L accueil était parfait , Deborah est charmante. La chambre spacieuse , bien équipée, l environnement de l hôtel était très agréable et les commodités pour se restaurer étaient pratiques.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to Lafayette, but we did not have a good experience this time. We arrived early and we were able to check in so that was nice. The pool was closed so that was disappointing, but it opened the next day. When the pool did open, the water was extremely cloudy with a film. We were really disappointed because we stayed 4th of July weekend and the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The lay out chairs need to be replaced, one was dry rotted and another couldn’t be adjusted, it was stuck in a flat position. Our first night we had to switch rooms at 8:30pm because we found ants crawling in the couch and all over the counters and our room was on the 2nd floor. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a new room and we didn’t have any issues after that. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and everything was delicious. We have loved this hotel over the years because the location is great, but I’m not sure if we’ll stay again. I feel like it’s not being maintained like it has been in the past.

The room was not clean-- lots of pet hair on the floor, the shower was disgusting, whole room felt like it hadn't been cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fairly good- the coffee was weak. Overall, wouldn't stay there again but sufficed for a 2-day stay.
