The fire alarm went off at 3:30 on the morning and we had to clear out the building. According to the employees, it has happened before. Otherwise, I'd say it was a great place to stay.

This hotel was okay…we had trouble checking in. Apparently it was a problem on Expedia’s end, but the receptionist didn’t seem to know what to do. Instead of letting us into our room and then fixing the problem we stood at the counter for 45 minutes. (She could see our reservation and what room we were in but after that I don’t really know what the problem was.) our room was on the ground floor and the window was unlocked and the screen broken-made is feel not very safe. The shower was kind of dirty (mold in the corners) and the pool was pretty bad as far as cleanliness goes. The lobby was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room itself and on site service was fine. The problem is there was not hot water. When we informed the front desk they responded that it was a well known problem by the manager and that anytime the hotel was booked they run out of hot water and we would just need to “wait a few minutes”. We waited an hour and still no hot water. My hisband took an ice cold shower and the rest of the family was forced to go without - so we got to show up to our family reunion after driving 13 hours and no shower.

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Hair and used soap all over. Floor was sticky and covered in dust/debris. The hallway and stairwell hadn’t been vacuumed or shampooed and was covered with food. Allowed other guests to run hallways and be loud/obnoxious with no reprimand. Could have been a nice hotel if it was cleaned and staff enforced quiet hours. Very disappointed.

They only clean the rooms every other day—although they give no notice of this. And of course the rate is no cheaper eve if you’re not getting fresh towels or a made bed. And they do nothing to notify you of this lack of cleaning.

Very clean, great location and room was good size. However, paper thin walls made stay uncomfortable as it was hard to relax when you could hear everything. Shower pressure was amazing but hard to adjust temperature, at least in my room. Breakfast was average. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel except the second morning l went down for the included breakfast at 6:15 and the lights were off and no breakfast had been put out. The young girl at the desk said she would call and check on it, whatever that means. I returned to the breakfast area at 6:45 and still nothing was available. I believe someone on the hotel staff does not take their job seriously.

Very clean, great location and room was good size. However, paper thin walls made stay uncomfortable as it was hard to relax when you could hear everything. Shower pressure was amazing but hard to adjust temperature, at least in my room. Breakfast was average. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The price was reasonable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to recognize two employees who made my stay even better. I wish I had written down their names so I could give them the recognition they deserve. One was a sweet Hispanic housekeeper who was assigned to my room, and the other was an African American woman who maintained the breakfast area. They were both incredibly kind, hardworking, and pleasant to talk to. Their kindness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The only improvements I would suggest are the breakfast selection and the pool temperature. My family doesn't eat pork, so there weren't many breakfast options available for us. It would be nice to see more variety, including non-pork choices. Also, the pool was extremely cold—freezing, actually. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a pool for our toddler to enjoy, but unfortunately, it was too cold for him to swim comfortably. Overall, I have no complaints about the staff. They were outstanding, and those two wonderful ladies made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and hope the breakfast options and pool temperature are improved in the future.
