Everybody’s friendly and respectful, but I have a couple of concern, first when we dined in when we arrived I ordered pork and chicken adobo combination, I can tell both meat was left over because of the texture and the taste of the meat, and secondly when we take a shower the water is overflowing on the floor, it is very unsanitary.

The hotel seems a bit rundown. The bathroom is poorly designed: the tiles on the walls seem to be falling, water from the shower seeps to the main bathroom floor, etc. The general area is quite good. A lot of dining options around the hotel and within a 15-minute walk. I will probably try another hotel if I go back to Iloilo though.

I was on the 6th floor. The 7th floor is the restaurant which allows their employees to work until 1AM. I called the front desk at midnight for 2 consecutive nights because I can hear the employees dragging tables and chairs. It was awful, I was trying to sleep. It stopped, but after 20 minutes, I had to get up and call again. So inconsiderate. The bathroom is so cramped. The bathroom door is in the way. They should switch to sliding bathroom doors. I am not a morning person so I try to avail of the complimentary buffet breakfast at the last hour (9AM). There's hardly any food left, which look unappetizing. With an extra guest, I was charged for a full price, despite of hardly anything to eat.

Great property. No pool sadly. Breakfast is geared towards Filipinos and the staff tends to start shutting it down 40 minutes before 10.. Which is common place for the Philippines. Still a nice place- great stay. Go for the premium rooms. Deluxe rooms have small bathrooms.

First of all, the staff at Seda Atria were EXCELENT! Service was superb! And i am still glad that I have booked there. But there was something wrong in my room - the floors got wet and slippery. It was stressful for me as i was thinking about my parents in the other room that they may slip and hurt themselves. The floors were extremely slippery. I had to have housekeeping mop it out. After 2 hours it was slippery again. So i was walking around on top of a towel/mat. Other than that - the Straight Up Bar was excellent including the staff, the front desk were SO helpful even for my business needs. So much appreciated and the breakfast staff were so accommodating! Not to mention location wise its SO good! Will stay there again!

Seda Atria exceeded every expectation. The room was spotless and comfortable, the amenities were top-tier, and the location in the Atria Park District put everything within easy reach. Warm, genuinely helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive — they’re the kind of staff that turns a good hotel into one you want to return to. Ver good breakfast, nice and clean rooms and pool. Kinda overcrowded because of too many events held there but the elevators are fast enough and wide to accommodate large groups
