ARRIVEL Hotel Kirchheim

Though not a fancy hotel, it had everything we really needed. It was quite modern, clean, warm and the rooms were comfortable with all the basic amenitites needed. The area is quite industrial but it is located a short taxi ride away from shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The only real problem I experienced was that the hotel were supposed to contact me on the day of my arrivial with a code for the keysafe and they never did. My colleagues who arrived a few days before also had the same problem. Fortunately, a German colleague of mine was able to contact the hotel on my behalf and obtain the necessary codes.

Overall a very nice place to stay. I had the corner suite and it was very spacious and cleanly. Check-in was quick and easy. I’ll only say that the surrounding area isn’t much. It’s a small town and very pretty but not much to do there and quite far from Munich.

Average facility, good if you are looking for a cost saving place to stay for a short while, the staff are very friendly. The 'small' two single beds in the room were not ideal if one is on the big size :) No direct public transport to the place.

Staff were ok, rooms ok but very small the bathrooms in particular are tiny (those shown in the pictures are the superior rooms). Room cleaning was hit and miss, sometimes no toiletries left, next day floor not swept. Breakfast was very good!

Forfærdeligt sted. Alle yderdøre stod ulåste tiltrods for en ubemandet reception med self check-in, hvilket betød at alle kunne gå direkte ind på hotellet. Meget utrygt! Stedet er helt forladt, beskidt og slidt. Vi endte med at finde et andet hotel umiddelbart efter ankomst. Jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde alle imod at tage derhen.
