Our stay was excellent and very relaxing as well as rewarding the room was extremely clean

The room was great even had a washer and dryer. However, even those this place is for “kids” the rules for pool are a little too much. Not only that but going in march they should have been heated still but the water was way too cold to get in and the hot tub was packed with people skin to skin. Also don’t like the fact that if you have family that are locals that they can’t buy a day pass to visit and enjoy things with you, other hotels allow it. Staff was friendly during check in & out. But this will definitely be our first and last visit to splash.
