This property has scaled all the way back to the bare minimums to still be a motel. No desk clerk from 5 PM to 10AM...You read that right no clerk. If you have a problem you call an entrance VOIP phone. Some times all you get on the phone is "The internet is down". One resident we met had been in the lobby for 2.5 hours- early morning trying to get someone to respond to his lock out. Another would be resident waited a half an hour for someone to show up so she could check in after 5 PM and she said this lack of service had been going on since last year. You just can't run a hotel like this! Room was clean but everything else was minimal. No carpet. No blanket. No shampoo (check in clerk said we have "shampoo bars"- you mean soap? "Uh, Yes." There is a hotplate, micro wave and fridge but no cups no dishes, not even plastic ware. Large dogs are present on property and barking through the night or at anyone walking the hallway. A resident decided to to take the elevator with me...and his pitbull. The dog decided to be aggressive and growl, bark and lunge at me in the confined space. Last morning of the visit we found a distraught family in the halls trying to get a manager as another resident had been shouting profanity in his room for an hour. Second day in a row it happened. It was so bad they were terrified of potential violence and their sleeping child was on the other side of the wall. Had to call the police. Don't stay here. Just dont.

Property is a good value for the price. It's not a fancy place - build is economy in terms of finish. Room was clean and minimally furnished but adequate. Bed was comfortable enough, though the two pillows are really minimal. Default internet connection is only barely good enough for streaming but can be upgraded relatively economically. Location near a major highway is quite noisy. Did NOT like the lousy low flow shower head - only barely puts out enough water for a shower. Elevator is a bit sketchy. Lots of pets in the building if you don't like dogs... Road access to the building is confusing your first couple of times. However, I'll be staying here again due to economical price.

I was fortunate to be able to book a room at this nearby hotel during a city-wide, storm-related power outtage. The suite had a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. Everything in the room looked new and clean. The rate was great, and it was a good experience.

Unless you are a single man who doesn’t care about safety or cleanliness, don’t stay there. It’s dirty, not family friendly, have to pay extra for everything, including linen, cookware and eating utensils. I had to call and ask for toilet paper and was told we can only get it during office hours at 3 pm. The only positive was the lady who checked us in and got the toilet paper out of the kindness of her heart. There aren’t any close restaurants, not safe to walk.

Overall good. Some of the staff seemed bothered when a person came to the desk. Paid for the hugest speed internet but it wouldn’t hold any streaming and barely ran a laptop. Finally the service were not good on the weekends.

Property is old and worn. This is an extended stay hotel, no front desk service except for limited hours. Minimum pillows provided and they were not much of a pillow, we asked for extra pillows and were told we would have to pay $10 a pillow. Bed sheets were stained, bedside lamp stained, bath towels stained and very thin/old.

The rooms were ok. I didn't like that the staff locked the side doors randomly. If you leave early there is no refund for the days left on your stay. I told the staff the outlets in the room didn't work, they never addressed the issue.

Not a bad hotel, but I didn't like that there was no breakfast, even though I read in one of the reviews that breakfast was available. Also, there was an issue with entering the hotel through the back door from the parking lot in the courtyard; there was a problem with the lock.

When we got there, the power was out and there was no staff available. The smell in the room was unpleasant. The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub and no washcloths. There were no dishes, silverware or pots like the website states would be provided. Also, the front desk closed at 8pm and there was no staff on site when we checked out at 6:30am. Never again.

There were toe nail clippings on the bedside table, a blood spattered lamp shade, the floor wasn’t swept and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. The person at the front was hardly ever up there and was incredibly rude.

Front desk staff couldn't find my reservation at first. You could hear everyone who opened their door to come and go. The shower drain was full of so much hair that when I went to turn the shower on it started coming out of the drain into the tub area.

This place is terrible. Mold was on the AC unit just blowing out mold. The front desk was closed when we got in and when we tried to check out. Dust on the blinds as well as yellow stain on the bed. A drawer was broken. Pictures on the web are not at all what the rooms looked liked. You can hear everyone come in and out of the doors. Not sound proof at all! Spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

Very clean. Check in was odd but smooth. We had a TV in our room but it was missing the connection to the Cox box therefore we had no tv…. After a long day we were looking forward to some mindless tv to unwind. Otherwise it was good for our quick stay.

Two complaints. 1) The road / traffic noise kept me up part of the night. Might need better windows or something to cut down on outside noise. 2) When I starting taking my stuff to the car at 5:50 am, there wan't any parking lot lights on. Lot was completely dark. For guest saftey, I highly recomment turning on lights when it is dark.

Nearly all of the TV’s in the rooms we booked did not work. There was a foul odor in several rooms. The water pressure was so low that it was difficult to take a shower. The hotel staff was NEVER at the front desk and NEVER answered the phone.

We are old people that dont walk to well and they put us on the thrid floor no elevator so wife messed her knee up, the window in our room you could just push on it and be in our room

A resident decided to to take the elevator with me...and his pitbull. The dog decided to be aggressive and growl, bark and lunge at me in the confined space. Last morning of the visit we found a distraught family in the halls trying to get a manager as another resident had been shouting profanity in his room for an hour. Second day in a row it happened. It was so bad they were terrified of potential violence and their sleeping child was on the other side of the wall. Had to call the police. Don't stay here. Just dont.
This property has scaled all the way back to the bare minimums to still be a motel. No desk clerk from 5 PM to 10AM...You read that right no clerk. If you have a problem you call an entrance VOIP phone. Some times all you get on the phone is "The internet is down". One resident we met had been in the lobby for 2.5 hours- early morning trying to get someone to respond to his lock out. Another would be resident waited a half an hour for someone to show up so she could check in after 5 PM and she said this lack of service had been going on since last year. You just can't run a hotel like this! Room was clean but everything else was minimal. No carpet. No blanket. No shampoo (check in clerk said we have "shampoo bars"- you mean soap? "Uh, Yes." There is a hotplate, micro wave and fridge but no cups no dishes, not even plastic ware. Large dogs are present on property and barking through the night or at anyone walking the hallway. It's clean Zack is amazing. Jose will slap a $50 late fee on you if your a minute past 11am check out. Which is ridiculous. So be sure you make that payment before 11. Only time that flys is when the staff isn't up there but the staff is overall nice. Nobody is at the desk after 8pm so it's a huge issue if your card is not working. Ive been kicked out for hours. The room is very small. It's like a hospital room. But again clean my room had no issues bo bugs and quiet. I recommend coming here if you want cheap. Just be sure to follow the rules. They will get those extra fees from you quick.

We stayed there for the first time in a whim. My husband is from Tulsa but everything was booked so we had to go a little further out. We had such a great experience we stayed again this last weekend. Staff was great upon checkin and explained everything to a T. Good location, stuff around and will definitely be staying again!!

Well we didn't even stay in this hotel. upon arrival. There was nobody at the front desk. Finally someone showed up about 20 min later. There were two other people to check in front of us also. Another 30 min and they said they had no rooms cleaned for us and this was at 7:00pm. They offered to let us check in then come back in an hour and they would have keys and room ready. We went ahead and did that since we were going to go get food anyway. We came back two hours later at 9pm and nobody was around and the check in area was closed. I called the number on the wall for service and it went dead. After about 20 min someone came down and said they were looking for our room. They all left for another half hour then the assistant manager came down and said he would go find out. Another 15 min then he came down and told me they had no room for us. He then said he could get one ready but it would be at least another hour and he would go clean it himself. I was done at that that point so I had to get a refund and try to find another hotel at 10:30 that nigh. I will never book at Woodsprings again. This is the worst experience with a hotel in my life!

This is NOT a hotel. The service desk is not even open after 10 pm or until 10 am. This is more of a hostel. A short-term stay between homes or rental properties. We had 1 towel for 4 people and plan on bringing your own soap/shampoo. There is none in the bathroom.

It’s hard to find someone at the front desk, sometimes it’s after 9 am before you can get coffee, the hallway smelled bad, when I asked what would happen in an emergency since no one was at the front desk at all on A Sunday, they told me someone was always on site and if I couldn’t get them I would have to call corporate, how could you do that in an emergency,

I stopped at the hotel before going to my destination in Arkansas. It took like 10 to 15 mins to find the clerk to check me into the hotel. I wanted my key ahead of time so I could just get to my room. The air conditioner didnt work once I turned it off the next morning as I was getting ready. The phone in the room also didnt work to call the front desk! What if there was an emergency and I needed to get ahold of the front desk?? Then when I checked out the next morning and told the clerk about my issues with the AC all he did was apologize. How about offering me a discount when it is 90 outside and the Ac should work properly. Very unsatisfied.

The room cleaning isn't the best. Personally, I recommend buying a good disinfectant and paper towels for drying if you're staying here. The windows aren't completely soundproof. The location is quite convenient, as there's a Reasor's store nearby and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The area feels safe.

Although it's not one of the best hotels we've stayed in, it was very convenient while my husband was working. There's a market and food court nearby, and the surroundings were quite peaceful. I also liked that our room, being on the third floor, didn't smell of marijuana/weed or any other similar at all, something that's truly appreciated these days, as some of us find it annoying and sickening to be constantly exposed to that smell.
Although it's not one of the best hotels we've stayed in, it was very convenient while my husband was working. There's a market and food court nearby, and the surroundings were quite peaceful. Clean and modern. Didn’t have any towels though, but i had brought some. Since its an extended stay, sometimes it didnt feel the safest as people were lingering right outside the doors at night (maybe smoking, hanging out, etc). However, i kept to myself and it was fine.

Ideal location for my job and my daughter’s school. Close to BA express and 169 Exceptional maintenance man (Big Guy) knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Staff over all were friendly and helpful.

Two complaints. 1) The road / traffic noise kept me up part of the night. Might need better windows or something to cut down on outside noise. 2) When I starting taking my stuff to the car at 5:50 am, there wan't any parking lot lights on. Lot was completely dark. For guest saftey, I highly recomment turning on lights when it is dark.

I had to call the phone number to have someone come check me in took a long time to check in! Bedsheets and comforter, all head stains on them the floors were dirty! Lots of road noise cause you’re by the highway I would never stay there again

Unless you are a single man who doesn’t care about safety or cleanliness, don’t stay there. It’s dirty, not family friendly, have to pay extra for everything, including linen, cookware and eating utensils. I had to call and ask for toilet paper and was told we can only get it during office hours at 3 pm. The only positive was the lady who checked us in and got the toilet paper out of the kindness of her heart. There aren’t any close restaurants, not safe to walk.

The facility was fine, clean, and accessible. This is not, however, the typical hotel. It is more of an extended stay facility and not really amicable for overnight stays. The staff was friendly. The doors get locked at 8PM and im not sure you can access the building after that. There was no staff available in the morning when i tried to check out. Dont recommend without reading the reviews first which i didn't do. Would not allow food delivery person to come up to my room.

Not a bad hotel, but I didn't like that there was no breakfast, even though I read in one of the reviews that breakfast was available. Also, there was an issue with entering the hotel through the back door from the parking lot in the courtyard; there was a problem with the lock.

Smoking in the hallway. Marijuana smell throughout the building. Elevator not working. I was on the 4th floor. It was not a safe environment! I left and booked somewhere else.

Limpar o quarto somente em duas semanas foi cruel, precisa melhorar isso e a geladeira que está e bem ruim a borracha da porta outro item importante não tinham talheres copos enfim nenhum utensílio doméstico para uso, isso foi bem ruim também, mas a equipe de funcionários muito educados e solícitos .

It was a terrible experience from the time I entered the lobby. The girl at the desk acted like she didn't care that we were there. The place seemed almost like a halfway house. There was no one on staff after 6 i think. Went down to get coffee at 7 in the morning, which is when the sign said it would be open and available, and nothing worked and no one was there. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the tub was clean. Asked about new towels the second day and the same girl at the desk said if "I" bring the used ones down there I could have 2 new ones. Overall it was a terrible stay and if I hadn't paid in advance I wouldn't have stayed there.
