When i called the hotel the staff member was so friendly. Get there and a different staff was checking in. Not so friendly. We got a double room instead single queen. There was something in the bathtub. Not sure rust or poop honestly. Called down to say we got the wrong room and the same staff who checked us in acted like was stupid for wanting 1 bed. I get it we can sleep in one but just saying not what I paid for. There is no hotel ice maker but was told in the room their is one. We litterly got 5 cubes in 4 hours! We went to warm up iur food and there was old food in the microwave. The bathroom had quite a few hairs and soap spots. Safe area and I have stayed in way worse. No bugs. Bedding was clean but a bit like they were not dried all the way. The air conditioner needs cleaned. VERY musty and we both woke up with coughs and runny noses the next morning.

I checked into my room which I loved. However, when I went to lock the door for the night the bolt lock was broke off. I was staying alone so therefore I wanted the bolt lock. I called down to the front desk and Sean was very helpful and quick to change my room. He brought my new keys right to me. When checking out this morning, he was across the hall already fixing the bolt lock. I will definitely stay here again.

We had great experience with them! Great staff, well taken care of the room and hotel overall. Very friendly and professionally organized. Beds are comfortable which so very important to us!!! I definitely recommend my place to everyone.
