Rooms/kitchenettes were wonderful and sufficient for a family of 6. Propane BBQ on the porch. Washer/dryer in unit. The pool was heated and the jacuzzi was really nice. There was a heated wading pool for young ones. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk or drive to everything including beach, shopping and dining. Best stay I’ve had in a long time. They offer timeshare/vacation club presentations but don’t pressure you to go to them. I will definitely be going again.

It's excellent renovated property 10 minutes walking to ocean beach. We took room with kitchen, it's almost condo with bedroom and all stuff for life, balcony with BBQ. Very clear. Good pool and hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was very clean. The room had eveerything we needed and more. The pool was outdoors and a wonderfyl 89°. We did not have the need for a lot of contact with the staff but the contact we did have was pleasant They were pilite and happy to help. Will stay there again.

World class service and accommodations. Rooms are well maintained and staff was fantastic. My only complaint was the toilet didn't flush well and it didnt have a no slam lid. Nothing major.

We have stayed here before many times as guests. The unit we stayed in was roomy and we loved having first floor access to the pool (it was the first time we stayed on the first floor). The beds are comfy, even the Murphy bed. The full kitchen is lovely. We always enjoy our stay when we visit. You feel right at home when you're at Worldmark Long Beach! It's a beautiful property and very walkable to the restaurants and shops in town. We enjoyed our quick getaway to the coast. The negatives: I don't think the unit we stayed in was fully cleaned. We found a used hairbrush on the floor in the bedroom, false eyelashes stuck to the wall near the mirror in the bathroom, and dried food residue stuck to a bowl in the kitchen cabinet. Also, it was unfortunate to find that WiFi came with a cost.

Great place to walk to restaurants and the beautiful beach and boardwalk. All staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The TV options were horrible, the remote didn’t work well and if you used your phone as the remote there was no tv guide. If we had brought kids I would not return because of this. We were told check in time was 4pm, our room was not ready until 6 pm. It was the hottest day of the year - opted to walk on the beach during our wait, but missed our dinner reservation. There was someone’s half empty water bottle in the fridge and the lotion supplied was obviously used. I want to chalk all of this up to how busy they must have been because of Mothers Day. It also happened to be my birthday so the circumstances to say the least was disappointing.

This was a great place to stay. Our suite was very comfortable & we really enjoyed having the space & kitchen & laundry facilities. We did not know that this was a time share property & needing to go on the sales pitch tour was the only strike against our stay.

We came from out of state to Long Beach for a special family trip. I booked a king suite with a balcony at Worldmark Long Beach a few months ago. Worldmark waited until the day we were to check in to let us know our reservations were cancelled and we'd need to get with Hotels.com to find something else. My husband asked the staff why this happened, and they said it's because they've actually been booked out through October and it's Hotels.com's fault for letting us book in the first place. Hotels.com then booked us in a comparable room at Chataqua Resort & Conference Center, but it took 2 hours on the phone to complete, which took time away from my family to enjoy the beach. The nice gentleman at the front desk at Chautauqua let us know that they get people who've had reservations canceled by WorldMark all the time because they give priority to their timeshare holders who decide to book at the last minute, so it's not really not the fault of Hotels.com. There is a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotels themselves, though. Once my new booking was complete at Chautauqua, the guy at the front desk told us that my chosen room wasn't actually available, either, because Hotels.com sees a deluxe room available and considers them all the same, but they really aren't - at least at Chautauqua. Luckily he found another room for us that was still comparable and worked out perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, for the same price at other hotels we enjoyed larger accomodations and just a walk to the beach. Also the gentlemen at the front desk was very hospitable and we stayed 12/20 - 12/22 so hopefully he receives the recognition

Beware this property routinely overbooks and will cancel your reservation without any notice. We arrived after a 6 hour drive to a cancelled reservation, no room and zero assistance from the property manager. I was left stranded in the evening with two small children. Book somewhere else. Luckily i booked through expedia and their customer service found us somewhere to stay. However, it was 30 miles away and not at all the vacation we booked.

It's excellent renovated property 10 minutes walking to ocean beach. We took room with kitchen, it's almost condo with bedroom and all stuff for life, balcony with BBQ. Very clear. Good pool and hot tub.

It's excellent resort with outdoor pool and hot tub in the patio. The rooms are actually condos with full scale kitchen with equipment and all stuff, required for the cooking. Gas fireplace, bedrooms and bathrooms. Access to the beach for the people and cars; nice trails. Lighthouses and other landmarks just 15-20 minutes driving. The best for retreat with family.

I stayed at WorldMark Long Beach and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Check-in was poorly handled. I was told my room wasn’t ready and that I would be contacted when it was. After waiting about an hour and checking back multiple times, I was eventually told the room had already been ready, but no one ever notified me. This caused an unnecessary delay of about 1.5 hours. When we finally got into the room, it was not clean. There was hair, dirt, and stains on the sheets and pillows. We had to request new sheets late that night, and even after they were changed, there were still small black stains present. Multiple surfaces, including doors, were also visibly dirty. There were additional maintenance issues as well. The heater made a loud tapping noise late at night, the lights flicker when using the fan switch, and the grill on the porch was not clean. The check-in process was also confusing, as wristbands were handed out with no explanation or information provided. A staff member also mentioned there are mold-related issues on the exterior of the property, which added to concerns about overall maintenance. Overall, between the delayed check-in, lack of communication, cleanliness problems, and maintenance issues, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again
