Stayed with our 5 yo and 3 yo children. Had a great time and thought the hotel was wonderfully kid-friendly. The swimming pool was great, food was good and the location close to Rathwood was excellent. Overall we had a great stay.

A very beautiful hotel. However, not at all kid friendly. Particularly for travelers who were exploring all day, and the pool closes for children at 7pm. The kids were devistated. This is why we choose this hotel. Also the tv selection is minimal for family movies and entertainment, which was challenging when jet lag set in.

We had a wonderful, relaxed stay. Some areas need some TLC such as the walls in the pool area, and a few bits in bedroom (which I commented on in the check in review) but overall we loved it. Food was great, service and staff were fantastic.

Our room had milk glass windows, so we could not see anything and there was som kind of ventilation or air conditioning shaft humming for the better part of the night (kitchen?) Service at breakfast was inattentive, could not even order hot beverage until I had almost finished my meal. The breakfast buffet offered a decent range and was well set up, so that one did not have to wait but replenishment e.g. orange juice was slowish. On one occasion our room had not been done at all (despite us being away from 9am to 10pm. On most days nothing beyond towel replacement had been done in the bathroom, so no cleaning of surfaces, floors or the toilet. As for the carpet, it was hard to tell if it had been hoovered. The surroundings were nice, convenient car park with easy to park bays. Pleasant bar with good service. The restaurant served good dinner with nice and attentive waiting personell but the atmosphere of the room itself was very impersonal, cool and uninviting.

Reception area was lovely. Room was fine, no issues. We had 2 meals in the bar, both were very poor. Music was nice in the bar. I went to the thermal suite and had a treatment, while it was nice it was not worth the price of the trratment in comparison to other spas I have visited. I wouldn't be rushing back.

Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely grounds. We had dinner at the restaurant where service was exceptional and food was great. Breakfast lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We informed the hotel it was our wedding anniversary and they provided sweet treats in the room which was really thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed several times and have had mixed experiences. This time service was excellent, particularly in the Aaron lounge which we had dinner in two nights. Room was immaculate very spacious. We were very happy with everything and will be back

The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, but it was the incredible staff who made my stay memorable. They were all wonderful, and Fi-fi at reception was particularly outstanding. I had made a mistake with my booking, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of my very enjoyable stay. My thanks to all.

Our room had milk glass windows, so we could not see anything and there was som kind of ventilation or air conditioning shaft humming for the better part of the night (kitchen?) Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely grounds. We had dinner at the restaurant where service was exceptional and food was great. Breakfast lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We informed the hotel it was our wedding anniversary and they provided sweet treats in the room which was really thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed with our 5 yo and 3 yo children. Had a great time and thought the hotel was wonderfully kid-friendly. The swimming pool was great, food was good and the location close to Rathwood was excellent. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit.

Really enjoyed our too short visit to the Mount Wolseley. Room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the food in the bar and especially the lovely breakfast.

We had a wonderful, relaxed stay. Some areas need some TLC such as the walls in the pool area, and a few bits in bedroom (which I commented on in the check in review) but overall we loved it. Food was great, service and staff were fantastic.

Reception area was lovely. Room was fine, no issues. We had 2 meals in the bar, both were very poor. Music was nice in the bar. I went to the thermal suite and had a treatment, while it was nice it was not worth the price of the trratment in comparison to other spas I have visited. I wouldn't be rushing back.

Had a wonderful stay here beautiful hotel. Lovely bedroom comfy bed beautiful bathroom. Staff were fantastic, food was delicious, didn’t get time to use the spa, so maybe next time ! Very well maintained hotel and has lovely lounging areas to chill and relax. The hotel is close to Altamont gardens and Huntington castle and gardens would highly recommend making a trip to both of these places they are absolutely beautiful!!

We were wholly impressed with Mount Wolseley. Superb, caring staff at reception. Excellent staff throughout stay. Large, well appointed rooms. I was the only one in our party who used the swimming pool and apart from a lack of chairs and recliners it was a lovely environment
