Good place to put your head down. No-frills type of place and decent location to walk to the center. The Staff could use training to make the experience here much better. Seemed like they could not be bothered. When requesting to have a staff member draw a map of where the hotel parking was located I got an snarky remark after being given poor directions the first time - would recommend the hotel add a map to the paper that has to be placed on the dash.

Unfortunately, there was no fridge or water in the room, and you have to carry your bottle or glass to get water from the water dispenser outside in the corridor. Guess what? It wasn't working, so in the middle of the night, you need to go to the reception to use the water dispenser. During my stay, the temperature was 30C; nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and brought me a water bottle. In general, the hotel is outdated.

The hotel is on a secondary street, a block away from the main street, and on the first night it was dark and we were uneasy, But Poland in general is very safe we saw lots of people walking around. The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast food was generous. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was an a nice size and the shower had a good power. There was a filtered water machine, on every floor, which is a great plus. However, the carpets were a little bit worn and stained.

Świetnie zlokalizowany i komfortowy hotel gdzie nie było problemu żeby znaleźć miejsce parkingowe przy sąsiadujących ulicach chociaż hotel też oferuje miejsca parkingowe. Czysty i przestronny pokój trzyosobowy. Dobre i różnorodne śniadanie.

Un albergo inspiegabilmente a tre stelle, con servizi sovente superiori al 4, soprattutto nelle stanze superior. Stanza molto grande, pulita, ordinata, con bollitore e macchina da caffè in cialda e frigobar per l'acqua. Colazione molto varia, ottima qualità. Personale assai simpatico e impeccabile. Ristorante interno di qualità medioalta e brezzi decisamente abbordabili. Peccato solo per una piccola disavventura con il servizio lavanderia, che comunque era esternalizzato. Molto, molto consigliato, anche per la posizione (10 minuti dalla città vecchia, 10 dalle principali università, 5 dalla piazza delle fontane)

I had a 4 night stay and would rate the hotel at 3 stars. The hotel was clean and tidy and centrally located 15 minutes walk from the city old town centre. . The continental breakfast was varied with a good selection of dishes such as scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit juices, filtered coffee etc. Dinner was less pleasing with a limited, uninspiring menu and choices were often cancelled. Service was friendly and helpful. The double rooms were clean and well facilitated. Good bathroom with powerful shower However, they were to hot and the air conditioning was set at 18c and you couldn't lower it and you couldn't open the windows to let some fresh air in. Also, there were no English speaking tv channels and the mini fridge didn't work. The carpet was very thin and worn.

Check-in molto rapido e piacevole. Camera prenotata con puzza di fumo persistente. La sostituzione mi ha dato una camera inferiore di livello, e con due letti singoli. L'acqua calda non funzionava se non buttando 4/5' di acqua per farla arrivare, e la temperatura in doccia non era stabile. Ultimo giorno, il tubo doccia si è rotto, allagando il bagno

Friendly service and buffet selection was very decent and tasty. Great location, close to the city centre and 24h reception. The downfall was a cleanliness of the bathroom, I had some stains of some sort on the sink. Also it takes ages for the hot water to run. Apart from these, it would be a perfect stay but I'd recommend it.

Kamienica ładnie przerobiona na hotel. Bardzo blisko starówki. Nowoczesne umeblowanie. Problemem było za krótkie łóżko i nieotwieralne okna (jest klimatyzacja, ale działa w odstępach 2h, więc trzeba wstawać w nocy, by znów ją uruchomić).

Kamienica ładnie przerobiona na hotel. Bardzo blisko starówki. Nowoczesne umeblowanie. Problemem było za krótkie łóżko i nieotwieralne okna (jest klimatyzacja, ale działa w odstępach 2h, więc trzeba wstawać w nocy, by znów ją uruchomić).

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location in the heart of the town yet quiet. Great interior design with a lot of local history elements. Very professional snd helpful staff. Breakfast is absolutely a must. A Polish feast. Get a room with the bathtub!

Un albergo inspiegabilmente a tre stelle, con servizi sovente superiori al 4, soprattutto nelle stanze superior. Stanza molto grande, pulita, ordinata, con bollitore e macchina da caffè in cialda e frigobar per l'acqua. Colazione molto varia, ottima qualità. Personale assai simpatico e impeccabile. Ristorante interno di qualità medioalta e brezzi decisamente abbordabili. Peccato solo per una piccola disavventura con il servizio lavanderia, che comunque era esternalizzato. Molto, molto consigliato, anche per la posizione (10 minuti dalla città vecchia, 10 dalle principali università, 5 dalla piazza delle fontane)

Good place to put your head down. No-frills type of place and decent location to walk to the center. The Staff could use training to make the experience here much better. Seemed like they could not be bothered. When requesting to have a staff member draw a map of where the hotel parking was located I got an snarky remark after being given poor directions the first time - would recommend the hotel add a map to the paper that has to be placed on the dash.

Unfortunately, there was no fridge or water in the room, and you have to carry your bottle or glass to get water from the water dispenser outside in the corridor. Guess what? It wasn't working, so in the middle of the night, you need to go to the reception to use the water dispenser. During my stay, the temperature was 30C; nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and brought me a water bottle. In general, the hotel is outdated.

Friendly service and buffet selection was very decent and tasty. Great location, close to the city centre and 24h reception. The downfall was a cleanliness of the bathroom, I had some stains of some sort on the sink. Also it takes ages for the hot water to run. Apart from these, it would be a perfect stay but I'd recommend it.

I had a 4 night stay and would rate the hotel at 3 stars. The hotel was clean and tidy and centrally located 15 minutes walk from the city old town centre. . The continental breakfast was varied with a good selection of dishes such as scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit juices, filtered coffee etc. Dinner was less pleasing with a limited, uninspiring menu and choices were often cancelled. Service was friendly and helpful. The double rooms were clean and well facilitated. Good bathroom with powerful shower However, they were to hot and the air conditioning was set at 18c and you couldn't lower it and you couldn't open the windows to let some fresh air in. Also, there were no English speaking tv channels and the mini fridge didn't work. The carpet was very thin and worn.

The hotel is on a secondary street, a block away from the main street, and on the first night it was dark and we were uneasy, But Poland in general is very safe we saw lots of people walking around. The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast food was generous. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was an a nice size and the shower had a good power. There was a filtered water machine, on every floor, which is a great plus. However, the carpets were a little bit worn and stained.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location in the heart of the town yet quiet. Great interior design with a lot of local history elements. Very professional snd helpful staff. Breakfast is absolutely a must. A Polish feast. Get a room with the bathtub!

The hotel was nice up to date in a convenient location the only down side is the air conditioning was not working well and then when we finally got it to the lowest temperature it was still hot in the room. The restaurant was amazing the food was beyond my expectations. The staff was very nice attentive and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The location is excellent and was definitely the biggest advantage of our stay, with easy access to everything we needed. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of maintenance. The shower hose leaked , the faux leather headboard was peeling badly, and the carpet was heavily stained, making the room feel neglected. There was only one drinking glass provided despite it being a double room, and the room wasn’t equipped with basic amenities such as an iron or shampoo and conditioner. Housekeeping was particularly disappointing. The cleaners appeared to do little more than replenish the toilet paper. The only glass we had wasn’t replaced or washed up even once. There was no noticeable dusting or proper cleaning at all. The breakfast was adequate, but the restaurant also reflected the lack of maintenance and attention. None of the dishes were labelled. This is not only confusing for guests who are unfamiliar with Polish cuisine and may not know what they are eating, but, more importantly, it is a serious issue for people with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Nearly every table was wobbly, making it uncomfortable to eat. Overall, while the fantastic location is a major plus, the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and missing basic amenities made this a disappointing experience. With better attention to housekeeping, this hotel could be much better, but in its current condition I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
