Càmping Bellsol

Enkelt boende. Lite missvisande jmf med bilder och beskrivning. Ont om plats och förvaring. Toalett i mycket litet rum (tillsammans med städartiklar) utan vask. Mycket svårt att hålla jämna temperatur i stugan. Antingen var det för varmt eller för kallt. Utrymmesmässigt var det inte riktigt plats i gemensamt utrymme för 5st (även om där var 6st sängar). Dock hyfast rent och snyggt. Kök helt ok och rymlig dusch. Fick inga lakan och handdukar utan de vill ha betalt för detta. Efter lite övertalning om att denna information inte fanns vid bokningen levererades dessa utan kostnad. För kostnaden ett helt OK boende, men kunde stämt bättre överens med beskrivningen.

We stayed in one of the bungalows and were very happy with it. It was clean, modern, and worked perfectly for our family of four. The only downside was that the dishwasher was in very poor condition and heavily rusted. There were also a lot of pigeons around the campsite. They regularly walked onto our terrace and table, and there was bird droppings in many places outside. The swimming pool was fantastic – large, well maintained, and there were several activities organized every day, making it great for both children and adults. The location is excellent. The beach is just one street away, with an underpass beneath the railway, so it only takes a couple of minutes to get there. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, as it was very windy during our stay and there were quite large waves, although that may just be typical for this part of the coast. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and from there you can take a train to Barcelona in around an hour. Unfortunately, the train service wasn’t running very smoothly when we wanted to visit Barcelona, but we may simply have been unlucky. The center of Pineda de Mar is quite small. However, you can easily walk in the other direction to the nearby town of Calella, which has a much larger, livelier, and more charming town center. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this campsite, especially for families.
