The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a great weeks stay. It was wonderful having a pool, a beautiful beach view, and the ocean just steps away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo and it’s location to anyone coming to the island.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was wonderful! Except for picking up a few dead palmetto bugs, it was very clean.(at least they were dead). Our only "complaint" was that it had no elevator. Had we known that we might not have chosen that unit. We loved the view of the beach. The folks at Island Vacation Properties couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They made the process of renting seamless!!! Imagine our surprise when we found the gift card to The Waterfront! That was so kind of them. Thanks you so much again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, modern, and the one wall of sliding doors opened onto a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach was incredible! The area is a beachy vibe and there are lots of places to dine or enjoy a cocktail. Very relaxed. Nearby is grocery store, etc. so all needs are met within walking distance or short drive. Only downside to this place is that you will have to walk up five flights of stairs, about 30 steps total, to access the unit. We are in our mid- 60's and just called it exercise, along with our beach walks each day!

It was a great unit. It has beautiful views. It has lots of toys and beach chairs for use. The only drawback was the pool is dead for kitty ones. There’s no shallow end. But the beach totally makes up for it!

We had to pivot after Beryl derailed our trip to Cayman. We found this magical condo and it couldn’t have been better. So clean, so comfortable, and the best location right on the water with a great clean pool. Great for family of 4. Host service was great and so accommodating when we wanted to stay another night. We cannot recommend this condo enough!

Perfect place on the beach. Great layout. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent, pool noodles were great. We even took advantage of the books and games in the cupboard. Tons of pots and pans for the stove but only one pan that is oven safe. Could use some measuring cups/spoons. Remember: no elevator, this unit is above where you park. Advantage to this is a great view of beach! We’d stay again!

The place was exactly what it showed online. Great location gorgeous views. The only things which were minor toaster didn’t work and beach chairs need to be replaced. I would also say that it is a shame that the pigeons won’t stay out of pool. Otherwise we will be back the same time next year.

Location was good for easy access to beach, restaurants, and off-island shopping. Property is older and could use updating. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had ample dishware and glasses. Beach chairs showed signs of wear and could be replaced. Road noise is loud. Construction was happening in the unit next door nearly all week. This was not disclosed prior to renting and was quite loud. For the price we paid for a eeek, I expected a little higher quality.

I may have missed it somewhere in the instructions, but the door doesn't automatically lock when you exit - you need to use the code to lock the door. No issue for us but want to make others aware. Loved our stay and rebooked while we were there. Thanks for a great vacation!

Roof repairs were being done on our original rental and would not be completed when we moved in. The staff at IVP were concerned with the noise and other disruptions that accompany construction jobs. This was very considerate. Ken offered my wife and I two options that were amazing upgrades on the water. This was a trip for my wife to celebrate her recent retirement. This vacation worked out so well for us. We cannot recommend IVP enough. Thank You all, again.

Except for picking up a few dead palmetto bugs, it was very clean.(at least they were dead). Our only "complaint" was that it had no elevator. Had we known that we might not have chosen that unit. We loved the view of the beach. The folks at Island Vacation Properties couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They made the process of renting seamless!!! Imagine our surprise when we found the gift card to The Waterfront! That was so kind of them. Thanks you so much again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

We had to pivot after Beryl derailed our trip to Cayman. We found this magical condo and it couldn’t have been better. So clean, so comfortable, and the best location right on the water with a great clean pool. Great for family of 4. Host service was great and so accommodating when we wanted to stay another night. We cannot recommend this condo enough!

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a great weeks stay. It was wonderful having a pool, a beautiful beach view, and the ocean just steps away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo and it’s location to anyone coming to the island.

Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, modern, and the one wall of sliding doors opened onto a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach was incredible! The area is a beachy vibe and there are lots of places to dine or enjoy a cocktail. Very relaxed. Nearby is grocery store, etc. so all needs are met within walking distance or short drive. Only downside to this place is that you will have to walk up five flights of stairs, about 30 steps total, to access the unit. We are in our mid- 60's and just called it exercise, along with our beach walks each day!

Location was good for easy access to beach, restaurants, and off-island shopping. Property is older and could use updating. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had ample dishware and glasses. Beach chairs showed signs of wear and could be replaced. Road noise is loud. Construction was happening in the unit next door nearly all week. This was not disclosed prior to renting and was quite loud. For the price we paid for a eeek, I expected a little higher quality.

This was an amazing stay! Views from the 2nd floor balcony right onto the beach was breathtaking! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Booking and check in as well as check out were smooth and convenient. Wish we could come back here every year!

It was a great unit. It has beautiful views. It has lots of toys and beach chairs for use. The only drawback was the pool is dead for kitty ones. There’s no shallow end. But the beach totally makes up for it!
