. Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. We only had breakfast at the resort once (on January 1), and the service was extremely slow with a very grumpy attitude, which set a negative tone for the first day of the year. The room was spacious with a nice terrace, but housekeeping needs improvement. Used cups and bottles were never removed, and despite having AC, the humidity in the room was extremely high – everything felt constantly damp. We only realized how abnormal this was after moving to our next hotel. We also experienced an uncomfortable housekeeping situation after accidentally spilling coffee in the bed. My fiance from Venezuela, who arrived earlier than me , felt she wasnt treated with respect due to the language barrier. Gestures were made by staff members that were blatantly inappropiate for a guest. The food was mediocre and extremely over priced for the amount served. The closest place to eat is few blocks away , but in an area that doesnt appear safe

The girls at the front desk were great. I left my charger at home and they were kind enough to let me borrow one for my stay. Breakfast was good and the waitresses are so kind. Had a great convo with the bartender too!!

Came in for 5 days and needed to reset. This place was perfect. Don’t expect sandals luxury but yet luxury service. Nice and quiet and the staff and management was super friendly and accommodating. In a world of electronic devices, I was able to disconnect from television and just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility. Location is off the grid so preferably a rental or your own transportation will enhance your stay.

The stay at OceanBlue resort was quite splendid. The ocean view we had was magnificent and if you're one who enjoys hearing the waves crash against the shore then you will not be disappointed. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. We definitely had some relaxing rest. The staff was top notch and would go above and beyond for their guests. I cannot thank them enough. That matters a great deal to me and I'm grateful they made our stay welcoming and relaxing. It was very tranquil and serene and served it's purpose quite nicely to help us getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle and give us peace of mind while away. Thank you OceanBlue staff.

I requested an airport pickup taxi for the next day upon arrival, I was assured that it would be done and security would knock near the time but didn't get a knock when I went to front desk my taxi never showed up and security had to call a taxi for me, luckily he was on time and I made my flight.

Great property, very pretty and clean! It is far away from a lot of things so you will need to get a taxi or drive by yourself. The only thing i didn’t like was that they have roosters running around the property and they will wake you up early morning. For some reason they were always outside our room screaming all morning and not letting us sleep. Food options are limited as well, the restaurant isn’t open all day.

Resort was secluded area and not really around things in walking distance but overall enjoyed the staff, cleanliness, and quiet peaceful setting. Loved it very much and will be back :-) We did go during off-season.

OceanBlue Resort is a true hidden gem. The property is beautifully maintained by some of the loveliest people you will meet on the island. I spent 5 glorious days here resetting and relaxing. I rented a car for 2 of the days so that I could see more of the island (highly recommend doing this) and spent the other days resting in my peaceful room and by the stunning pool. Be prepared that this resort is not in the hub of tourism- but that is the beauty of it. Special thanks to Hermione- I’ll be back!

I stayed at Ocean Blue for 7 nights. It is a genuinely nice resort. My issue is the location, everything I booked, got cancelled because Ocean Blue is out of the way. Although, there is bus transportation you can take to go into town about 5 minute walk from the resort, I would have rather gotten picked up by the excursion transportation. There are no beaches nearby. My biggest complaint would be the food. Every time I ordered, does not matter what it is, it took an hour so I hope you have patience. Would I recommend this resort? Probably not. If you are looking for peace and quiet to get work done, then absolutely. I was able to get a lot done but I am a person who expects way more.

The proximity to the airport was the 1st bonus. 2. the grounds are stunning so many nolks for guests to have a place of solitude. Front desk Hermoine was lovely friendly and helpful. Another staff plus was Von our server for breakfast one day snd also the bar. He wss so engaging and friendly. Lovely young man. 4. If you are looking for a beach property thos is not it because it's the Atlantic side. So pool is good always looked clean. In not a ppl person. 5. The breakfast was fine no hits no misses and the dinner was good Coconut Shrimp tasty but i saw no coconut. K was my server dinner and was friendly. The seasoned rice was 10/10 and the island salad was good too. I would stay here again because it's quiet the grounds are beautiful and staff i met were friendly. Minor drawbacks were no kleenex in the rooms no irons also and only 1 garbage can in the rooms but i suppose it's for green efficiency.

Property was good overall . A bit far from everything . However , you can do a 5-8 mins walk to take the # 11 bus to downtown. Food is served onsite , but menu is the same everyday, no variety. Housekeeping is done eveyday if requested , but sheets were not changed in the 5 days we were there .

Fantastic stay with stellar service from check-in to check-out, all of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again. A great place to stay. The food was always delicious, especially the bajan breakfast choices and the folks who work there are very kind. Great location and get away place to stay for some alone time. Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities all excellent. The last thing I heard every night before I fell off to sleep were waves rushing ashore, It was soothing. Beautiful property in quiet peaceful setting. The bed was very comfortable. However everything is about 30 minutes drive away. Although the only resturant around is on the property has 3 meals a day the menu is very limited and mediocre qualtity

First off no television in the room which wasn't mentioned before hand, secondly no microwave which is okay but they refused to warm our food up since its not the their restaurant. Obvioulsy we are going to go out and try other food especially since their restaurant food is trash. Told them its my husbands 50th birthday and we drank at the bar everyday not once did they even offered something complimentary. Also the shower is so tiny once the water is turned on the entire bathroom floor gets wet no matter how we try to avoid it, the shower head is turned to the opening by the curtain and cannot be moved . Property outside and views are great but thats all ... never again

Just what we were looking for- of the beaten path, quiet, relaxed, pool, right on the ocean. Always felt safe on the property. Restaurant has limited menu but excellent food. Staff are friendly, attentive and available. Kay, Tray and Von were great. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was the least accommodating stay I’ve ever experienced in my life. The kitchen is open from 10 to 2pm and then not open again until 6pm. It was raining a lot off and on, I came down at 1:45pm and was told I needed to rush to order. I ordered and after 10 mins was told on 3 things were available ( fries, potato’s and bates ) The kitchen decided to not accommodate at all. Also, at 3pm I was called and told to turn my music down that was playing from my phone. It was a Friday at 3pm, I’m on vacation and couldn’t play music from my phone. They should also update some things. I stripped the bed as I always do when I leave a hotel. Attached is a photo of the pillow. I just would not recommend this place at all.

Really interesting and quirky property with fantastic art collection. Staff and the owner are very friendly. The bar seems popular with locals. Location is a bit strange: It’s accessed through a slightly run down residential area, has no beach and is quite a long way from many tourist destinations. You will definitely need a car or lots of taxis. It is convenient for Oistins for food and nightlife.
