I enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay and will definitely be back! My room was spotless, quiet, and super cozy with the couch, dining table, balcony, and electric fireplace. The grounds were serene, but also offered lovely amenities like a pool and tennis court.

Clean room, easy parking, lots to do right at the hotel … pool, tennis court, corn hole, playground, gardens! Access to the river and a fire pit…our family stays here every year! It’s great .. the check-in was a little weird … had to call a phone number to get someone to get out but no biggie.

Clean, comfortable room. We were on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Balcony was nice with a view of a stream. Complaints: ice machine broken, no water in either of 2 slots in vending machine, eggs and potatoes at breakfast were undercooked but other breakfast offerings were good.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was phenomenal! Outside smoke pit was a hit on our last night. We roasted marshmallows etc.. It was a little too cool to go in the pool however everything else made our stay worth it. We'll definitely be back.

We have stayed here a few times. I thought the bathroom was a bit run down. Mold in the grout and a few tiles were ether moldy or dirty. There was pistachios shells on our floor

The Lodge at Jackson Village is very reasonably priced and extremely clean. I have stayed here a total of 3 times and never had an issue. The rooms are decently spacious (every room as a little table and chairs). It is a short ride to North Conway (shopping and restaurants). This past stay I stayed in a room with the jetted tub and it was large enough to fit 2 adults. My children enjoyed it after a day of skiing. It was clean and easy to use. I'm not into the bells and whistles when it comes to places to stay so this place is absolutely perfect.

I’m not sure why this property has an “excellent” rating. Total disappointment. It’s all about the details and you can tell this property is not interested in cleanliness (my #1 pet peeve), updates, repairs. The bathroom wall was filthy, toilet paper holder rusty, stains and hair on comforter. Bed felt like a water bed only with springs. Looks on the outside are very deceiving. Really disappointed!

Great location. Hotel is ok. Better in the summer with the pool. Also if you happen to be on the lower level it’s very noisy if there is someone in the room above you.

Very nicely cared for property. Comfortable bedding and fridge, which is appreciated. Also, enough chairs for us to sit on. We had a ground floor room, and wish we had requested the upper floor. We could hear people above walking heavy footed ………..very clean.

The inn was very nice for the price. There are a few restaurants within a mile which I wasnt expecting and a plus. The beds are very soft which was fine for me but my significant other wasnt a fan

beautiful little motel. Landscaping and view were amazing. Quiet and peaceful. Room was very clean and mattress was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in future. Because I can drive there, I would bring my own pillows as the only complaint I have would be that the pillows are pretty skimpy.

It's a cute property but didn't like the check-in experience and that I had to use a physical key to get in and out of the room. When we checked out forgot the key with me and had to return to give them the key. The room is nice and the beds are comfortable. There are no walkable options near so we have to drive to everything

This is a very quiet place, bedroom has plenty of space. Close to Storyland, downtown Jackson and Conway. A number of places to eat around the vicinity. Manager was very accommodating and helpful.

The stay was wonderful and the staff were great until after we left- a member of the party left a jacket behind and the staff refuse to save it in a small bag with my name on it so I can pick it up- doubtless it has been stolen already. The terrific experience has been changed to ok unless they want to return our property.

The Patel family manages this property. It’s the most excellent place we have been to in 7-8 years. Clean. Prompt. Friendly. We stayed only three days, but the Patels made us feel like part of their family. You won’t be disappointed if you stay there.

We have been coming to white mountains past couple of years and this spot is by far the one we liked the best! Cynthia is a dream! She was so helpful and thoughtful and really made us feel like we were friends or family! God bless her! The set up to this place is amazing for the price! River right on the grounds and a firepit right next to it? Also has a tennis court and pool for the summer trip we will be reserving! The owners really did a good job with the cleanliness to this place and very cute rooms! Just amazing for the price!!! I mean look at the views from your room?! Whats not to love?!

Mostly good experience. I was told on the night before I left that they would give me ice in the morning and they open at 7:00. No one there at 8:00 a.m. and no one would answer the door at that time.

Excellent location. Very close to Mt Washington which was our main destination. Property is spotless. Room was comfortable and had a view of the River. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back next year for sure.

Very close to Storyland and right next to a great restaurant, RedFox. Staff was polite and the hotel provided everything we needed for our one night stay.

We stayed here for the first time 9/17/23. We wanted a night away and we were not disappointed. It was affordable, easy check in/out. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and it was very peaceful. We loved having a balcony and the view was fantastic. It’s only about 10 minutes from north conway, a minute away from the honey moon covered bridge and a couple minutes from story land. We will be returning.

We've stayed here at least 4 times. It is quiet and clean, and the staff is friendly. It is a 10 minute drive to Pinkham Notch visitor center. Many restaurants are within a 3 to 10 minute walk.

Surprisingly good for the price. Not much to see in Jackson as it is mostly a small town for hikers and tourists alike. But this roadside motel was nice and well-located for our trips around White Mountain. There was a small fridge and a small veranda as well as two queen size beds. We didn't use the pool or the tennis court, but others might have good use of them. The breakfast was as expected for a motel of this type. The staff was friendly and accommodating. For the price, this was a really good experience.

Gas fireplace was not working in the main dining area when we arrived, so very disappointed from the start. Then, Spectrum TV remote would not allow fast clicking, kept shutting the TV off, had to ask for another remote, but it seems its Spectrum service, the spinning wheel to get to other channels is delayed way too long, not normal. First morning, we were told the dining area gas fireplace could not be fixed for 3 weeks, so the dining area was VERY cold for breakfast each day even though they tried to use little electric space heaters. I just want to say, the rooms were good, they were warm and toasty, and our view of the river was great. Very comfy beds, larger than normal mini fridge was nice perk. Our door lock was a little bent and we could see daylight all around our door to the hall, so we used towels to keep out the draft& light. Overall, it was a good place to stay and nothing that an extra sweater couldn't fix in the breakfast room. Waffles were tender and the blueberry and strawberry sauces were very nice. Twinkies and Yodels were sort of strange to have at breakfast, but my hubby indulged anyway!

Excellent stay! Loved the pool and beautiful surrounding property. The breakfast was great and included more than a typical continental breakfast offered at most hotels. The staff was attentive, and the location was very convenient. It was right by StoryLand and many different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again, especially for the price we paid.

This was a great location to stay in. They were convenient and accommodating. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and there was a mini fridge. We were able to use the microwave in the dining area and the breakfast was perfect.

Our room was clean and nicely updated. We had a mini fridge, as well as hairdryer, ironing board etc. The property itself was well taken care of and the gardens were beautiful!! Our only disappointment was breakfast. There were several people asking for decaf coffee (ourselves included) but there wasnt any. We also wish that there was some sort of juice available. For beverages they had regular coffee, a hot chocolate machine or water. There were also no meat options eg. Sausage or bacon.

Grounds or the property well taken care of with beautiful flower gardens! Pool seemed well maintained and everything up kept. Daughter enjoyed the kids swing set by the brook and we enjoyed the campfire by the brook and met some friends

The room was clean but needs some work. The pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t. The gentleman who runs the place is very rough around the edges. The breakfast seemed limited. The breads were each wrapped in plastic which makes you wonder how old some of the slices were. The site said they have packages for Storyland, when asked I was told to book online.
