Country House Villadorata

This hotel was absolutely stunning. We stayed there for my birthday. The grounds are truly beautiful, it’s a really special place. We had the tasting menu one night, would recommend for a special occasion. They kindly upgraded our room which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious too. It’s located outside of Noto, you’d need a car here. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. You can also buy their olive oil. They don’t offer complimentary drinking water, and there’s no shops nearby, so you need to stock up before you arrive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Es ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Für Aktivitäten in der Stadt oder Ausflüge ans Meer benötigt man ein Fahrzeug.

The property is well kept. Quiet and it is kept clean. However, there is lightning missing outside and especially in the room ( bathroom) way too dark.

We were really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. For the price we paid, we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought it up with the staff, we were told the problem was on our end — not the property’s. Overall, a frustrating experience that fell short of the standard we anticipated. Also I was there the day of my birthday- no acknowledgment there. No attention to detail, unfortunately!
