We had an amazing stay at Envoy Hotel Belgrade. The hotel is located very central in a beautiful area in the old town, and the crew working both days were helpful, friendly and professional. They even helped us check in early because we arrived before check-in time, and it really seemed like they had our best interest at heart. The room we booked was of the highest standard, and we also enjoyed the gym. We will definitely come back!

Oğlumla birlikte bir gece kaldık. Otelin yeri, binası ve hizmeti çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Hepsinden önemlisi personel çok eğitimli, nazik ve ilgiliydi. Araç park yeri uzakta ve çok pahalı ama diğer herşey olması gerektiği kadar güzeldi. Yine gelmek istiyorum.

We had an amazing stay at Envoy. Very clean, tastefully decorated common areas and a spacious room (junior suite). Buffet style breakfast included with a nice selection for every taste. Very attentive and helpful staff. The lady at the front desk checked us in earlier and asked good questions to ensure that we didn’t need extra attention due to the long trip. Great location, near good shopping, restaurants and a grocery store. We will definitely stay at Envoy again.

Worth every cent that I've spent! the rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Our daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we needed to change all of the sheets and blankets and pillows and got them in the matter of minutes! The breakfast is excellent as well.

Mycket bra läge på hotellet. Ingen utsikt alls från rummet men ligger skyddat från vägar med trafik så det är tyst. Lite krångel med servicen men på det hela bra. Frukost bra men lite lite att välja på. Har man inte rum på de högsta tre våningarna ser man absolut ingenting av staden. Bilderna på rummen är bättre än vad de är i verkligheten. Går knappt få varmvatten i duschen på högre våningarna.

This is a really good hotel in the perfect location. The staff here have been so helpful, and breakfast is more than you can eat with a big range of choices. My room is large and comfy and warm (it’s winter), with English speaking channels on TV. I happily recommend this hotel, it’s excellent and I will happily stay here if I come back this way. The hotel is in the middle of the pedestrianised area in the centre of Belgrade with lots of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. Public transport is very near too.

No hot water in room 93. I had to abandon my shower every day as it started hot then would completely stop. The air conditioning appeared to have a mind of its own too, and the room was always slightly too hot for comfort for sleeping in. The wallpaper was ripped in my room too. considering this was a suite, it was a bit disappointing. The hotel itself is nice overall and very well located. Just my room I was disappointed in.

Det var nästan 30 grader på rummet när vi checkade in. Det tog ett helt dygn för rummet att nå normal temperatur efter att AC:n sattes igång. Det fanns varken lakan, täcke eller kuddar till barnens säng. Gick heller inte att ringa efter hjälp från rummets telefon.

La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro pedonale di Belgrado, a due passi da Knez Mihailova e Kalemegdan, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e confortevoli, con tutti i servizi necessari e un letto molto comodo. Lo staff è gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. Great location, central in Belgrade so easy walk to all of the hot spots. The downstairs lobby staff were excellent - special shout out to Senka, who helped us with restaurant/bar recommendations, taxi coordinating, and even helped us activate our SIM cards :p Highly recommend this hotel!

Et moderne hotel midt i smørøyet i Beograd. Nær festningen, gågaten og Nasjonalmuseet. Frokosten er god og sengen var behagelig. Servicen var så som så. Eksempelvis så jeg at jeg hadde ekstra fordel pga hotels, men det ble det ikke informert om. At de forsvant noen minutter rundt utsjekk for å ordne en bil for et par gjester ble ikke informert til oss som stod bak, som måtte stå å vente noen minutter. Manglet et håndkle når vi kom. Men rommet var fint, så hadde det vært topp service ville det blitt fem stjerner.
