Not a Taj experience! Very poorly maintained rooms. Bathrooms in a poor shape. Bedrooms at the level of a 2 star hotel. Definitely not worth the price! Only one restaurant for a five star hotel with no great menu or service. I am surprised this hotel has the Taj branding. My family and I were very disappointed.

The property is very conveniently located, staff is friendly and the property has recently updated their dining area. The rooms however are musty and poor air quality. There is a lot of humidity in the rooms.

We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks.
