The breakfast was okay. They could have used some breakfast sausage patties or sausage links or bacon. The gravy was really watery. A conveyor toaster would have been better than the pop-up. Toaster. Parking was wonderful. There was plenty of it and you always could move a cone and get a place if you decided to leave. The staff was very nice. The rooms were not very soundproof and our door sounded like it was opening every time someone came in the main hallway door. The first night it was quite alarming until I got used to that. The second night we could hear children or teenagers next door talking and laughing until about 2:00 a.m. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels were well supplied. I absolutely loved having a Keurig in the room. My favorite part of the stay.

Handy to everything we were there for, and they allowed us to park there before checking in, as we got there too early, so wanted to go explore. Added excitement of watching a bear stroll by below our balcony...we've been coming to Gatlinburg for years, and this was our first time actually seeing a bear in town. Amazing.

The breakfast was much more than the advertised continental: various breads, and coffee, but also juices, milk, cereals hot and cold, yogurt, bagels scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The beds were fabulously comfortable and room was pristine. Unlike other hotels parking and WiFi in the rooms was free. It is within walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants. I like that it’s family owned and so well maintained.

The front desk personnel were great. They originally had us booked on the wrong room, they did update the room. The breakfast was minimal only scrambled eggs and biscuits. Very disappointing!! The lodge overall was disappointing not what the website made it out to be. Beds were hard and linens were scratchy and had a funny odor. The only advance about the lodge, it is centrally located to downtown. We will not be staying there again

Rooms were spacious and as advertised. Lodge was close to main attractions and walking distance to everything! Breakfast buffet was also nice!

Extremely clean, quiet and cozy! Very friendly staff! Convenient to everything but set off the main road perfectly so you don’t even realize you are right in downtown. We will stay here again!

The breakfast was okay. They could have used some breakfast sausage patties or sausage links or bacon. The gravy was really watery. A conveyor toaster would have been better than the pop-up. Toaster. Parking was wonderful. There was plenty of it and you always could move a cone and get a place if you decided to leave. The staff was very nice. The rooms were not very soundproof and our door sounded like it was opening every time someone came in the main hallway door. The first night it was quite alarming until I got used to that. The second night we could hear children or teenagers next door talking and laughing until about 2:00 a.m. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels were well supplied. I absolutely loved having a Keurig in the room. My favorite part of the stay.

The breakfast was much more than the advertised continental: various breads, and coffee, but also juices, milk, cereals hot and cold, yogurt, bagels scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The beds were fabulously comfortable and room was pristine. Unlike other hotels parking and WiFi in the rooms was free. It is within walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants. I like that it’s family owned and so well maintained.

The front desk personnel were great. They originally had us booked on the wrong room, they did update the room. The breakfast was minimal only scrambled eggs and biscuits. Very disappointing!! The lodge overall was disappointing not what the website made it out to be. Beds were hard and linens were scratchy and had a funny odor. The only advance about the lodge, it is centrally located to downtown. We will not be staying there again

Great stay overall. Breakfast lacked variety, there was no meat or proteins beside scrambled eggs. All carbs mainly. They definitely need to update ADA compliance. My dad has to use a mobile chair and the majority of the exterior doors did not have the ADA compliant doors (patio door and gate, doors guest room exterior doors)

Great location. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but as a whole, the hotel was a good band for our buck.

The Hotel is convenient. Parking was ok; the room was nice. The bed was firm. I like a pillow top type mattress, but there wasn't one. I enjoyed the shower.

Friendly staff who allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but very squeaky. Nice river views and a great location. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, so it was very crowded. If you have a scooter, I would recommend putting it in the main garage rather than the third garage. The elevator barely fit the scooter, and driving up the hill to the third garage felt dangerous. Overall, a good stay with a great location (across from Anakeesta & by trolley stop) and friendly staff. Free parking is a plus (minus having to keep moving yellow cones)

Very clean room. Nice view of the river from the balcony. Saw 2 bears below the deck. Close walk to all in Gatlinburg. Friendly staff. Breakfast area is very small but satisfied our need for a weekend. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, but tucked away enough to sit in the quiet too. Room was nice, easy parking, great outdoor patio area.
