Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalamazoo-Portage

We have an event yearly and will always stay here. Always very clean and staff are great.

This has become our go to spot when we need to get away for a night. The rooms are big and the kids love the pool and hot tub. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating for the continental breakfast. We always enjoy our stay.

Room had missing items…not fully stocked as should be. Television service below par, actually very confusing with no guide available. Grounds are littered with dog poop, and trash. Heater/Air blower motor did not work. Very disappointed with the place, especially for what I paid two days/nights for going by the name brand.

Over the years, we have stayed here several times. Staff is fantastic, but the rooms are looking a little tired. Definitely in need up a refresh, especially with a new hotel just a few doors down.
