Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield/Downtown

The room was clean, breakfast was hot and it was easy to park.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a graduation at Western New England University. The location was perfect for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. No safe though, FYI. Complimentary hot breakfast was a nice feature. EV parking was functional and also a convenience to recharge my car after a long drive. The parking spaces overall are very narrow. large vehicles really have to squeeze into any parking space. I'd recommend this hotel if you need basic accommodations while visiting downtown Springfield MA.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. I would definitely book again.

Great family vacation. Pool was open 9am-10pm. It is small and cozy. Breakfast had something for everyone without being overly complicated. Check out was noon, allowing time to sleep, eat breakfast, and a quick swim inthe pool before having to check out. We had a very nice time and the staff was very accommodating

Staff food and cleanliness was great. Parking was convenient.
