J'ai adoré cet hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit. Très bon rapport qualité prix. C'est un peu loin du centre si on est à pieds. Mais c'est à seulement à quelques minutes en voiture. Très belle piscine. Pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a plein d'options en ville.

We sat on the toilet in our room and the toilet cracked. We reported this to the hotel management and they charged us $2000 for the toilet! They insisted we broke their toilet! In all our rooms, the toilet seats were loose. We also found large spiders at the bottom of the pool! We tried to speak to the hotel manager but he never returned our call. Do not stay here! Lack of honesty and integrity! You’ll end up paying for the hotel’s maintenance!

El hotel es muy hermoso, solo tienen que cuidar la limpieza de la alberca, no tiene recirculación ni filtración lo que la hace un riesgo para la salud. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación debido a que no pudieron resolverlo. El personal muy amable y educado

Muy bien pero … tenían bicicletas en renta y se me hicieron caras, un taxi ida y vuelta al restaurante eran 70 pesos y de las bicicletas fueron 180, se me hizo un abuso. La al habitación bien, solo que las almohadas estaban dibujadas eran planísimas.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, aunque el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación hacía demasiado ruido, necesita mantenimiento. Por otro lado solo cuentan con desayuno y la existencia de alimentos es muy limitada, si solo sirven una comida al día al menos deberían tener mejor surtida su despensa.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, aunque el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación hacía demasiado ruido, necesita mantenimiento. Estuve hospedado dos noches en las habitaciones 21 y 22, ambas super espaciosas y cómodas, las areas comunes muy limpias, la atención por parte del personal siempre muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena, si regreso a Izamal sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Très bonne nuitée dans cet hôtel, proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus pour de rafraîchir en fin de journée. Personnel très compétant. Nous avons également pris les petits déjeuners à l'hôtel (supplément). Ils valaient le coup.

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación limpia, amplia. el tema fue al momento del check in, te exigen entregar tu INE y ellos le toman foto con el celular por ambos lados, esto es muy delicado...es información sensible que hoy en día al menos yo no lo permito. Ni el hoteles de grandes cadenas toman foto y/o sacan copia de tu identificación oficial.

Staff is amazing, friendly, outstanding customer service. The property is colonial style, and simply fun with lots of character. I definitely recommend this hidden gem when planning a trip to Yucatan... this little small town of Izamal, Citilcum, and Merida are beautiful.

The service at the front desk was unfriendly. We could not be served breakfast until 2 tour groups were served and departed. There were 3 people in our party but they only supplied 2 water bottles and 2 towels. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was extremely nice and efficient. I would not stay there again.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, aunque el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación hacía demasiado ruido, necesita mantenimiento. Por otro lado solo cuentan con desayuno y la existencia de alimentos es muy limitada, si solo sirven una comida al día al menos deberían tener mejor surtida su despensa.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit. Très bon rapport qualité prix. C'est un peu loin du centre si on est à pieds. Mais c'est à seulement à quelques minutes en voiture. Très belle piscine. Pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a plein d'options en ville.

Très bonne nuitée dans cet hôtel, proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus pour de rafraîchir en fin de journée. Personnel très compétant. Nous avons également pris les petits déjeuners à l'hôtel (supplément). Ils valaient le coup.

Limpieza de la habitación y de las instalaciones. cuenta con estacionamiento y un restaurante solo para desayunos y almuerzos pero esta muy cerca del centro para comidas y cenas. Personal atento.

Nice hotel in good location to town center. Room large but could have used a small table and chairs. Coffee service was not convient as they had to start the perker each morning which took 30 minutes.

Great/spectacular hotel, property and room. Terrible restaurant. The food was cold and service was not the greatest. All in all the hotel and room was amazing.

El anuncio dice que en la propiedad se sirven desayunos pero el restaurant esta permanentemente cerrado, solo lo abren para eventos. A mi juicio le faltan dos lámparas de mesa por habitación, una lámpara adicional en el lavabo y poner mejor iluminacion en el cuarto.

El AC no servía y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación pero la verdad no creemos que fue amablemente y se tardaron mucho. Yo puse en el buscador que se aceptarán mascotas y no aceptaban. Al final, aceptaron con un depósito. No tiene restaurante. Hay que ir a otra propiedad.

El hotel es bastante lindo, aunque la alberca necesita un poco más de limpieza y tienen que mejorar más los colchones, el que nos tocó era muy duro. Pero fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien. Si volveríamos!

El personal es muy atento, todo limpio y bien, pero creo por la temporada de lluvias se sentia muy humeda la habitación, asi que en general muy contento de hispedarme en este hotel

It was a really pretty little place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside- but once you go in it’s actually pretty spacious and nice. The room was spacious and had a wooden shutter on the door that was pretty cool. There were two cats hanging out in there- a white and black one. Both very cute, very sweet. Say hello to them if you go! :) Wash your hands after though :) Very nice staff- patient with english speakers. :)
