Good stuff: loved evening programming for kids! Decorations in Pirates hotel rooms were awesome! Breakfast is daily style in restaurant and was good. Bad stuff: VERY mildewy first room, wrecked my allergies. Moved rooms, a bit better but NO GREAT and it was a low of 35 degrees that night. We froze. And they didn't have a way to fix it when it was discord at 8pm. Also the elevator broke that night and we bag to climb the 5 flights to our room with my knee that was in a bad way from acl surgery 6 months ago.

Estoy super decepcionada, reserve una noche en este hotel y me arrepiento porque me han hecho Pasar un muy mal rato, un hotel tan caro y que sus trabajadores no sepan hacer bien su trabajo , resulta que reserve la noche de agosto 4 Salida el 5 , y en la noche el aire dejó de funcionar, su termostato estaba apagado, imagino necesitaba cambio de baterias, informo a recepcion, estos como era ya tarde me dicen que la persona de mantenimiento no se encontraba que me cambiarian la habitacion. Resulta que la chica Parque que no sabe hacer bien su trabajo y me arrepiento de no haber apuntado su nombre, pero para mi gran sorpresa me cobraron a mi targeta una nueva Reserva + parqueo y todo. Ahora en vez de relajados y contentos lo que tengo un problema más . Que desastre.

The room was very dirty and smelled moldy. The pool was not clean. Overall the hotel was very run down and dark given that a night at this hotel is the same as a night at the JW Marriott Grand Lakes there is zero comparison.

Unfortunately both restaurants serve the same thing with no other options other than adding an omelette. However the choices are very kid friendly. The food was all cooked well. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant and I can't rave enough about the blackened salmon. Fantastic chef! Everything there was top service and taste. The check in desk was where I had issues. My room was prepayed and I found out the next morning the check in staff charged me again. I'm still waiting on my charge card statement to make sure the charges were reversed. Everything else was top notch. All the staff was friendly and helpful, even the check in desk.

Unfortunately both restaurants serve the same thing with no other options other than adding an omelette. However the choices are very kid friendly. The food was all cooked well. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant and I can't rave enough about the blackened salmon. Fantastic chef! Everything there was top service and taste. The check in desk was where I had issues. My room was prepayed and I found out the next morning the check in staff charged me again. I'm still waiting on my charge card statement to make sure the charges were reversed. Hospedagem tipo chalé, espaçosa e confortável, mas a limpeza foi bem ruim pois o chão ficou cheio de areia mesmo após a”limpeza”. O café da manhã tem sistema a la carte e com necessidade de check in com fila de espera, o que faz perder muito tempo tanto na espera da mesa quanto no serviço dos garçons (esperamos de 30 a 45min por uma mesa). Lado bom: chalé com bom espaço, tendo disponível um pequeno quarto com beliche adjacente e uma caixa com peças de Lego, além de 1 brinde Lego para cada criança e espaço Kids no café da manhã.

First of all they didn't give the room I reserved, instead another dirty room with clogged bathtub. I was 3 hours with an Expedia representative because the hotel received another information plus they charge me every night i spent there cause errors on the system. Nor Expedia or the hotel make my stay pleasant. I would never return or make reservations though Expedia. My shuttle fail also in my recent trip to Punta Cana. A completely disaster. Expedia is not working nothing good.

I loved staying at Legoland with my family. The room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The towels and linen were amazing. The kids had a lot of fun; breakfast was just perfect to start our morning. Definitely worth the price.

I like the convenience of having the theme park, water park, and aquarium all in one next to the hotel. Love that everything is lego themed. The pirate room was really cool and comfortable. Wish the room had a little more storage to put things away.

Hospedagem tipo chalé, espaçosa e confortável, mas a limpeza foi bem ruim pois o chão ficou cheio de areia mesmo após a”limpeza”. O café da manhã tem sistema a la carte e com necessidade de check in com fila de espera, o que faz perder muito tempo tanto na espera da mesa quanto no serviço dos garçons (esperamos de 30 a 45min por uma mesa). First of all they didn't give the room I reserved, instead another dirty room with clogged bathtub. I was 3 hours with an Expedia representative because the hotel received another information plus they charge me every night i spent there cause errors on the system. Nor Expedia or the hotel make my stay pleasant. I would never return or make reservations though Expedia. My shuttle fail also in my recent trip to Punta Cana. A completely disaster. Expedia is not working nothing good.

I like the convenience of having the theme park, water park, and aquarium all in one next to the hotel. Love that everything is lego themed. The pirate room was really cool and comfortable. Wish the room had a little more storage to put things away.

I had six grandkids and they all love playing with the Legos! Very convenient having the theme park next-door. We were disappointed some of the things were closed, but overall, it was a good experience.

I loved staying at Legoland with my family. The room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The towels and linen were amazing. The kids had a lot of fun; breakfast was just perfect to start our morning. Definitely worth the price.

Good stuff: loved evening programming for kids! Decorations in Pirates hotel rooms were awesome! Breakfast is daily style in restaurant and was good. Bad stuff: VERY mildewy first room, wrecked my allergies. Moved rooms, a bit better but NO GREAT and it was a low of 35 degrees that night. We froze. And they didn't have a way to fix it when it was discord at 8pm. Also the elevator broke that night and we bag to climb the 5 flights to our room with my knee that was in a bad way from acl surgery 6 months ago.

Unfortunately both restaurants serve the same thing with no other options other than adding an omelette. However the choices are very kid friendly. The food was all cooked well. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant and I can't rave enough about the blackened salmon. Fantastic chef! Everything there was top service and taste. The check in desk was where I had issues. My room was prepayed and I found out the next morning the check in staff charged me again. I'm still waiting on my charge card statement to make sure the charges were reversed. Everything else was top notch. All the staff was friendly and helpful, even the check in desk.

We had a great time but its not a hotel room- that has the accommodation to bring your toddler. No place to clean baby bottles or zippy cups or to heat up a tea. Very simple and tv is not smart. Staying at a hotel that doesn’t give your any perks just to stay there is not convenient. You can ckmodate the hotel better for family that stays for longer and at least to add a microwave at the room. Thank you i am not 100% happy with the stay. Too much $ and theres not discount for staying there.

This hotel is not in the same location is the main building which was not emphasized at the time of booking traveling with small children and having to commute from there to go to the legoland park was not practical and convenient. I won’t be staying there . The price difference is not worth the hassle with toddlers.

We stayed at the Beach Retreat hotel. We absolutely loved it. Pros: - Checkin was done via your car. Which was awesome because the kids didn’t have to argue about wanting to get out to check in. The place is truly family friendly. Big family breakfasts to go, playgrounds for every 8ish rooms. You can literally open your door and there’s a playground. Trolley across the street to Peppa Pig & LEGOLAND. We went to the other hotels and they were truly incredible but 3x the cost. This was a good inbetween. Cons: There’s no table inside the rooms. Which isn’t ideal for big families who need space to spread out. And there is a very small gift shop which barely any “grocery” items. The room has sharp edges EVERYWHERE. I asked for extra pillows so I could pad some of the ones around nightstands and they told me I could only have 1 extra pillow per room. We also had the DND sign on our door and staff knocked repeatedly to ask if we needed anything. Our toddlers were napping and it woke them up. Also, no pizza?!?!?! Overall, it was nice but next time we’ll save up for the main resort!
