Our stay was great. The property grounds are beautiful. It’s a very relaxing place.

There are two bedrooms and one sleepsofa in the living room. No great chairs to sit in but the chairs in the kitchen are fine. Very clean appartment and nice host. Parking for free near the appartement but limited parking space. Higher up there is more parking space

We arrived to our friendly host welcoming us at the gate, having reserved us a parking space so that we would not have far to go to unload the car. There was a welcome pack of water, milk, eggs, French toast and a wealth of cooking ingredients to tide us over, as we arrived on Saturday evening. We were given answers to all of our questions, where to shop, what to visit. We were given a tour of the gardens. The apartment was not only well equipped for all of our needs, but in immaculate condition. As well as always being able to ask further questions, we were treated to a super cooking demonstration and meal during our stay. Without a doubt the best self-catering accommodation we have ever experienced. Thank you so much! Once the fibre broadband is live, there will be nothing missing…..

We enjoyed the place a lot for our summer vacation. It is a good starting point to discover the Como Region. And the garden is a place to recharge in the evening or even spend days to relax. The hosts are very kind and give hints if you like.

We had a great stay at Loredana and Emilio’s beautiful property. It’s just above Como but Brunate was (in our eyes) a better decision because it’s a beautiful village up in the mountains and very peaceful and quite with a cutes grocery stores. However, it has great access to Como via the funicolare, even without a car. Loredana is a great host! She had the most helpful tips what to do around lake Como and gave us a great tour around the house and the backyard. Speaking of: it’s already beautiful in the pictures but nothing compared to what you actually get when you are there. It’s a huge garden, so neat and sooo well taken care of. Our absolute highlight, tbh. There are several places to sit, eat and relax. You’ll share the area with another unit that lives above this place but it is so huge that we didn’t really see the other guests at all. Now to the apartment, which is very beautiful and super well equipped as well. It has everything you need, even more actually 😍 we can highly recommend this and hope to be back ♥️
